A bit on the short side for my long legs

I rented this to wear during my birthday month. Loved the color and the detail up top. It's definitely short, but not flimsy, so it doesn't fly up at you. Definitely a tiny bit tight at the top, but not horrible. I wore it 3-4 times during the month I had it, and it was comfy for every day.

This dress was perfect for a laid back Saturday of brunching and wine tasting. Very comfortable and light for a day outdoors. Fit notes: I am 5'3" and the dress was on the short side (the photo angle doesn't do it justice). I wore a size 6 comfortably, but would have probably had a better fit with a 4.

I want to own this! It fit beautifully and was the perfect length for me. It may be too short for taller ladies. I thought it could be easily dressed up/down with shoes and accessories. The fabric was really soft and I didn't get too hot even in 100+ degree heat!

The dress was perfection! The only negative is the zipper is quite stubborn in one particular spot. And it has nothing to do with sizing. The size was spot on. Just overall awesome choice for me! I would rent this dress over and over again!

Rented this for a bridal shower in August. Wore it with sandals and it was perfectly casual. Could totally be more formal with different shoes so it's actually pretty versatile and perfect for a day to night outfit. Fits pretty true to size. I can range anywhere from a 2-6 in sizing, depending on the outfit and brand. (Weight around 130 pounds). Rented the 6 and the 8 and wore the 6. Fit pretty perfect and the top was actually even a bit loose. Wore with a bra and that was overall fine but the only problem was that the top was so loose, including the arm holes, so you could sometimes see my bra ( luckily I had one similar in color to the dress ;). As others have mentioned, the zipper on the side is a bit tricky to zip up lol. But, not a huge problem or reason not to rent. Can see how the dress may be too short on a taller person. Length was great for me but I'm short at 5'2". Got many compliments. Loved this dress!

The fit was perfect, dress was comfortable and true to size. I wore with sandals once and the next time with Adidas, can dress up or down easily! The zipper was a nightmare, I had 2 people try for about 5-10 minutes and they couldn't get it so had to be pinned up that day because I didn't have time to come home and change for an appointment. I was very aggravated and uncomfortable because I had to make sure my arm stayed down so no one would see. The second time my boyfriend was able to zip it up so I was able to enjoy wearing it!

Casual dress that I ended up wearing to a fraternity formal. Was really pleased with the look and feel however was pretty short!! The four would have been too big on top. Would recommend for nicer day event.

I loved this dress so much! It was so cute and flattering. Easy to wear. It was pretty short but it worked. I wore it to work during the day with a denim jacket and then out to dinner that same night. It's very versatile. I would purchase this dress if I could!

Dress fit true to size, although a little short the looseness still made it appropriate for barn wedding. It got a little wrinkled while on the 40 minute car ride there but they really blended in. Overall super comfortable. Would definitely wear this again and again!

I wore this cute little dress to brunch, a museum visit and then out dancing at night. The embroidered detail is beautiful and the color has a nice pop. Light and flowy which is great for summer in TX. I'm only 5'2 and the size 4 was short on me, but not "too" short while standing. The zipper was hard to get and I needed help from my husband. I wore a regular bra. During the day I paired it with white converse and at night with brown gladiator sandals. Wear it with a regular bra. Easy and fun to wear!

I wore this dress to my friends MBA graduation. I was able to dress it up with strappy nude J.Crew heels and dress it down with flats at work. Totally going to rent this dress again!

Your perfect go to dress for a summer day in the city! Although Free People typically does run a little bit bigger this dress is very fitted in the bust so I would recommend sizing up if you have a larger bust. The color is the beautiful stand out and you can wear a standard bra with this! At 5'4 the length was mid thigh so that is something to keep in mind if you are on the taller side. Pair this with a cool gladiator sandal!

I'm a lover of all things coral, and been on a bit of a free people kick though i'm batting 50/50 currently- and while this piece should have wow-ed me, it left me feeling so-so. I didn't wear it on my date that evening, took down those braids because WAY TOO TIGHT and ditched the seventies sunglasses. I was going for flower child here and I think instead I came across as someone trying way too hard. It wasn't the dress's fault. It was cute, decent material (little heavy for a hot summer day) but it didn't really make me feel groovy.

This dress was a perfect length for someone my height (5'0). I wore this for my 30th birthday brunch. The material is pretty thick. It tends to wrinkle. I'd say it isn't a flattering dress, but a good day time outside casual dress.

The others reviews were correct. This did feel a little short which is hard to do for me because I'm only 5'4. I did the high school finger length test and it was an inch longer so it could have been worse. I wore it to brunch and out with he girls. If you have a wide rib cage I would go up a size. I don't and it was a tad snug under the arm pits but it wasn't so bad that it was uncomfortable.

I loved this dress and wore it multiple times during my rental. My only caution would be that it is very short. I am only 5'4" and if it were any shorter I wouldn't have been able to wear it. That being said, it looked great with flats and I just had to be a little careful moving around. Overall, I would recommend!

Adorable on. A little on the short side (especially on a windy day)! Only down side is that it ran a little large in the bust (felt like I could have been a D and it would have fit). Don't know if it was stretched or just the fit. Nevertheless it was a gorgeous piece. I don't normally wear red, but this coral colour was perfect...

Great for formal or semi formal event

This was a bit worn and tight in the chest/hard to button. I ended up not wearing.

I rented this dress to spend a day in town- going to lunch and what not. I am 5'9 100 lb and rented the 0. It is tricky to get on like many other reviewers stated. The color is very pretty but it does run small in the waist and the seam in the middle bringing the waist in isn't straight across so it fits a little weird. It is still a cute dress but I don't think I would rent it again.

It is short, even on my 5'2" frame, but it is comfy, cute, and the bottom twirls well at a beach club dance floor!

Fits very snug in bust and no give in dress( button loop almost unable to open)- very difficult size zip- RTR stylist recommended rubbing dry soap bar on zipper- it worked!

It was unseasonably cold so I wore it with my sister black leather jacket and black boots and it worded wonderfully. The length for me was perfect. Just flirty enough but no booty showing.

The fabric feels thick, but it just adds a nice structure -- the dress is not too warm and is very comfortable. The waist does not stretch so I recommend sizing up. It's also pretty short, FYI.

Cute dress. I am a 4/6 and went with the 4. I'm 5'2/petite with a short torso and it fit me very well. It seems like the dress is made for a smaller person (like me). It's on the shorter side and the waist is very high.

Wore it to an outdoor concert followed by a birthday. Fit great. Only problem I experienced was the zipper kept getting stuck.
