The dress fit beautifully. I was a bit skeptical that the mesh cutouts were going to be slutty, but they were extremely classy. You absolutely cannot wear a bra in this dress, however, so take that into consideration prior to ordering. I wore nippies, but the material most likely wouldn't allow them to show. I wore a regular size and I'm kinda short, so wearing heels was a cinch, but the bottom did drag on the ground when I took them off. Overall a great dress. It definitely wasn't a conventional prom dress, which was what I wanted, and I was extremely happy with it.

The cutouts were perfectly placed and added interest to the design of the dress. The fit was beautiful and comfortable. I wore a nubra (sticky bra) and it worked perfectly. I was a little concerned about the lower cutouts being too revealing but they looked classy in real life, especially as it got darker outside. I planned on wearing black stockings if I thought it looked too revealing when I tried it on, so that's always an option for people who would like to be more modest. I would definitely recommend this dress!

A lovely modern gown for any formal event. I did find that it ran a bit large, I am normally a 40R and found it was literally baggy in the décolletage/bust (very odd since I have broad shoulders and a 34D bust). I was relieved that I chose to go a size down for my extra size and the 38R fit beautifully, but still with a lot of room to move in the top. However, please know you cannot wear Spanx or even a bra unless its just a sticky bra with this dress so you should be comfortable with that. The cutouts make the dress modern and are not so extreme in person to look trashy, they are very subtle. Overall the look is very classy without being too old, it still rings modern and youthful. The fabric is pretty thick and doesn't show every bump very easily, so even without Spanx I was comfortable. I am 5'7 and it was a little bit short with 3 inch heels but nothing too awkward.

This dress is amazing! I received so many compliments at the formal ball I wore this to. The size fit perfectly, though the 38R said on the tag that it was a US 6, rather than the US 4 label it has on this website. The cutouts are extremely flattering. There's no way to wear a bra (other than a sticky one) with this dress. The length was perfect for me (5'4" with about 3 inch heels) -- it's a little longer in the back and just grazed my toes in the front. The weight of the dress was great too; it was heavy enough that I wasn't cold on a chilly Pittsburgh night (with jacket) but it was light enough that it never felt hot or stuffy when I was dancing all night. I would definitely recommend this dress!

This dress was 100% perfect. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better dress to rent for my friend's wedding. I was nervous about renting this dress since there were no reviews and I usually rent a 0 & 2 (backup), so when I ordered a 2 & a 4, I was expecting to have to return this dress, however THANKFULLY that was not the case. I would say the 2 fits like a 0, but I'm not entirely sure - moreso true to size. I'm 5'1" & 115 lbs and this dress fit me perfectly. There was no tugging, pulling, and the fabric was very forgiving. The length was not a problem at all, which may be a concern for those who are just as short as I am. Everything about this dress was absolutely amazing - the fit, the cut outs, I could go on and on. I didn't want to give this dress back. It was the perfect mix of understated with a wow factor. Ugh, I just love it.

Absolutely loved this dress. Wore the 42r and it fit like a glove, just a bit loose in the chest area. There's no way to wear a normal bra with this dress, I suggest a sticky bra or petals. Got compliments all night! Would def recommend this dress to anyone!

It was snug so I didnt have to wear a bra (and I wear a 34D) but having invisible tape came in handy and spanx just to smooth everything out. Great to dance in and barely wrinkled. I got a ton of compliments and felt sexy.

I fell in love with this dress, and rented it for my senior prom. This dress ran a little tighter than others I have rented, but it looked amazing! I loved the color, and overall it looked really classy and was very flattering. If I had the chance to rent it again I would!

I wore this for a black-tie event. Non-stop compliments all night! Everyone commented on the dress and how beautiful it was. I could not of asked for a better dress. I didn't wear a bra with it because it would of shown through the mesh. I think I wore 3 inch heels which was perfect because the dress skimmed the ground. If you are looking for a dress that is figure flattering and is unique then this is your dress!

Wore this to a surrealist/art deco wedding and totally looked the part. I received a ton of compliments on the cut & even though there were sheer parts didn't feel over exposed. The material is pretty heavy and hugs your curves (my butt looked fantastic) and you can't really wear a bra (fine for me since I have zero boobs) so I might not recommend it for a super busty gal. Overall this dress was PERFECT and made me feel awesome!

You cannot! I repeat cannot wear a bra! Not even the backless kind. I ended up having to last min. buy tape as my bra. A lot of people had said that the sizes online were incorrect so I got what they called a 4 and a 6 instead of a 2 and a 4. I believe (going off pure memory right now) that I wore the 6 which fit more like a 4 if you ask me. Over all I got tons of compliments that night as the dress was extremely flattering (especially if you have a booty like me).

I've done rent the runway three times and this was probably my favorite dress that I've ever worn. It fit me and my style perfectly. It's sexy and classy all at the same time. More than anything I felt unique, but not overstated. I didn't even wear a bra with this dress, just stickies, but you can't get away with anything more than that or a sticky bra because the mesh is so close to the chest. Also, you may not be able to wear underwear either.

I loved this dress and got sooo many compliments. The fabric is so comfortable and forgiving I almost slept in it. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the length; it was perfect when I didn't have shoes on, but any heel at all made the hem look a little weird. Plus, the slim cut of the skirt made walking a little awkward as there wasn't a ton of space for my legs to move (I didn't really mind though.) This dress also shows EVERYTHING, I tried to wear sticky boobs to give my chest a little shape but you could see them through the mesh. It's not super flattering around the stomach, but no one seemed to notice and all in all I felt super sexy all night.

I wasn't sure what size to get because I have only worn traditional 0-2-4-6 ect. sized dresses. I'm usually a 0 or a 2 in dresses and since I was getting this dress as a backup for a dress I was worried would be too big, I ordered on the small size. However, it was too small for my thighs and butt, which are the biggest parts off me. The material was amazing and I highly recommend the dress, but be careful with sizing!

I'm often hesitant to go with cut outs or too sheer for a wedding but this dress was perfect. It fit like a glove! I'm just under 100lbs and wore a 0 and it was form fitting but definitely the right size. Length was good too, I only had to wear 2 inch heels and after I took them off there was no tripping on the dance floor. I received so many compliments on this dress!

0 was the only size left when I decided to order it. I usually wear a 2. But the fabric stretches, so it fit perfectly, just a little bit short when I wore high heels . VERY HAPPY! So many people came up to me and praised the dress.

Loved the dress and I wish I could keep it. I'm 5'2" and 120 lbs and the 36R fit perfectly. I kept getting compliments on the dress. The length was a little long with 3 inch heels but not annoyingly long where I couldn't walk. The dress is well made and great material.

The gown is beautiful, sleek and on trend, with the cut outs, without being trashy. The dress is shorter in the front, although the picture doesn't show the proportions of the gown. I initially freaked out about this because too much foot showed under the gown. With some help, I discovered that this type of dress has to be worn with a shoe that covers the top of your foot. After I found the the right shoe, the length was fine. The top of the dress fits a little lose but other than that the dress fit true to size. I would not recommend going up a size for your back up if you are smaller up top.

The silhouette of this dress is absolutely stunning. Be warned though, the bra situation requires some tricky stuff as the mesh on the side cuts in and the bra needs to be small enough to avoid peeking out of it. I used a trimmed NuBra which worked great. I am 5'6" and was anticipating that the one 36R length would be fine in 3" heels...sadly, I was wrong. I don't know if it was due to repeated cleanings of the gown, but it barely skimmed the ground in my bare feet, so I had to wear black flats as a result. It was okay, I just wish the gown had been four inches longer so you didn't have to see so much "foot" when I walked. I would really suggest this for someone shorter than 5'6" as its too short to be worn on anyone taller.

RTR only had the larger of my two "usual" sizes, and there had been mixed reviews on the site over whether it ran large or small. Unfortunately, the dress ended up being too large for me to wear!

I was so worried that the dress I originally ordered wouldn't fit, so I got a 40R as a backup (I originally ordered 38R). The day RTR sent it to me, they informed me that they weren't able to send me the 38R due to damage/late return so they included 2 other dresses for me to try on...but the 40R fit perfectly. Size up! It was an amazing dress, received so many compliments on it, and it fit like a dream. My problem area is my stomach; and even with the cutouts, I think it hid pretty well. It's so comfortable and easy to move in, I danced in it all night no problem. I'd definitely rent this dress again.

The fit of this dress is amazing. I'm 5'1 and the 36P fit me perfectly. Because it was petite, 3 inch heels were just fine. My back up size was a regular length of this dress but it was way too long.

This dress was sent as a substitute when my original order was going to be sent without a backup and my second choice back up size also could not be sent. RTR sent this 3rd dress based on my previous choices and I ended up wearing it!! I got a ton of compliments. I am 5'4 and 145 lbs. with an athletic build. It was stretchy fabric and so comfortable. I wore 3.5 inch heels and the length was perfect. So classy! I do not have a full length picture to share but this dress follows your curves without being overly showy. I also have a 38C chest and didn't have to wear a bra. I wore this instead of my original choices even though they all fit!!! Thanks RTR!

Gorgeous dress! Overall it was true to size but a bit larger in the top than I would have hoped - I would size down if you have a small chest. 4 stars because there was some slight damage to the mesh details but it was not noticeable unless you knew where to look. I had a blast dancing the night away in this unique and modern dress!

Absolutely stunning dress. . I normally wear a size 8 and the 40 fit perfectly; however, I was unable to wear it due to length [this is the only reason it didn't get all 5 stars]. I'm 6ft tall and it was at least 6 inches to short without heels. Bummed I couldn't wear it, but for those ladies who aren't quite as tall, go for it!

I did not end up wearing this dress because it was way to short and a bit large around the bust area. I needed a 38 long but they did not have it in stock for my event. I am 5'7" and the dress ended above my ankles. If you are even close to my height make sure to order a long or you will be flooding.

This dress shows off everything - whether you like that or not! I had ordered for a cancer benefit and opted not to wear it, as it felt a little too revealing for the occasion. It's definitely a knockout dress if you have curves - just be aware that it'll show them all!

Dress fit alright, but all my tall girls need to know that this beauty is better left for the shorties! I believe I ordered this in a 6 & an 8 and both sizes were way too short & definitely did not look the way they do on the model. Would have loved the dress & worn it to a wedding I intended it for if it were longer :(
