Dress fit true to size. The buckle took a couple tries to get right. The surprise slit was a little high but since I rented this for day time in Las Vegas, it wasn't a big deal. I decided to drape the sleeves around my neck for more chest coverage instead of draping over my shoulders as shown in the photos. I thought it added an extra style touch to the dress. I would rent this dress again.

Wore this to a Career Fair. I liked the color and despite some negative reviews, I felt the dress would be good for my body type. I was right. It is a beautiful dress (I could have used some bra stuffing), but overall I was very satisfied. Probably best for pear shaped women or athletic build. The only drawback was that darn slit. It was an absolutely unnecessary feature on a dress that would have been perfect for work without it. I have a few free shows while seated, but I had tights on.

I really liked the idea of this wrap dress but it just didn't work on me. The crossover wrap was too small and it looked strange with a camisole underneath. The material was a nice quality but size up!

This dress fit a little differently than I expected. It took a few extra hands to figure out just how to buckle the belt without the top of the dress coming undone. It was a little to loose in the bust area for myself so a person with a larger bust (I am a 38C) may have better luck with the top of the dress. The bottom of the dress fit my body fine as I am a little thicker in the hip area than at the top of my body and came mid calf so it is a true tea length for anyone around 5'6/5'7, may be a little longer for anyone shorter. It is a wrap dress so it runs pretty true to size but I would advise others to size down for back up if they are smaller in the chest area or looking for a more form fitting look. Overall, the dress has great, thick fabric and can be used for everyday wear!

So sexy! I love the high slit and the cleavage on this dress is dangerous- a must wear with boob tape or a cami. But the lines and the way it spins and flows is just gorgeous- the heavy weight of the fabric definitely contributes to that. Perfect for fall!

Loose, comfortable fit with a flattering slit. Loved how this dressed moved. Might need to bring fashion tape or a safety pin if you're more modest.

The split is very high, opens up very easily when you sit.I wore thigh high compression shorts under the dress.

It's a beautiful dress, but my F-cup chest was spilling out no matter how I wrangled the dress. Would work beautifully on a slightly smaller-chested person!

This dress was great for a night out in warm weather. I do warn the slit on the side came all the way up to where my thigh and hip meet and I'm on the shorter side at 5'4". Otherwise the dress was fun a flirty.

This dress fit me perfectly but there is an EXTREMELY HIGH slit over the left leg that is not visible in the product images. Definitely cannot wear to work and as someone who likes to show a lil skin, this was even out of my comfort zone a bit. Much more appropriate for a date or a night out.

This is a wrap dress but there's no slit in the belt area fit the inside wrap to emerge ro tie. I think I recieved a dud. Maybe it wasn't the only one since it was heavily discounted in the keep it forever section and another review said she couldn't figure out out. I guess I'll have to bring it to a tailor. Otherwise beautiful. Very high slit at hip.

Dress was actually very cute - fit well, color was neat, and I felt great in it - but I didn't wear it because the slit on the side - which is not super visible in the photos - was just too high. If I had a fancier event that I could get away with a slit at...maybe? But otherwise just too high and weird for most days. I would have needed a slip, too - the bust area just did not work for me (I'm a 36C) and with the slip, the slit was just weird.

I put this in my first unlimited shipment because I love olive green and the silhouette looked perfect for work. I love the fabric...substantial with nice drape. What doesn't work for work is the thigh-high slit on one side (who knew?) and the woo-hoo! cleavage. Also, the overlap isn't quite deep enough for modesty. My husband LOVED this dress, but I cannot wear it to work as a high school assistant principal.

Great material and very well made. Color is beautiful. The fit was great just more revealing than I usually wear. The top is wide and low and the slit it very very high. I can usually swing one or the other but both meant I was trying to pin the top or the thigh.

Dress is pretty, but seemed a little oddly cut. Length was longer than I expected and the bust was loose and low. If I had sized down, it might have been better?

poor fit

I rented this for work and I just wanted to make sure everyone thinking of renting for work knew that it has a HUGE slit up the side that went up to my lower abdomen. I was not able to see the slit from the pictures or from other people's reviews. I thought at first I had wrapped it wrong, but I'm pretty sure I didn't. I had to use 4 safety pins to pin it shut. Also, you absolutely have to wear a cami underneath because it will not cover the chest area. It was cute, minus the huge slit!

I dream of a wrap dress that works with a large chest, this is not it. Loves the shape and feel, just wouldnt be able tomwear without a tank underneath.

This dress is really cute and it fit well. However, the pics don't show that the split goes to the top of your thigh. When you walk, your entire thigh is exposed. It definitely isn't work appropriate for a conservative career.
