Honestly, it just looks like a beige dress, but every time I wore it, I felt put together and chic. The linen did need to be ironed a couple times but it never wrinkled too badly during wear especially considering the material. Highly recommend.

Wore this on Easter!! It was so cute so comfy. I ate what I wanted and still felt like it flattered me. Loved the fabric - huge fan!

Genuinely one of my favorite items I’ve ever rented, it’s breaking my heart to send it back. So versatile, I wore it to work, a rehearsal dinner, and my own anniversary dinner. Perfect for dressing up or down, great for spring. It’s lightweight, but still warm. Genuinely great in both warm and cold weather.

Beautiful linen fabric & the cut fit me nicely. Not too tight and not too loose. Perfect for spring weather and would easily move in to summer - it was hard not to keep this dress

I wore this to Disney and felt comfortable, it's roomy so it doesn't cling but has a belt to keep some shape.

Wore this on vacation on a cooler day and it was a medium-heavy linen dress, which will wrinkle. The belt helps to add shape. I’m 5’11 and it came to mid shin.

The dress is a textured linen that is meant to be one color. The mirror I took this picture in makes the dress appear to have a pattern but only because the mirror is very old. Overall I love a column dress so this was a winner in my book. I hate that RTR started sewing the belts into the dress as I would have swapped this one out but couldn’t. Linen wrinkles and there was no escaping the wrinkling with this dress

I decided to size up in this dress to be sure it was roomy. I styled it with nude braided block heeled sandals, chunky gold-tone and rhinestone earrings, and a cream quilted shoulder bag with gold chain. I got lots of compliments. I did wear a full slip underneath to make sure the dress skimmed and didn’t cling. I forgot to unbutton up from the hem until midway through the evening.

This is an easy-to-throw-on spring dress. I found the linen to be a bit too heavy for a hot day. I found this to run big and would suggest to size down.

I was obsessed with this dress in all ways except the wrinkles. I steamed it right before my (hour) commute and this was the result once in the office. Fit was great, if anything maybe a tad large but most prior dresses were too small. Very comfortable and perfect for work in the spring! If I had a wrinkle hack I’d probably buy!

Perhaps if I had sized down it would have been better, but I felt like it was like wearing a sac with a belt. It was comfortable, but I think too baggy to be flattering.

It’s a decent dress but lacks a flattering fit. The buttons are mother of pearl and super thin, so they come undone often. Even with the waist tie, this dress isn’t flattering on my body.

Why do I look so weird and everyone else looks great! It’s way too long on me.

Immediate No for me. Size down, this is like a giant, oversized tunic with no shape. The linen is extremely heavy and definitely more for fall than summer. This could be cute if the cut was a little bit different… It just felt like a drab, religious garment. I would not recommend renting, did not wear.

The fabric was surprisingly heavy but I was quite comfortable for a long day of attending a convention on a very warm weekday in NYC. This dress was great to go from daytime work to happy hour to dinner, and didn't wrinkle nearly as much as expected over the course of the day (though it did require a steam before wearing).

I loved this, but it was too thin to wear as often as I hoped. The fit and style is timeless, will rent again in warmer season.

Usually dresses with a side slit are too short for me and the slit is too revealing. But this one was perfect.

I'm very petite so I knew this was going to be a slightly oversized fit on me, which I preferred. (Not a lot, more like wearing a men's shirt instead of women's shirt kind of oversized.) I thought this dress was super chic and cute. I would totally rent it again for another work trip.

I wore this to work, and my only complaint was that the sleeves run a little tight. Not easy to push up like the model had it, unless you unbutton the sleeves which doesn't look as chic.

If you are looking for something that can be work appropriate but also is also elegant, this is for you. The fabric is a heavy linen so breathable for summer but also works great for high AC or Spring or Fall days. For me this dress is all about the accessories. The perfect black canvas to dress up or dress down!
