Cute!

Wore these twice! Deff recommend. They were a little tight at the waist but pretty true to size.

Classic white jean

The size 2 was a little snug in the thighs for me, but I typically go for a size 4 anyways-- they're likely true to size. They fit the bill for classic white denim

SO CHIC. Awesome pant for all seasons.

These cropped pants looked awesome on. The wide leg was very flattering. There was a little "gapping" in the back but overall with a shirt tucked in they looked great. The cropped length hit me right above the ankle. I worn these with hysteria socks hanging out of booties, turtle neck and long trench. Looks professional for work!

The search is over: Meet the perfect white jeans!

The search is over: Meet the perfect white jeans! Cut with a higher waist and tailored wide-leg, they are made for an hourglass or pear silhouette, accentuating the waistline while skimming over the legline. Goodbye, skinny jeans (Who even liked them anyway?). I've worn these everywhere, from a weekend trip to the zoo to a Casual Friday at work. The tailored silhouette (unlike skinnies) is structured with a little room, so it can easily be dressed up for more professional occasions. I'm even wearing them as a write this review -- off to a beach trip for the weekend. They're true style chameleons. One call out, however, is the length. I'm 5'5" with shorter legs (tend to buy petite denim) and these were almost too long. I would suggest women under 5'3" to read the reviews carefully, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try them. You do you :)

So comfortable and fit is perfect

I didn't think I was going to like these as much as I do, incredibly comfortable and stylish in a casual way. Wore with black strappy sandal wedge heels and black tank to work- want to keep them! Fit is true to size, semi high-waisted but not crazy high, highly recommend!

Tight in the hips - gaping at the waist

I knew ordering these would be risky, so I wasn't surprised that the fit was completely off for me - too tight in the hips, too big in the waist = enough room for my fist. Sent back immediately. I'm pear-shaped/ thicker on bottom 5'1" 119 lbs ordered my usual size (27/4). The length was OK.

A great entry place into the world of cropped wide-leg pants

I loved the look of these white denim painter's jeans online. In person, the painter's loop is longer than it looks in the RTR image. That didn't bother me, though. I knew that Free People denim ran a bit small for my taste and I don't like to wear super-fitted jeans, so I took a 12 (though I usually wear a 10). That size was perfect and looked even more flattering than I was expecting.

STYLIST REVIEW

I've been looking for a comfy white pair of jeans for the summer and these are it! I found that for the most part, the pants run true to size however just a tad too loose around my hip and bum. I'm petite with little curves so that might have contributed to the fit. At 5'2", it hit a few inches above my ankle - love when I can wear cropped styles as actually cropped. Wore this with a white tee (all white!) and a pair of platform wooden sandals.

RTR Team Review

The perfect pair of white cropped pants. These run true to size with fit in the waist and hips and little to no stretch to the denim fabric. The high waisted silhouette allows for extra comfort. I'm typically a size 2 or 26 in pants and the size 2 in these fit perfectly. At 5'7" the length hit between my knee and ankle. Pairs perfectly with a tucked in shirt and cool belt.

Stylist Review

I loved these pants. However they run very small. I would consider sizing up, they are very fitted in the hip section and flare out a tad in the thigh area. The fabric doesn't have any stretch at all. I would wear these pants to a brunch.

I didn't end up wearing these.

I didn't end up wearing these because the waist was a little too big, and the length was a little too long. They may have worked better if I went a size down. The material isn't quite denim and feels a little cheap. Overall I thought they were just, okay.

Easy and Comfortable!

Pros - cute fit through the thigh, the frayed edge was a nice touch. Cons - the high wast makes these a bit tight in the crotch area. Overall I really liked these pants! They can be dressed up with heels or down with sneakers! Very versatile!

got them for everyday

Exactly as expected - typical carpenter pants. Unfortunately, they do run quite big - and were not very flattering. I rented a size 2 and could have tried a size 0 but decided I did not like they enough. Definitely recommend sizing down.

Cute but definitely CARPENTER style

Cute, fit pretty snug around waist and loved the wide leg crop. I just didn't realize these were carpenter style which is my fault but carpenter jeans aren't really my thing so I didn't wear them.

Runs small

Love the style, but these run pretty small, so I'd suggest sizing up one size. I'm usually 2, especially in high-waist pants, but I could not get these buttoned. I did not have a 4 delivered, but I imagine it would have fit well.

Loved them but SNUG

Im 5'5' and 140lbs, hourglass. These were definitely snug. Might have tried a size larger (10) but the snug fit was cery flattering if not a bit tight since they are not stretch material. Really had fun with these. They are great with a tee tucked in or a cropped sweater. Loved doing white on white or just white and back with gold jewelry. Loved the frayed crop. Would like to rent again in the spring or summer

just went to work and around in these. got many complements

These were very cute casual denim culottes, and very comfortable. I enjoyed wearing them but the fabric was very "sturdy" so I would not say they were good for very hot weather.

nice pants for everyday errands and things. Fabric is thick so not all that great for super hot weather. Spring or mild summer evenings and you'd be fine.

Utility pants, including a place to store your hammer

These are not what you'd expect and not represented in the model photo. They have a hammer loop and are a heavy jean material. The butt is super tight and the pants overall were a disappointment.

High waist not for everyone

Some high waisted pants are ubiquitous. These are not them. Location and size of pockets not super flattering and waist and hips not quite proportional for size. Didn't end up wearing because they were definitely not flattering on me.

Not a good fit

I really wanted to love these pants, but the fit didn't work well for me. I have curvier hips and a booty with a small waist, and the pants ran tight through the hips with a big gap at the waist. Otherwise they were good quality and a nice length on me, even though I'm 5'3''. Would probably work well on someone slimmer than me.

Too small

I got these pants hoping they would work for an out of town conference. I ordered a size 12. I am typically a 12/14 depending on the cut. I was unable to get them zipped! I think I would have had to go up two sizes to get a nice fit.

Just Okay

I didn't realize these were denim and more of a cargo pants style. They were high-waisted which I liked but they had excess front material in the front I didn't care for the look of.

Not my favorite fit

The pants are a bit long for cropped pants (I'm 5'3, so that isn't a surprise) but I did a half-roll so that the frayed cuff still showed and that worked. The pants are high-waisted though and the waist felt like it ran small (although the hips and legs were not at all).

Runs very small

The size 12 is more like a size 8 I would have to say. I am normally a size 10 -- maybe a size 12. I got the 12 because I wanted the fit to be roomier and even these were far too small I could not button them. Free People usually runs very small. Recommend sizing up!! These jeans have very cute detailing on the size of the leg!

I sized up because of the reviews and because I like to wear my pants a little loose. These were too big and were not Capri on me. I just did not like them.
