I wore these earrings for two different formal events & they looked great with both dresses. They're clip ones and stay out rather well. They're pretty lightweight for the size and material.

You can dress these up or down. I wore them out to dinner with a floral pink blue and gold blouse and they really popped. Also wore to work and got many compliments. For clip ons, they were very comfortable. I would rent them again.

They are clip ons, FYI. They make noise, which at first was annoying, but after awhile, I forgot I was wearing them (because you don't toss and turn your head all night anyways).

Great size, very pretty. One of the springs was loose. If you have thin earlobes I don't recommend.
