Not stiff, soft but holding its structure, plenty if space & compartments, i wish it come in some other colors too

I rented this bag for a wine tour where I was collecting Christmas ornaments at each winery. I knew I wanted something with lots of room, a separate compartment, and a crossbody strap so I could have my hands free for my wine glass, but had no idea what I was going to wear so I needed a neutral color. This bag was PERFECT and hit all the marks. It looked so classy and I felt like a million bucks carrying it. I am definitely putting this bag on my wishlist to buy. So sad to send it back.

Two side snap closures with a middle zipper I would say it's medium size - perfect for weekends - can carry a brush/ wallet/ keys / gloves /- it can hold a lot and it's not big it's medium sized the color is lovely and works with many outfits - keeping this one

I rented this handbag just for any regular day, nothing exciting! Sorry.... I had been eyeing these handbags at department stores forever, but I never spend much money on anything, so getting to rent it was nice. The handbag looked super cute and not too worn. I highly recommend

The size was perfect- not too small, not too big (I carry my life in my purse). I especially liked the three pocket interior, which made it super easy to organize and easily find my belongings while on the go. The color went with my entire wardrobe, I was so excited to find a gray purse with gold detail and exceptional quality. The only downside was that there wasn't a shoulder strap so I couldn't have both hands free if needed. Otherwise loved everything about this bag!

I liked that there was a center zip pocket and the two outer pockets have a magnetic snap. The strap did not feel as sturdy for a crossbody, so I carried it as a tote. I will be looking to purchase this item in the future.

Such a great color - gray with a very subtle purple undertone. Lightweight. Solid hardware and soft leather. I'd totally buy this bag if my laptop fit it in.

I love the shape of this purse and the color. It has three sections with a zipped section in the middle of two snap closed pockets. The zipper section is perfect for a wallet. The purse is perfect size with plenty of storage without getting so big that you lose things in the purse.

This is the perfect bag. Perfect size, perfect color. It's so perfect I will be purchasing it. I originally thought it would be bigger and intended to use it as a work bag to put my laptop in. It doesn't fit a laptop, but would probably fit an iPad Pro. This bag has gone everywhere with me from the zoo, to dinner out with family, to a weekend getaway. Rent this bag- you won't be disappointed.

Works well for work or for casual outings. It has two large sides separated by a middle zippered pocket.

This bag is awesome. It has 3 large compartments, is structured but comfortable to carry and is surprisingly very light. It was in perfect condition.

I'm glad I rented this to try out this style of a bag. It fits all the essentials and then some and I liked the different compartments.

The color was somewhat lighter than what I expected. I love furla handbags. Just not the color of this one.

Beautiful leather and well organized inside. The color isn't quite as versatile as I thought it would be, however. Good size. Holds all my stuff. I'm using it without the shoulder strap.

I personally think this bag needs to be retired from RTRs collection - it looks very worn
