Perfect for work. I pressed it with starch since RTR seems to think wrinkled is a look and I think it just makes you look tackyAF. But if you don’t mind the press out, get it.

I rented this top for a date night; paired it with white pants and absolutely loved it! A button-up is always a classic, and the tie waist is a fun, fashionable twist! Similar to a wrap dress, it definitely accentuates the waist and is so flattering - another plus. I found I had to adjust the back/bottom a bit after tying the waist, just to keep it from looking a little poofy, but it didn't bother me! I absolutely loved this shirt and it was hard for me to send back!

This top was a fun update to your standard button down. I found the ties to be unflattering when styled like the model, so I ended up tying them in a bow instead. This top had more of a tunic length, but fit my pear shape well. I have a rounder butt so I did experiencing some fabric bunching in the back due to the length

I work in tech so my office is quite casual. I loved this shirt as a way to dress up a pair of plain black pants. It is slightly larger than a small would typically be, but I think it's meant to be worn in an oversized style. It is quite low cut.

The tie on the side accentuates the waist line. Sleeves are long which is super nice for someone tall like me. I'm 6 feet and weight 170. I usually wear a L but the M fit better.

Cute top! Comfy material. Arms are long so I flipped the cuffs up all day. Knot isn't too fit or unflattering. I had some trouble finding the sweet spot with the knot, if I was off center I felt it kind of pulled the shirt in a weird way. But ultimately really loved it! Got lots of compliments. Cuter in person than pic, recommend renting!

This was such a great top for work! I got so many compliments! The tie is very flattering. The shirt does get quite wrinkly but is hidden by the print. I love this top and would absolutely recommend it! (Sorry for the dusty mirror pic!)

Easy to wear. Nice polished office look. Loved the front tie but the back was a bit ill-fitting. It bunched a little in the booty area and I had to constantly pull the shirt down.

This was a super cute and unique top that would have worked for work or fun. Unfortunately I have a bit of a bubble butt that pulled the back tight vs letting it fall the way it should. Probably not for hourglass figures.

This made me feel very put-together for a day of WFH. The front tie is kind of tricky though. Since I was just wearing it at home, I gave up trying to get the front part tied perfectly after a few attempts when I got dressed. Consequently, I felt like I was retying it every 5 minutes during the day. I think if you spent the time to get the tie right, it would be really cute. Did not gape at the bust between buttons which was also a huge win.

This shirt is odd. It has a weird construction that makes the back poof and pucker (and not in a good way). I liked the front, somewhat, but the tie is also strange. I did not end up wearing

I can't get enough of these tie-waist dress shirts. This one is so soft and comfortable (not stiff at all!), but still looks elegant. My only criticism is that the v-neck is a bit low. I didn't have to wear anything underneath, but I was on the fence about it...

A great fit and works well for work/ day events. I wore it with jeans, but I tried it with white pants as well and it looked great!

Pros: Nice material that doesn't wrinkle easy. Work with black pants and heels. Cons: Runs a bit large, but not sure I would go smaller; first button is really low so wore a camisole under it; sleeves are very long so rolled them up.

I liked that the tie style made it a more interesting piece than a normal stripped button down.

Had to give this shirt a good ironing when it arrived. The look is more relaxed that it appears on the model. Still, a cool concept and I did get compliments.

I loved this from the front! the back pleats puckered on me, no matter how tightly or loosely I tied the sash. Cute top and well made-buttons didn't gap which is great!

This is a unique & flattering style. Non stop compliments & it was very comfortable. Will rent again!

Although lovely on the model, this shirt was just meh. It was unexpectedly low cut and I felt that it became looser as the day went on.

There is no way I could have worn this to the office without looking like a porn star - it was definitely not meant for larger chests! I could have worn it open with a tank underneath, but that would have taken away from how the shirt was supposed to look!
