Wore this to a semi-formal wedding and received a ton of compliments! Ordered a Size M & L, as I've worn a L in other Farm Rio dresses. Wore a M and it fit perfectly!

(Sorry for the horrible photo!) I was nervous about this dress but it was amazing. I got compliments from folks in the fashion industry and a complete stranger at the end of the night and I felt really good in it. Honestly I could live in that dress. I was worried it might be too tight but it fit really well. even though it's long sleeved and high necked it didn't feel matronly at all. The material wasn't too heavy - perfect for an inside/outside event in the mid 60s. I wore wedges and it wasn't dragging at all. There is a semi open back and I wish I'd been able to be a little more creative with the bra situation.

I needed something for a spring outdoor event that was nice, but not formal, and this was perfect. The fit was great and also very forgiving. The slightly open back definitely gave it a little extra. As others said, it was very comfortable.

You can't go wrong with a farm rio dress - very well made, and the fit is always perfect with this brand. I wish I had purchased it.

Very fun and bonus being able to wear a normal bra despite the key hole in the back. I used fashion tape to align the hole and bra strap.

I wore this to a NYE black tie house party. I live on the east coast so I needed something that would keep me warm for the night without overheating indoors -- this dress was perfect. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The top has a very flattering drape to it without overpowering the look or making it less formal. It was also helpful to me for my larger chest (D cup). I chose to go bra-less and wear boob tape and didn't worry for the entirety of the night. I did find it a smidge long for my 5' 2" frame, but my boots were only 2" high heels, something a tiny bit higher would have done the trick. It's a lovely dress!

Great dress! Super "heavy," drapey material that hides all flaws and lumps and bumps. Very easy to wear, I'm bigger-chested and still wore it just fine without a bra, although you can easily wear a pretty bra underneath if you don't mind the open back.

I found this dress really elongating and elegant on my curvy frame. I wore once for a birthday dinner and once to a work conference with a cami under it since the back is open. I got SO MANY compliments! I’d plan to wear a slight heel as it is a little long. Run don’t walk to rent this!

I wore this dress to an island/tropical theme party. The dress is a little long, but it was fine with 2-3” wedge sandals. I received so many compliments. I think this dress would be great for a tropical vacation!!

It verged on being too big and the sleeves were very long (and I’m a long armed person who rarely has an issue with sleeves being too long). That said, it was comfortable and pretty. The open back makes a regular bra unwearable but the blousy pleated front sort of disguises bra-less-ness if you are comfortable going that route

Loved this dress, so comfortable and flattering, didn't realize the back was open when I picked it but it ended up working out fine I just had to adjust the bra I was going to wear so it was lower on my back. Many compliments!

Make sure you wear heels as it is floor length. I wore 2 inch heeled black western boots and it raised it perfectly. I went bra-less but if you want to fill out the top more there is space to wear a bra. Synched perfectly at the waist and not too tight at all.

Dress was a great fit for almost 30 weeks pregnant! I’m 5’3” and usually a small, but got a medium to ensure the bump wouldn’t be a problem. Sleeves are a little long. Received many compliments!

The material was high quality and it was stretchy enough to have a little give. I could've probably even done a small and been ok. It was longer than I hoped but I'm short so I wore heels. Colors were bold but not overpowering and it stood out as a high quality piece.

So comfortable. The color is gorgeous. It’s chic and I loved it. I wished it was a bit more fitted. So consider sizing down. That would have made it ultra flattering as well as chic.

At first I thought it didn't fit right because the material had an odd flow to it on the chest but spent 7ish hours in it and it was so comfortable!

Sort of a “governess” vibe. Broad shoulders, all shape lost in volume. Truly conservative other than the bit of open back. Maybe for a work event? Didn’t seem fun for a party.

My only complaint is the open back that shows the horizontal bra strap. Would have preferred a snap, some kind of closure, or just a smaller opening so one could still wear a normal bra and it not show.
