It was swishy, flowy, flattering, and lovely... I was months post baby and I felt beautiful! The lace embellishment was so incredible. I never thought to rent a dress but after the feel of this fabric, I always will now!!!

Got the Small and the XS based on reviews, XS fit everywhere and better except for in the neck, where it was too tight, so I went with the small because I knew i'd be dancing a lot at this wedding and wanted to be comfortable. The color of the dress and the lace detail is gorgeous, I paired it with gray shoes and the Christian Siriano Natural Snake Karima Clutch. Wore this to an outdoor August New England wedding and it was perfect. Best part was the way the dress looked when you danced, made you not want to stop dancing. I would definitely rent this dress again.

It fit true to size. I'm shorter (5'3") so it was a little long on me, but paired it with some brown boots and I was in love. Super comfortable too!

Glad I read the reviews, normally I’d be more inclined to rent a large, or a least a back up size larger. I got a small and medium, just in case. I wore the medium and it was a perfect fit. The neck was snug but not uncomfortable at all. I paired it with a belt, like some suggested to give it more definition. I received compliments all night, and did I mention it was a great dress to dance in?!

I read reviews that said it ran big so I switched my order and backup to S and M instead of my typical large. I have a wide set rib cage with a smaller chest but Large butt and thigh area. The M fit better across the chest with a little more wiggle room than the S. The S could have worked as well. It looked great with a skinny gold belt to gather it in around the waist and give it more shape. I loved the float skirt that swirled when I twirled and I got a lot of compliments on it! I wore it to a company summer party on the rooftop in Seattle and I felt fancy enough yet comfortable. The neck part was a little tighter than I expected. It worked fine for me with a basic strapless bra and it didn't show which some reviews mentioned.

One size down fit perfectly. The color is darker blue/navy with a bit of sparkle.

The dress was a great choice. Bump friendly. Nice flare to it. The sleeves were a little big. I'd suggest a bralette because the side were a bit long. Other than that I received so many compliments. Another great experience with RTR!

I got so many compliments on this dress and it was SO COMFORTABLE. It is loose and flowy on bottom so it worked out great for my large bottom half. A+

Beautiful blue lace dress! Compliments all night long!!! Perfect tea length on my 6 foot frame. I do recommend sizing down as the medium fit me with a little room to spare and I'm normally a 12 dress size.

This dress definitely runs small - I'm in a 12 right now and the Small actually fit a little big on me - insane! I got all kinds of compliments and was so comfortable.

I loved how lose and breezy it was. It is WAY large for size. I ordered XS because I read previous reviews. I am usually a S or M. It was super comfy and fun to dance in because it wasn't restricting at all!

As many other reviewers mentioned, this dress runs large and is not fitted in the middle. I paired it with a brown belt to cinch in the waist a bit, and brown cowgirl ankle boots to match. It was very flattering and I felt comfortable and stylish all night! This dress is great for dancing because of the full, lacy skirt.

I wore this for a vintage party, but would also be perfect for any formal event. I would prefer to wear with nude shoes, but didn't have any closed toe shoes besides black. The weight of the dress was awesome and is very flattering, but I was disappointed a bit as it was baggy in the waist, the arm holes cut too low to be able to wear a strapless bra invisibly ( I had to wear a bralette, which actually look really cute), and it was a bit longer than I was expecting, so I'd definitely recommend sizing down as I believe all of these issues I had would have been resolved with a smaller size. I highly recommend this dress!

I'm glad I listened to previous reviewers and ordered a size down. The dress does run a bit large but as long as you order a size down for your backup - all is good! I wore this to a Broadway show in Chicago in May. I wanted something beautiful but not too formal that would work in breezy weather and this was perfect. The weather was a bit chilly so I ended up pairing it with tights and booties which worked fine. I'm sure it wouldn't work with a typical bra but I had a Free People lacy bralette that complimented the dress perfectly. The blue is stunning and the lace is nice. Overall - loved the dress!

It does run large, I got a small and it was almost a teensy big, which is why I wore a belt with it. Also, I thought I'd wear my hair up, so you could see the details around the neck better, but it actually looked better down, unless maybe you're going for the super fancy look. This was an outdoor wedding though. Great dress! Loved twirling the fabric around :)

The color was true to the picture and dress definitely ran large. I expected to fit into a SM and ordered the XS just in case-even that was bigger than I'd have liked. But it was very comfortable and fun to dance in because of all the swish in the skirt. Decided not to wear a bra because everything I had showed somewhere-the armholes are cut quite low. Looks best with heels. If I bought the dress I might even go with a XS Petite just to shorten it up and get the bodice in the right place for my small chest. I'm a 34A, 5'8", 135 lbs.

Somehow I accidentally rented an S instead of an XS, but even so it was super cute! The flowy, swingy style lent itself to a looser fit. I wore it to brunch in a lake town and got several compliments in the lobby! I was a little worried it was too dark for summer, but the color is bright and vibrant. The lace is very unique too. Looks great with a belt too. Neckline is awesome for short hair too. :)

I read the reviews before renting, and as other people mentions it definitely runs large. I'm normally a size 8 dress, because I'm busty and have a broad back. I ended up wearing the S. There is no stretch and it was still slightly loose around the waist, so I belted it for more shape & it fitperfectly!

Love love love this dress! I wore this for a friend's wedding and this dress blended very well with her colors. This dress is very true to size & very comfortable. I was worried that the lace would be itchy....but it's not! The color is true to picture. I wore this dress with some high shoes and still loved the length(very modest) Also I received many compliments from this dress- it's very different and definitely a dress to rent or even purchase!!

This dress runs LARGE, so size down 1-2 sizes. I was really thankful for the back-up size option when ordering because I am *never* a small. I have a large bust, so it's hard to find form-fitting dresses that aren't super baggy around the waist because I always have to compensate for my chest. I ordered a medium with a back-up size of small and wore the small. The medium fit my body but was baggy around the chest; the small was perfect. The color was lighter than it appeared on the site, but it was a great color. I thought the dress looked navy, but it was more of a cerulean shade. It was absolutely beautiful, and I got several compliments on the style. I will say the neckline is a bit tight, so if you are averse to turtlenecks, you may want to keep browsing for other styles. The photos I have included are not full-length, but I included them because I feel like the fit up top is the most concerning with this dress. It flows so beautifully at the bottom - you will love it.

I LOVED this dress. It was so flattering and the color was beautiful! I got tons of compliments. I usually wear an 8 or 10 (long) and the Medium (regular) fit perfectly. I'm 5'10" and the dress hit me at exactly the right spot length wise.

The dress is a little tight in the neck, but over all the fit was good, I wore a strapless bra so you would not see my straps through the lace. SO much fun to wear!

While yes, it is a bit large around the arm holes, and there's a lot of fabric at the bottom, it also adds to the beauty of the dress. The details are gorgeous and makes it really fun to dance in. I felt super comfortable in the dress even though it was "large" at the bottom - again, I think that's the style. You can dress it up or down.

Rented this dress for my sisters graduation, was very comfortable the whole day. People stopped me everywhere to tell me how much they loved the dress. Even after graduation and a family dinner, I was comfortable enough in the dress to change into converse sneakers and wear it our with my friends, and it still looked cute. It was heavy which is a sign of being well made, was worried I would be too hot in the Alabama heat but I turned out to be very comfortable. Would consider buying this dress.

Another homerun of a dress from Free People--this one was a true attention-grabber. I love, love, LOVED this dress! One of my best friends was having a celestial-themed wedding, and the color and style of this dress fit perfectly. It is a great dress to dance the night away in (awesome twirling!). This dress does run quite large--I sized down to a small and felt that it was the most flattering to my waist and bust (and got away with no bra). The length was pretty good considering how short I am, but I would recommend wearing nude heels/wedges to really get the most out of the length. I received so many compliments and overall felt like a beautiful queen all night.

This dress is beautiful but definitely runs large. I appreciated the extra space in the waist but there was maybe too much extra fabric in the chest. I would definitely rent this dress again though!

Loved the fit. I was able to not wear a bra which rocks! The fabric was fantastic and so comfortable! Based on reviews I ordered an XS and a S. Ended up wearing the XS which isn't normal for me. I'm 5'6" and about 135 pounds, the dress wasn't tight around my stomach or anything - very flowy under the bust. So great having two size options !! Love love love.
