I did love these earrings, but the spike was very hard to see, as it just goes BACK and not DOWN enough to show in the front. Mostly it just looks like a regular pearl earring.

The earrings are pretty but like the other reviewer mentioned, and even with my pixie cut, the spike detail was not very noticeable. The spikes didn't click into place, just smoothly slid onto the post, so I was a bit worried they'd be easy to lose.

I absolutely loved these earrings. To the point that I almost kept them!

I loved the idea of these earrings, since they mixed a classic pearl stud with a modern, edgy "spike" as the back... But the backs weren't as sturdy (staying on) as I had hoped. I don't know if that's how they were made, or if they've just been worn enough times that they fit a little looser. I was worried the whole evening that the backs might slip off and I'd lose them.
