This was a last minute rental since the other dressed did not work out. So loved this classic little black dress!! Felt sexy and classy all night. Size 10 fit like a glove but i opted to wear the 12 because i was sitting for a banquet dinner most the night and wanted to be comfortable. Definitely would rent again!!

I wore this dress to work event with my dad. This dress is very flattering though, the sizing is a little non-traditional. I normally wear a 6. I ordered a 6 and an 8 based on reviews. The 8 fit me more appropriately. I have a robust rib cage, so the side cut outs worked better with the larger size, otherwise, I would have preferred the 6. I did not find the chest to be too large once I tied the halter strings tightly which also provided me with support and no need to wear a bra. I am a 34C. The fabric is high quality and the tea length is very classy.

This dress is gorgeous! Fit like a glove. Ran a bit tight/small but was still able to wear and look cute. Ver classy dress and felt so sexy!Considering buying this one. Would suggest getting a larger backup size if possible.

A small gap by the chest for me. But I'm very hourglass with larger hips and thighs than chest. Loved it and would totally rent again.

The fit ran true to size. I had to do my homework for bra options (as I am a DD), with the cutouts it wasn't possible for something larger. I tried the sticky lift bra but it did not work, I ended up going with a strapless push up. The fit was comfortable and hugged my curves right where I wanted the dress to cut. The tie top didn't need to be adjusted, it was tough and didn't slip out all night. I suggest this dress for sure! It was outdoor and was a little hot in the 90 degrees but worth it!

Great dress

This was not the original dress I ordered. I ended up going to the flagship store in NY and was given this dress by one of the stylist. As soon as I put it on, I knew it was the one! It fit beautifully, and I didn't even need to wear a bra because the top fit securely (big deal since I'm a D cup!) I got compliments all night! I've been renting from RTR for a couple of years, and this is one of the few dresses I wanted to buy.

Got so many compliments on this dress. It was sexy without being over the top and was perfect for an early spring evening wedding. I'm 5'7" 130-140lbs depending on which scale I use (every single one is different) bust size 36 B or 34 C. I Ordered my first size in 6 based on reviews and the free 2nd size in a 4 as I am usually one or the other, typically leaning more towards a 4. The 4 fit except for around my bust area, it zipped but my skin was pinched out the cut outs( not so sexy). The 6 fit perfect so I would say if you like a body hugging fit you should order your size based on average size measurements, however, if you like your garments on a tad looser side I would order 1 size up rather than down for the extra size garment. Enjoy!

The little cut out was the perfect detail to a classic black dress. The tie around the neck made it adjustable for me even though I’m tall (5’11”). Super comfortable and sleek. Loved it!

This dress fit great. Soft and comfortable material. Lots of compliments. I'd wear it again! Only issue I had was the tie got loose but once tied again it was perfect.

This dress was great!!! I searched for a long time on a dress to wear and felt like I was settling when I picked this one. I was happily surprised once the dress arrived. It fit amazingly, and it was super comfortable. The fabric is thick so I didn't have to wear a bra. The neckline did dig into my neck a little, but I just reminded myself to pull up the dress every so often. The split in the back wasn't too high and that was something I was worried about. I even forgot about the cutouts on the side. The clutch was from RTR as well and it was super cute. It was a perfect size.

This dress runs a little small. I'm usually a 4 or a 6, and I wore an 8. The straps dug a little, but they were holding the weight of the dress because I wore a bigger size. It was comfortable enough to wear for 6 hours though, and I would definitely rent it again!

Perfect fit! Super comfortable and gets all the attention. Just make sure you tighten the stings well as it may get loose as you walk around/dance.

The dress looked amazing and I might buy it if I could find it. The only downside is that there is no give, so sitting down was not easy but you manage.

Perfect dress for the black tie event I rented it for. I'd say this runs true to size or slightly small, so I would recommend renting your normal size and sizing up for the backup. I wore the 4, which was just slightly snug around the hips, but the 6 had too much extra fabric in the middle for me. Other than that this dress was comfortable, flattering, and photographed well. Definitely would recommend.

I really, really wanted to love this dress more than I actually did. Unfortunately, I am just small chested, so the top party didn't fit as well as it was meant to fit. If you're a full "C" cup or a full "B", I think this dress would be fabulous. However, if you gave really big boobs, I fear your boobs will spill out of the dress, and you will be adjusting all night, and no one likes to see that.

Loved wearing this dress - got tons of compliments. The cutouts were high enough that I could still wear pantyhose underneath which I liked, and I didn't need to wear a bra. However, I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the halter string kept slipping loose, forcing me to tie it in a super tight (and uncomfortable) knot in the back. I'm usually between a 12 and a 14, and I felt this was true to size throughout most of the dress, but the top was a bit large for me.

This was my back up dress as the first one didn't fit. This dress is very form fitting sexy yet classy. The only issue I had was the cleavage area. I didn't wear a bra so my boobs sagged a bit. Other than that I liked the dress. The dress works best for women with small breast. Will not wear it again.

I'm 5'5 little over 150 lbs, I'm a 36 B/34 C . Thank god I got the 8 , this is a very snug dress but stretchy material! So flattering and slimming. You def need to be a little busty to fill it out but tightening the straps made it fit. Love it otherwise !

For this dress to fit me properly, I would have needed an 8 on the bottom, and a 6 up top. This is a common issue with me, since I'm pretty hippy. You need to be fairly busty (or very slim-hipped!) to fit this dress properly, especially since the placement of the side cutouts exposes a strapless bra. The plus side is the fabric is thick enough to make wearing it without any support a reasonable option. I declined to wear it to my fancy event since I would have been tugging up the back and sides all night, but I managed to get a wear out of it by throwing a sweater on top for work. I could see this dress being amazing if it fit you properly. Another note, plan to pin up the hanging straps since they keep trying to sneak out through the side cutouts. If I owned this dress I'd have cut them out immediately.

Size up definitely, pretty dress , fit great but kept having to adjust the top part ..kept falling out .

Great at hiding the pooch. The length worked for me since I'm a shorty. Only con was that the neck strap digs just a bit, probably more for busty women like myself with more weight to manage up front, but it wasn't too much of an issue. Highly recommend.

This was a nice piece with a plunge neck and side cuts, it fit reasonable well but might be better for someone with smaller breasts
