It's a cotton lightweight fabric. The straps were a bit loose. If I weren't busty or tall, I imagine they might have fallen off my shoulders. It was great for walking around town on Sunday and grabbing coffee.

The straps are way to big had to shorten them with a pin.

Not at all my usual style but I loved it. Very girly and frilly but super flattering and fun. Got lots of compliments.

This has lots of feminine details such as eyelet, layered lace skirt, floppy straps that like to fall down in a flirty way. Enjoy the feminine nature of the dress!

Got a lot of compliments after wearing this to a local festival! Normally a size 10, but the Large was pretty big -- lots of bunching. It would be best to size down if unsure.

The torso is area is ridiculously long and unflattering. Once I folded it though it was super cute. Would’ve been cuter with a little belt too maybe. Overall a pretty pattern though.

Folded a lot of the smocked portion under to fit my shape better and be more comfortable- On the right you can see how long the smocked section is - way too tight in my hips and would have ended up scrunching up if I wore it this way.

It does have a long waste but for me it was great, hid my belly.

I felt almost perfect in this as we explored Savannah, GA! It made me feel nice and lean and had some great fluff in the skirt. I was a bit nervous about the ruffle due to my larger hips but was pleasantly surprised! Only reason it wasn't perfect is because the top was pretty big and I needed to tie up the straps so I wasn't flashing everyone. If I was bigger Chester it would work well and probably would have worked better if I ordered the size down.

Perfect dress for a nice Hawaiian spring day. I usually don't like smocking but this was long for my long torso and comfy feeling. Gave great shape for an hourglass. Light and airy fabric. Cute trendy print that's timeless. I would rent again!

Loved this dress so much I bought it. Fitted ruched bodice and tiered bottom. The straps were a tad long, but I did a quick at home alteration. Would be great for a tropical vacation.

I knew this brand ran large so was surprised to see RTR recommend a large for me. I am a solid 12 in most brands but should have rented the Medium in this. Very comfortable though and loved that it was cotton.

Love this so much that I got really bummed when my vacation plans were canceled because of coronavirus. I ended up wearing this dress at home for a few minutes just because I love that and I will definitely rent it again when summer comes. The fitting is perfect, the fabric is really nice and light, and the print is lovely for a tropical vacation.

It's a cute dress made from cotton. Even though it has a lot of ruffles, it's not hot. As others have mentioned, the torso is long by design. It goes to the hips and then the ruffles start. It's a fun dress. I think it runs a little large but it's forgiving in either direction (it stretches).

Didn't end up wearing it, design felt a little too girlish for me. But fit was flattering, and print is fun and colorful.

I loved the print, tiering, and beautiful eyelet trim on this dress. It was comfortable and true to size. I personally would have loved it if the stretchy bodice were a bit shorter, which would have flattered my figure more.

Very stretchy dress so should fit everyone no matter your size. The only thing I didn't like about it were the straps were long and not adjustable so I was constantly pulling it up. But very comfy and cute!

The torso/smock part of this dress is super long so it fit a little weird. But I was able to flip it into itself and made it work. But ended up looking frumpy.

The top of this dress is almost a drop waist. It would have been much cuter if it was 2-4" shorter in the ruching section. If you have a tummy at all it will be accentuated. That said the fabric is comfy and the skirt part is adorable. I styled it with a sweater over the top and wore it as just a skirt and loved it.

Cute dress. Wasn't too fond of how slinky it was around the mid-section. Isn't too flattering around a petite torso.

The straps were way too big. Not sure if they were stretched out or if thats just the fit but you might as well not have had them on the dress.

If you are thin, this will look good- issue with the strap- it should be restored as its loosing the stretch.

The print is super cute in person and the fabric is really nice, but even for a long-torsoed person, the torso on this is LONG.

Proportions seem to be off, I have a long torso but even on me this seemed too long in the body.

All the layers felt like a bit like a little girl dress. Not a huge fan.

Read the reviews on the waistline. It was not figure-flattering on me. The drop waist actually bunched a little bit, so it wasn’t a smooth silhouette.

The top wrinkly material was weird with a bra and with out they couldn’t be contained

This dress just didn't work for me. I have an hourglass figure and it just fell at the wrong spot on my hips. Totally loved the print but couldn't bring it on vacation and couldn't wear :(

Basically, it was super unflattering on me. I'm pretty standard everything, but the cut just looked way worse than I was expecting.
