Overall they fit great. The elastic waist band was super comfortable and not restricting at all. The length was good which is rare for me. The only fault was the waist band did show the elastic

Absolutely loved these! I normally wear between a 10 & 12 and the 10 for great. I think I could wear either size. I would rent again.

I loved these, perfect for summer. I sized up since denim shorts make me nervous and they ended up being a little to big, the waist band had elastic so it wasn’t as constricting as usual denim shorts!

These were fine to wear for summer daytime events but sort of look like children's clothing. Comfortable, but not the most chic. Recommend sizing down.

I could fit two of me in these shorts! They are very big around the waist definitely size down if you have a small hourglass figure.

These shorts were super comfortable! They are wicked stretchy so they did fit pretty big on me. I thought they photographed a bit awkward but it could just be the style. I would size down since they do have a big stretch and are high rise.

Cute shorts but runs really large! The zipper area also isn’t the most flattering and comes unzipped easily.

On the hanger and my body while I didn't move-- perfect. As soon as I moved, the shorts rode up my thighs and cut into me. Also, the paperbag waist was thick and uncomfortable every time I tried to lean back in my chair. I wasn't comfortable driving in it and ended up changing because it was driving me wild.

Exposed elastic on inner waistband was not my favorite feature. I am pretty straight cut, wear not flattering. Runs a little large but not sure enough to size down, just more baggy.

I found that there wasn't a way to wear these where the elastic wasn't somehow showing. They just looked a bit silly, to be honest. I think they don't look silly on everyone, but somehow the size wasn't right. Maybe if you're between sizes size down, they are already built to be a bit baggy so no need to size up.

The shorts seem to run big. The top part doesn’t lay flat in anyway…so to me, they are the opposite of slimming.
