I rented this top to wear with the leather skirt for my holiday garden club party. It was extremely flattering and the cut in the back was super unique!

I tried to capture it in my pic but the back of this too is so cute! The front is extremely flattering as well and in general the shift can be worn alone or paired with a blazer for a stylish look.

This too was perfect for a birthday dinner. I wore it with fun earrings and jeans, and it was a great look. I went a size up, which actually worked well because I wore it without a bra. The shape of the back made it impossible for me to wear one and not have some of it showing- this may be better for women who are comfortable without a bra OR wearing a stick on.

I ordered a large and an XL and wore the X. We did a scavenger hunt and it was comfortable enough to walk around downtown for a few hours. I would definitely wear again.

I love this top so much, that I've already updated my will so that I can be buried in it face-down so everyone can see how sexy the back is. The cut-outs below the shoulders MAKE THIS PIECE. You'll need a racer-back bra to make it work. Or don't wear a bra at all. Whatever. I'm not the boss of you. I was worried the medium would be too small for me, because the top is structured with a zipper and has ZERO stretch. However, as a woman who's usually a size 6-8 on top (with a 36C bra), it hugged me in all the right places. My "girls" felt supported without being suffocated. The arm cutouts are deep enough so that you're not sweating all over the white fabric - big plus for someone who hates cleaning things. I wore this to work, but I'm in a creative field with a very liberal dress code. Due to the DAYUMMM GIRL-NESS of the back, this might not work in a more conservative environment. I'M KEEPING THIS FOREVER! Or until it needs dry cleaned. Then I'll send it back and rent it again. Byeeee!

Fit really well, but like other reviews mention, it's short, which worked for me since I have a short torso, and the large armholes may risk exposure of the side boob. I wore it with a halter strap bra and adjusted the band to where it wasn't visible. I wore it for work under a blazer and with jeans and heels - very versatile. Got several compliments. I'd probably rent again.

This top was perfect for a Saturday night concert. I got a ton of compliments. The way it cinches at the waist definitely helps accentuate your hips and shape in a great way. I already want to rent it again!

Loved this shirt. I rented it for my Jack and Jill and it was comfortable, fun and flattering. Very easy to wear and the material was heavy enough to not be see through, but not so thick that it was uncomfortable.

Great top! Fit nicely, I did however have to wear a bra extender so that my bra wouldn't show.

I usually wear a S/M in tops and the S fit perfectly! This top is simple in the front, so definitely suggest a statement necklace, but the back speaks for itself! You'll get lots of compliments!

This stark white, subtle pleated peplum top is perfect for work to date night. It runs true to size with a slight stretch to the fabric, but I would recommend sizing up if you're higher than a C cup. The size small fit me perfectly and was super comfy! Looks great with cropped pants and heels.

To be the zipper in the back of the shirt but I think I needed a size down or a bigger check bc I didn't fill out the L. Otherwise-it was great!

This top is made unique by the back. The fit is true to size, although it is almost too short for me (I'm 5' 9"). I wore a sticky gel bra, which worked great. The open sides would show a regular bra. The sides and back make it sexier than expected. I ended up keeping on my jacket most of the time when the event ended up a bit more conservative than I expected. The material of the top is thick enough to hide sticky bras. The sleeves on the shirt would roll up a bit with movement and not come back down. Doubled sided tape helped.

The back and the peplum gave the plain white shirt a bit of edge. I liked it a lot. Tough to figure out which bra to wear (and I could have used a padded one because I definitely had a lot of room on top.) Overall really cute

This shirt was very flattering. I wore it with a cardigan for half the day as I felt the back was slightly revealing for my conservative work environment. It paired nicely with skinny cropped pants and heels. I received many compliments and felt very stylish. It was a little snug in the bust but not terribly so.

Cute peplum style shirt with a unique back. The shirt arrived a little wrinkled and with a few pulls, but nothing horrible. The shirt is lined so it's a heavier feel. Requires a racer back bra or sticky bra, some side boob could come out too as the arm holes are a little long, but I didn't have any major issues. I wore this or to dinner and to work and received many compliments. It runs a little short.

Wore for a day out shopping in Cape Cod. I like the fit, but tight around the ribs. Recommend sizing up if you have a bigger rib cage pike me. Lots of compliments, great way to show off a statement necklace and keep the rest simple.

I should do a better job of reading the reviews and looking at photos before I rent. I rented this for a work event but it's definitely not appropriate for work. The back is VERY open and even the sides are too low to wear a regular bra (see photo). In the end, I skipped it for a work event and wore it to my son's preschool auction with a jacket and a sticky bra. It was cute. And I got lots of compliments. But I never took my jacket off. I didn't feel that was appropriate.

The corners of the shirt did not match, likely hemmed at one point, but loved the overall fit of the shirt.

I took a risk with this one, as I knew it was cut out in the back and potentially showed a little too much on the side. I chose to wear this to work the night before I was going to wear it out. I wound up returning it after I wore it to work after all the looks I got - and no compliments (rare when I'm wearing something from RTR). I do work in a fairly conservative area, so I probably should have skipped it for work. Wound up throwing a cardigan over it halfway through the workday, and it looked even worse, due to the peplum sticking out. I did wear a strapless bra with it, but had to pull the band in the back down pretty far to not be seen. Would not rent again - too many other better options than this one.

Darts and too low on the chest. The sides are cut in to show lots of side boob, which is fine but also show "arm butts" worked well for work with a blazer but not memorable.

The material feels nice. The back is amazing, but the side boob is too much. I couldn't wear this top.

Armholes were very low (revealed good portion of undergarment) and back was also very revealing while waist was too cinched in. Maybe fun for night out in right size but not work appropriate.

This shirt was too big for an XS. It also came a little dingy and dull. Additionally, the cut of the back made it hard to wear to work. I tried to layer a white tank top underneath but the straps were exposed. Who owns a white tube top?Because that's able the only thing you can layer underneath the shirt to make it work appropriate. These sort of nuances should be noted in the stylist notes. I was disappointed as I rented for a wear outfit and just couldn't make it work without showing my tank top straps in back or wearing a blazer over the shirt (which sort of took away the entire look/shape of the shirt and what makes it special).

Large in the waist.

Very fun and flattering. Thick fabric so it is good for a fancier occasion. The back cut outs are fun details but you need to wear a stick-on bra or no bra.

A thicker fabric top with not much "give." I wore a razor back bra and had zero issue with straps showing. I love that it is fitted in the chest and flares out, landing just below the belt line on jeans. Wore with a statement necklace, dark jeans and heels - It was a party but for clients. Received complements all night!

I got this shirt for my birthday brunch with friends and family over Memorial Day Weekend. Tried the L and it fit fine, but I went with the XL since it gave me a little bit more breathing room (especially in my chest) and I felt more comfortable. I loved this shirt and would definitely rent again - the fit was forgiving, and I got so many compliments from friends and family. My only issue was with wearing a bra. For any women renting this shirt who may be larger in the bust area, the cut outs in the back and the large arms holes made it difficult to make a bra work easily, but I managed to get a strapless bra to work okay if I pushed it further down in the back. Just have to be aware of what can maybe be seen from the sides too. Overall, great shirt though!

Very classy and fits so well!

I wore this to work under a fitted blazer with a stone necklace. It was well fitted and very well made. I had a dinner to attend after work, so it was easy to slip off my blazer and still look classy yet a little sexy with the back design.

This top is so classy with a surprise sexy back. I have a large chest but the top was just a little too big for me.

This top is really fun to wear. It is made with thick material and is fully lined so there isn't much give if you are larger chested. The back is so unique and shows skin tastefully. I was able to wear a nude racerback bras with the top.

True to size

It fit well, like it was made for me! I'm 5'6".. 127-129 lbs right now.. Size 34DD.. It zipped up easily in back. The cut outs in the back shoulder region was a bit low, so my raceback bra did peak out a little. I wore it with a pencil skirt and it looked great though! Felt like a nice high quality material. Definitely worth renting (via Unlimited) for work!
