This dress was perfect. It was a bit long and big up top however it looked amazing. I would size down if you have an athletic build.

This runs true to size (or slightly small)- I'm usually a 12 on top, and 12/14 on bottom. Unfortunately RTR could not send me the 12 last minute so I only had the 14. It felt okay on my hips but was too baggy in my chest/waist area. I was able to use a safety pin to keep it mostly against my body. I felt so pretty and loved the flowy nature of the dress. Definitely is not form-fitting, do not need spanx/shapewear for this. Would highly recommend this dress!

The fit in the chest was great, but the connections in the back were a little lose, and didn't fall especially nicely. The lining was perfect though, and made the color really pop.

Rented this beautiful baby blue dress for my daughter. Soft, flowing, it was exactly what she wanted and the fit was great. She is about 5'4", 118 lbs. It was snug in the waist, but fit better in the straps and bust than the 2R. Thank you for giving her a great dress for prom after a year of Covid restrictions.

I wore to a wedding and got so many complements! At 5’6 and 130 it fit like a glove and was just the right length to be able to wear a small heel and not have it dragging on the ground. I’m normally a 2 and the 2 fit perfectly. This designer does all the dresses the same their is no give in the torso so size accordingly the rest of the dress flows so your hips don’t matter

The other reviews were accurate: very tight in the ribs with long straps (unless I was standing up straight, the straps looked loose in all the pictures). I would recommend sizing up for your backup size. Other than that, it’s a beautiful dress that flows, spins, and makes you feel like a princess! I wore ~3 in heels to keep from dragging on the floor.

Sooooo many compliments on this dress. The unique color really stood out. It was a little tight thru the rib cage but I figured that would be the case so I wore my backup size. I go back and forth between 8 and 10 and opted for the 10 for this dress. Pretty easy to dance in as long as you are wearing heels. My date was worried I’d trip while walking because the dress was fairly long, had a few close calls. I’m 5’5”.

I usually wear a 6R but had to overnight extra sizes because it was tiny! Thank goodness for RTR customer service! I was able to make the 8R work (still very tight at the waist and a little large in the straps) and was absolutely blown away by how gorgeous the dress was. I'm 5'7" and wearing 2-3" heels and the dress fell perfectly just above the floor. I wore this for my engagement photo shoot session and the photographer and I had lots of fun twirling the skirt - so romantic and beautiful!

I am normally a size 4 but I ordered the 2 as my backup size which was RISKY since I have large hips and would never wear size 2 pants. But, since this dress is not tight in the hips, I was in luck. I saw a lot of comments from people saying the straps are too long and IMO it's not that the straps are too long, it's that the dress runs large. The other bridesmaid, who is the same size as I am, wore a size 4 and we pinned up her straps, but then the cups were a little high. A size 2 fit my ribs and chest with a little bit of classy cleavage and without us having to pin anything.

Stunning dress - received compliments all night and felt so pretty. Dress has a gorgeous flow to it and is perfect for a formal summer occasion. Like many others have said it was very tight in the rib cage and a tad large in the chest. though I didn't have an issue with the straps. Overall worth the discomfort!

This dress flows beautifully! The slit adds a fun and sexy surprise when you walk. The color is lovely and will make you stand out in any crowd. As mentioned in other reviews, the straps are too long so you will need to get creative with how to secure those.

I wore this for an outdoor engagement shoot and absolutely loved it! The bust fit a little loose on the side boob but you couldn't tell in pictures. Also, a little tight on ribs but I only wore it for about an hour.

We had to go to a ball for a work event for me and RTR had my back on this one. I wasn't sure if the dress would be too long or not. In heels and at 5'6 it was a tad long but not nearly enough for it to be a problem just enough for me to have to watch where I stepped. I got sooo many compliments on this dress including my boss. My friends recommended RTR and I'm now hooked!

The 4 was a bit tight. Normally I can do some dresses in 2 and some in 4. By the end of the night, the 4 was a bit constraining, but overall comfortable for the 7 hours I was wearing it. I heard from various people all night I looked like Cinderella, so naturally I didn't want to take it off. Disguised my food baby like a charm and fell perfectly so I didn't feel like I had to suck it in all night haha. It does have cups sewn in, which is great because I couldn't really wear a bra with this. I tried a sticky bra, but it didn't look right. The bra area and back straps do fit a but loose unless you are standing up straight. But I still give the dress a 10/10 for making me feel like a princess.

I immediately drew attention in this dress! I received so many compliments. This dress is surprisingly great for dancing since the fabric moves around gorgeously and it was easy to move in. I was afraid that the strappy back would make the dress complicated to get into but I couldn't have been more wrong. This dress showed off my bust more that I anticipated, but given that I have a small bust, that was more of a pleasant surprise. I had so much fun adding accessories since this dress is so classy, it accepted everything I added to it. I am seriously in love with this dress!

It fit just right but the strand were a little long but that can be fixed. I’m 5’8 so I got a little bit of a shorter heel and it was the perfect length and didn’t drag on the ground. There isn’t a lot of support so I’d invest in a silicone bra or something of that nature.

The bust area is tight, but I felt it was true to size. I’m 5’9 and the 6R was perfect with flats! I received a ton of complements in the dress.

Loved this dress. The top is a tight and corset-like. I didn’t need to wear a bra because of the padding! The dress is very comfortable, as long as the top corset part fits you right!

I wore this to a garden gala fundraiser and got so many compliments. It took some crisco and fishing line to get me into it though. I wish I had ordered two sizes up for my back up size. I will say it did give throughout the evening though so who knows but it would have been nice to have the option.

The color and flowiness of this dress definitely had a Cinderella feel! I found the dress to run very small though. Even the 12--my size-up option--was quite snug on my rib cage.

Color is gorgeous! Overall length is perfect, wore 2" heels and it just floated above the ground. The hips and skirt have plenty of room but the ribs/waist was very snug. I'm small chested; the top was too big, both the cups and the straps. Most definitely cannot wear a bra with this dress (and probably wouldn't need to with a larger chest). Overall I wish it fit differently - was tight even with shapewear but I made it work! A 10 would have been too big on top. Bust 33" Waist 31" Hips 37"

Gorgeous chiffon dress! Worn to a fancy themed party and I loved the way the layers flowed. But, it runs very, very small. I'm 12 true to size and it fit like a very small 10 or a generous 8. Pulled out all of the stops to get it zipped. Bust also runs small -- I wore a cami under it as it didn't cover much.

Ordered 2 diff sizes, i sized up on both. Im between a 10 and a 12 but i wore the 14 here. The waist/ribcage was still very tight and restricting. The chest area was weirdly loose which never happens to me bc I'm fairly large cheated and, if anything, i find it hard for dresses to fit over my boobs. I ordered one of those push up sticky bras from Amazon for this bc a normal bra would show so much but you'll prolly need some support or at least i did, cos my boobs were just too saggy without it

I wore this dress to prom and it was great. The material of the bottom is very flowy and the ribbons on the back are a nice detail. The bust of the dress is heavily padded, and was a little too big for me (34A), but the waist section fit pretty tight so there was no sizing down. Without the heels, the dress hit at the perfect length, I just wish there was a tall option! Overall a fantastic dress, I felt very beautiful.

The fabric is lovely quality, nice and heavy to smooth out your figure and the design of the dress really enhances your shape. The blue color was absolutely gorgeous, perfect against warm toned skin. The neckline was long, I adjusted it by pulling the straps up to tie it at my neck, and it stayed put all night even with dancing and moving around. The slit was a little high especially if you're petite like me, so be careful how you move the dress while posing so that you don't flash anyone! Got so many compliments on this dress, so happy with it.

i am 5'7 and a C cup. the 6R fit perfect expect for the chest, it was very loose (no adjustable straps). so i wore the 4R to feel more secure although it was tight around my ribs and more so around the chest. i felt beautiful, just a little bit uncomfortable.

I loved this dress and received SO many compliments on it. I'm 5'5" 145lbs and wore a 6R. I wanted to wear the 8, but the straps were long and chest area even larger. I ended up wearing the 6R and using floss to tie the straps in the back together just under my hairline. It held the top up much more comfortably. The dress was tight in the stomach area at my weight, but nothing Spanx couldn't help! If you're around 145lbs and like a C cup size or larger, definitely recommend going with size 8.

I loved this dress, it was flowy, a flattering cut, volume in the skirt- but it was so very long. I'm 5'3 so I usually have to wear high heels with gowns to keep them off the floor, but even with 5 inch heels, this was STILL dragging on the floor. I had to pick up the skirt every time I walked to keep people from stepping on it. The straps on top were also extremely long and were not adjustable, so I had to pin them in place on the inside. Not good for anyone under 5'7.
