Love this bag!
I've rented this bag at least twice before and love it. The outside pocket is really useful, the interior is structured without being too stiff, and the size works well for me. I've never used it with the shoulder strap, but like that there is that option.

nice but not as sturdy as I thought it would be.
It is very cute but a little flimsy. Wanted to use this for travelling but it didn't fit what I was looking for. The color wasn't for me. Lighter than expected.
