Little big in the waist and rides up. Still had fun with this one because the color was great!

This was definitely longer than in the photo, more of a midi fit on my 5'0 frame, but love the fit anyway. The color is also super cute, and sits at the right spot on my waist. Other reviews said it made their booty look, flat but I did not find that to be true!

Loved the look and fit of this skirt, but it does constantly ride up when you walk. Besides having to tug it down every so often, it was a great skirt for fall. The fabric is very lightweight and stretchy for a corduroy.

I liked but didn't love this skirt. I rented it for a University if Texas football game thanks to the burnt orange color, and it was perfect to wear with cowboy boots. I'd do that again. It is meant to be high waisted, which means I could put it on and position it over a little problem spot on my tummy which it tucked in. I suspect this is why other women thought it flattened their booties - there is a bit of shape control (I thought my bootie looked good!). The thing is, it doesn't stay where you put it. As you start to walk it will ride up. For me, it rode up all the way to my rib cage just an inch or two under my bra. This wasn't necessarily a bad thing but it obviously changes the fit and the look. Worn this way my bootie was BANGING. Maybe this means I wore the wrong size? Perhaps it was too tight over my hips and not tight enough over my waist?

I'm usually more like a 29 or 30 in skirts so I recommend sizing up if you have hips like me. As a result, the waist was huge so I wore a belt. Cute style and lovely color but rode up when I walked. Still, would absolutely rent again in the fall for a day at the office:

The buttons on the stomach area are a little unnecessarily bulky, but it's a great fit that looks good with a lot of different vibes. I wore with a cozy puffy sweater and with a tighter look on top and both were great. Perfect for us hourglass figures.

The fit was great though I usually wear a smaller size - very body-conscious and cute. Unfortunately the corduroy material is thin, and it ripped when stretched even the slightest bit!

The skirt fits amazing and hugs all the right places. I didn't have an issue with it riding up as I walked. It stayed in place. It was so amazing I brought it! The color is amazing

A super fun knee-length (on me) skirt, gorgeous color and super versatile. Wore to work with a casual black tee, and planning to wear it this weekend with a crop tie blouse for a date night. Just enough stretch to be comfortable, and just enough structure to be flattering and slimming. LOVE.

Loved this skirt. Paired with black turtleneck and tall black boots. Longer than expected tho - I'm 5'7" and it hit mid calf.

I am in between a 4 and a 6, but tend to lean towards 4s mostly. My advice for this number is to go bigger. Thank god I went with the 6 (because that's all that was available) . Fits perfectly, the 4 would of been too tight.

This was cute, and I'll try again renting a larger size if it is available. Just a tad too small for me in spite of the fact I had already sized up one size.

Wore this to work with a turtleneck and blazer with boots. Would rent again to wear for work or play

Love the color and the material has some stretch. Still ran too small for me. Free People, make some larger sizes, for goodness sake! The average woman is a size 12/31, and some of us have some holiday cookie weight to contend with!

This skirt was slimming in all the wrong places. It somehow flattened my butt to the point of nonexistence (and I'm not particularly flat-bottomed). Was flattering enough from the front, but it just didn't do my shape many favors.

Waist was way bigger than the body of the skirt, strange fit. Was not able to wear it.

Too small and tight in the hips and thighs

Compared to other Free People items, this was actually a reasonable length for me! I was so on the fence about wearing it or not, but decided against. There is a hidden button placket with a series of 4 buttons that give this illusion of a pooch...I probably could have sized down but suspect it would have been there regardless. Bummer.

The skirt is really long and looks hilarious on a 5' tall body. It came halfway up my tires and went just below my knees. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone petite. Unfortunately I couldn't wear it.
