I think the waist on this one is all stretched out and needs to be retired. All the pictures show this coming in at the waist. It is completely unwearable. Very thick and scratchy material.

This dress fit great! The pockets were a huge plus so I could attach my work badge to the front. I added a belt around the waist for an extra touch, which I recommend to accentuate the waistline. Overall it was super cute!

Thick material without being too hot, functional pockets, even tho it has buttons all the way even the ones on the stretchy belly part stayed put.

My first RTR experience. LOVE this dress. Fits excellent and fabric is a great medium weight. No puckering or odd tugging like I'd read on some reviews. I'm very pear shaped and this didn't squish my hips like some straight fitted sheaths do. Streamlined my silhouette and fit very true to size.

I think this runs a bit big. Very comfortable, thicker material, pockets!

Rented this to wear to work and was not disappointed. Flattering and comfortable. It is also lined which is always nice with white dresses. Dress fits true to size if not maybe a little on the larger size. I'm a 4/6 and was happy with the 6 since there was no gap between buttons.

Fit was true to size. I am 5'2 and petite so the length and waist was perfect for me, but felt like the baggy fit on top was not super flattering on me. Wore to work once and it was comfortable.

Wore it to a casual day at work. Comfy and easy to sit in all day. Could definitely wear out with heels, too. I thought the pattern was really cute. Can't go wrong with black and white. Tight waist, but elastic, so still comfy. Top fit me fine, but could see it being snug if you have a fuller bust.

Adorable but I recommend sizing down if you are 5"4 or shorter. I have a smaller torso so the top half of the dress was longer than I wanted. I resolved this by adding a thicker belt. Overall I loved the dress! -oh and it's completely lined too so you can't see through it.

Wore this to work but fit was a little off for me. It was loose on the top so I put a blazer on to cover that part up. I think this outfit would look better on someone less hourglass

Really great pattern that you can pair with lots of accessory options! The fit was fine on this (no gaps between buttons), but with the stiffer fabric, it was poofier on the sides than I'd anticipated. The front pockets were flat against the fabric and I think a cute addition. I wouldn't order this again.

Got compliments on this one, great for summer at the office. Material was a little papery but made it light and airy.

I'm 5'3 and the dress was a great length. Comfortable and flattering fit - I did wear a sweater at work because it is sleeveless but overall liked the dress

2nd dress I bought from RTR that was NOT as described.

It looks like it cinches in the waist, but doesn't. Gave me a triangle shape. Fabric is very stiff. I did not wear.

Perfect casual dress for day or night! Comfortable fit!

The fit was flattering and disguised my big boobies well. Was able to wear it to work and a casual social event.

I wanted to buy this dress, it was perfect. I appreciated the bottom half of the dress having an extra layer of fabric on the inside so that it wasn't see through.

Loved this dress for work. The skirt part has a lining which is nice so I wasn't worried about it being see through but it did make the dress a bit heavier. The top portion is super large on me - I am a 36D and still had so much room. I definitely could have sized down. Elastic band around the waist not uncomfortable or tight, just adds a bit of shape to the dress. I recommend!!!

Coworkers liked it. It fit well. Finally showed off my summer tan that's taken forever to achieve! The elastic at waist was pretty wide so I didn't think it was as flattering but it did fine on my curvy busty figure.

The material was substantial so no need to worry about undergarments. It is a bit stiff so it would pouf up a bit when sitting down. Overall, comfortable and easy to wear for every day.

very appropriate length and coverage for workplace modesty. i wore it with a nice black cardigan and black flats. very comfortable. the dress is more structured that i thought it would be but its still very form flattering and comfortable.

Cool and cute dress. I wore it for a day of family wine tasting. The waist elastic is tight in a flattering way (sucks you in) and the pockets are sweet my only problem was at 5'7 it was quite short. Fine for a day out but I would not be able to wear it for work at all, or anything that required bending a lot. Def on the high side of "mid thigh" for me.
