Wore this to my parents annual Christmas party and got compliments from everyone i spoke to! It was comfortable and easy to wear. I'm 5'9 and wore moccasin boots and you can see it grazed the ground. Rent it!

You can dress it up or down, with flats or clogs/platform shoes. I wore it many times with a fur vest. Lots of times to work. A man in his 80's stopped me in line and said how the dress really made me look pretty and happy. So many comments

A lot of reviews said how long this dress is however I ordered an xs and the dress did not even touch the floor (I am 5'4). The sleeves just reached my wrist at a perfect point. The dress is very light weight material, I wore it during the evening in Tuscany, Italy (in August) and absolutely loved it !

Wore this dress to a concert at red rocks and received so many compliments all night. I'm 5'4 and 115 lbs so the XS was a little big which is to be expected with free people but with a belt it worked great!

Super comfortable and flows like a dream when you move. Fits slightly large, and is more relaxed without the belt I added. Runs long. I could not have worn it with flats.

I wore this to the horse races on a cold April day. It has lots of room to layer and was cute with a long coat. I wore the large instead of medium because for layering underneath the shoulders and chest were a little snug.

Beautiful print, thick fabric. Wanted to wear for shower, ended up wearing for church. Flowey fit, perfect for belly bump, with no pull at the waist. Received tons of compliments, I'd for sure recommend for your shower or a family day out, my fave for sure!! May need to pin chest buttons , but couldn't see a difference. It works buttoned up, or halfway up for a nice neckline.

Very loose/flowy. Fits true to size. Looks great with or without a belt. I would've gotten a medium based on other reviews, but that size was not available. The small worked great. I am very tall with a slender/normal body type after having a baby last year. I wear a 27 in denim. I was wearing 2.5" ankle boots in the photos and it worked great for what I used it for. I would've wanted it a little longer, but I'm almost 5'10", so that is usually asking for a lot. It's still super long. My husband loved it. I didn't love the collar (felt like it made the dress look cheap and too casual), so I just rolled the collar under and it looked perfect. The print is even prettier in person. Love the tiny flower print. Perfect dress for fall/winter.

The dress is very comfortable and flowy, but I would recommend wearing a belt with it, as otherwise the waist is undefined. Overall, I loved this dress, and would wear something similar again!

I wore this dress at 28 weeks pregnant to a friend's Indian wedding event. It fit snug in the chest (had to reinforce with safety pins) but flowed in the arms, waist and through the legs. Perfect as a maternity dress but would definitely also wear post baby!

It was 75 degrees here on Xmas day! I wore this to visit family. It was extra comfy - perfect for lounging, but also great in photos! The only downside was that the buttons kept popping open. I just added a safety pin! NBD. I would rent it again despite the button sitch.

This isn't my typical rental style, but I wanted a long dress with long sleeves for an outdoor wedding in New England in the fall. This fit that criteria and was bright and comfortable. I could have used a belt to define the waist more, and one button at my chest kept coming undone. Otherwise, a successful rental!

I loved the pattern and felt elegant but casual enough for an outdoor rehearsal dinner. I wanted something to keep me warm without wearing a jacket or sweater. The dress was a bit tight around the chest, and one of the buttons was loose, so I had to use fashion tape to keep from unbuttoning.

This dress is definitely large in the waist and chest area. I paired it with a large belt to define the waist a bit, and unbuttoned it quite a bit and wore with a Lacey bralette to keep it from feeling frumpy. Very pretty and hangs beautifully. Lots of compliments!

This is a pretty dress and very comfortable. I am on the shorter side and was worried it would be too long but it worked with flat boots. It is very voluminous... not slimming at all. But it was comfortable and flowy and earned some compliments!

I chose to wear this dress for a baptism. It could be worn casual as well. I received so many compliments. The bell sleeves were a nice touch. The waist is fitting so it's a little flattering to your figure. I have a small frame (5'2", 120lbs) and it still felt like so much material. Dress was still loose on me. I wore 2 inch heels and it barely hit the floor, but had to pick up the dress when I walked. Overall, I loved it. If you're going for that boho look, this is definitely the dress.

Loved everything about this dress. I planned to wear it with wedges but it was too short, it was a perfect length with flats just skimming the ground (5'7" myself!). Lots of compliments!!!! Felt chic and hippie all at once, love it.

This dress fits pretty on par with the Free People brand. Im a pretty true medium/6, and i always wear a small in FP. I will say, that the button holes were quite stretched out, so it would bust open every few hours (36D bust). Also- I could only wear it with flats. I wore this dress four times and really got the bang for my buck. I thought about keeping it, but onto the next!

Loved wearing this to brunch and a museum. Really fun and pretty flattering but no definition in the waist at all, so it comes across big there, in addition to just being over-sized generally. Lots of fabric -- I'm 5'9 and even with 3 inch boots, I had to pick the dress walking up on stairs, etc.

I am 6'1" tall and around 150 lbs, and unfortunately the dress was too big yet too short. I paired it with a pair of nude, short block heels and received a ton of compliments. I personally didn't love how the dress looked on me, but was comfortable, so wore it anyway!

There is a whole lot of dress here. I tried to keep some buttons undone to make a neckline, but the one I received was quite worn so then all the buttons came undone. I'm pretty straight and narrow, so perhaps if I had more of a figure this would have felt less sack-like.

free people tends to run a little bit in size to allow for the flowy, boho designs - and so I sized down one for this dress. it was amazing! I'm 5'6 and the small was perfect. wore it with a pair of heels one night and tall boots the other night. i was so sad to send it back!!

buttons kept coming undone on bust, other than that I loved it

I originally ordered this in the XS based on other reviews that it ran a little big. However, I found that on the XS, the buttons kept coming undone because it was a little snug in the shoulders/chest area (I'm an A-B cup). I waited until the S was available and it fit MUCH better. I loved the dress so much that I ended up purchasing!

I am 5'5" and 120 and wore an XS, def runs big. There was no 'fit' around the waist, I didn't mind, but def not how it looks on the model with the cinched waist. I want to buy this for myself I loved it so much!

It fit great. Button in bust area (I'm a DD) was lose so I used a couple pins to keep everything in place. It looks great but toned down a bit too, but I wanted a more conservative look. Really loved this one!

I loved how this dress felt. There was no pulling or adjusting, which I hate. And I could wear a regular bra. It was beautiful enough for a holiday card photo and comfortable enough to do said photo while wrangling two kids.

Worn in winter and still comfortable and relatively warm for me at 6m pregnant. I'm 5'2" so worked better with a small heel as the dress is quite long and would drag if I was in a very flat shoe.

Only con is the buttons - with use, the buttons fall off, need to be replaced
