I wore this for a concert/gala dinner that was somewhere between cocktail and black tie and it was perfect-so many compliments! I have a short torso so the adjustable straps on this were clutch- no need to try to hide safety pins like I sometimes do. I loved how flattering it was for my cleavage-perfect fit on top! Rare when it also fits my hips and isn't A-line. I'm pear shaped though (usually wear a 2-4 in tops, bra between B and C), so if you usually wear a 6 on top it might not work for you.

Truly a perfect fit size wise. Fabric felt luxurious. I highly suggest you do not sweat and apply lotion hours before! The shiny fabric will show every drop. Beautiful though.

Makes all the curves visible, I don't have a perfectly flat stomach and you could clearly see it in the dress. Keep in mind that in the pictures dress is warm-toned but in real life, it's more cool-toned. Fits amazing! My height is 5'9 for reference.

Wore this dress to a winter wedding and I absolutely loved it. It was equal party fun and formal. Form fitting but easy to dance in. With that being said, the dress is pretty ‘chesty.’ I don’t mind this personally but if you’re not comfortable with a dress that shows off your assets then you may want to look at another dress. With that said I’d wear this dress in any color for every event I can. It’s beautiful!

Loved this dress for a fall wedding! It's definitely low cut, so if you aren't comfy with cleavage showing, it won't be for you. Otherwise, it was perfect!

This is a more interesting version of the classic silk slip dress. The cut is beautiful. I didn't have the issue others mentioned with the zipper sticking out. Love it.

I felt confident in this dress. It wasn't tight or uncomfortable anywhere and the straps were adjustable.

The dress runs small at the top. I'm narrower on the top and usually a size 4 but had to go with the backup size 6 which saved the day. I've developed a bit of a gut over the past year and a half and the larger size helped with that too.

Loved wearing this dress. Beautiful red color. Fabric drapes wonderfully. Super comfortable, fitted at the top but flowy at the bottom. Great option for "floor length" for petite girls.

Loved this dress and I felt super hott in it! I got a ton of compliments! I wear a 38DD and the top just barely fit, but I ended up not wearing a bra, which I never do. I wore my pashmina when I was sitting and felt pretty exposed, but decided I was going to rock it. I'm 5'3" and it was a good length.

This dress got several compliments. Especially for the color, it was the only one of its kind there. Everyone else was wearing green, black, or navy blue. The length was perfect; I'm 5'2.

The zipper is on the side under your arm and the fabric is slippery, so be prepared to ask for help when getting dressed. It's just an awkward angle. Looked great on, felt sexy, beautiful flowy skirt I wasn't tripping on, but the fabric shows flaws, so spanx up and grab a friend when putting it on!

Wore for a black tie wedding. Normally a 4, wore this in a 6, had more room than I needed. Super comfy. Only downside is I do think it makes mid-section look bigger than it is.

Wore this to a very hot Florida wedding (87 in January) and got loads of compliments. The color is so rich and beautiful, and the fabric is silky smooth. I was worried about how the top would fit based on other reviewers with large busts, but I had no issues!

I took everyone's advice that it runs small, I sized up one and it fit PERFECTLY. So flattering, high quality, and it didn't feel too tight after eating. The length is short girl friendly and I got a ton of compliments. I would wear this dress in every color, again and again. Might be harder for larger busts to get the right fit, but it was perfect for my petite frame.

I ordered a size 0 and a 2, i wore the 2. (I'm usually a 0). The fit was great. The fabric and color is beautiful. The skirt moves wonderfully and a really fun dress to dance in! I wore to a friend's wedding, got a lot of compliments. I would definitely recommend this dress.. I might buy it!!

I wore this to a dinner party with girlfriends and I felt so feminine and sexy. Just a hair snug in the bosom, but great for a little added lift. I did not need to wear a bra with the dress. Would rent again.

Satin is very unforgiving so size up and wear shape wear. I'm a 32DD and needed the 4 because the 2 was too small in the chest. Love the color and loved wearing it to a speakeasy.

I'm short so this dress was a little too long for "cocktail attire" (it was too formal at that length, and the wedding was outside) so I wore a different dress BUT I loved it and was sad I couldn't wear it. Super comfy and swingy, I felt pretty. Very true to size, but if you're short, expect it to be long.
