Size down if you want a tighter fit but I liked them a little bigger. Good length.

These are huge! I got a 25, which is my normal jean size. I know they are supposed to be low slug, so I positioned them right under my belly button and they are huge. If I move them down to my hips, they fit but the crotch is really long and awkward. I would maybe size down two sizes, but I can’t imagine wearing a size 24! Maybe the style just isn’t for me.

I'm always skeptical of sizing down but I took other RTR reviews advice and rented the 30 (usually 31 or 32) and they were great!

I wore these a lot! Almost bought them but I am losing weight. I could have gone one size smaller but I wanted the ‘hang on the hips’ look.

These shorts weren’t super short. They were soft denim and relaxed/slightly oversized. I usually wear a 29. I ordered a 27 after reading the reviews.

At 5'10" 218lbs with thick thighs. these were the best shorts I've ever worn.

True 8 here and they fit a little over sized but absolutely perfection! Not to short and perfect for a 38 year old modest but want to be hip mom!

I loved these shorts, they ran large, but were okay with a belt. Next time I will order one size down.

Perfect summer shorts

Wore these a lot but they could have been a little smaller since they got even bigger as the day went on. Crazy that I can’t get into 32 in some sizes and then a 31 is too big

Post 3 kids, I am solidly a size 31 in jeans. I order a size 29 because that was what was available and other reviews said they ran big. Still huge! I liked that the length was a bit longer and the wash was great, but once I wore them a couple times, they just stretched out and became unwearable. Would consider trying one more time in a smaller size.

I didn’t wear these because they were kind of a weird length. I felt like they should’ve been shorter or a little bit longer..

Way toooooo big

These shorts fit well and are a good length/don’t ride up. Unfortunately, they’re just a little too long and loose to be super cute or flattering. They’re great for around the house or running errands. I might try a size down in the future and see if that helps, but the size I got is already on the low end of my typical sizing.

I think these run pretty large. I typically order shorts a size bigger than my jean size so that they won’t squish me, and these wouldn’t even stay up.

Size down! These are beautiful, came NWT, but they’re unwearable because they’re massive and were hanging off me. Size down at least one size.
