I originally rented size Small, as that's my usual for anything on top. It was absolutely huge on me (also sleeves were super long). I sent it back and went with the XS. It was much better. Still plenty of room. So I'd size down on this blazer. It's a lighter weight piece, so good for temps in the 40's-60's, I'd say. The orange top is also RTR and is the Trina Turk Orange Yelina Top. I wore a small in that. Great piece- lots of compliments on the whole ensemble!

The color is brighter than the photo, somewhere between navy and royal. The sleeves were way too long so I had to roll them up. The material is slick and shiny. I thought it was pretty cute, lots of styling options.

This blazer runs large- the sleeves reached my knuckles when rolled down. I ended up returning this piece without wearing it. I like a good boyfriend style blazer but this made me feel like a kid pretending to be a professional. It would be cute on someone tall, but definitely not meant for short figures.

This was a very pleasant surprise. Light weight, nice fabric, good (but boxy, loose) fit, great color. I bought it because I know I will want to wear it again periodically.

This jacket is light and super adorable. I've worn it several times now and like it both hooked closed and open. Can easily be dressed up or down.

I went with the Large due my bust size. Overall fit was great. Classic navy with fun polka dots. Great blazer for daily wear. Not too heavy and easy to pair. I wore it with trouser jeans and a long sleeve white bodysuit.

This blazer was the perfect addition to my boring work outfit. I wore a medium, but my upper arms are fat so it was too tight. I would recommend upping a size if you struggle with clothes being tight in the arms.

I don't usually like polka dots, but I decided to give it a shot. Rented this for work and loved it so much I bought it. It's lightweight enough for spring or summer, and paired with the right colors you can make it work for the fall. It's amazing for layering. Paired it here with the Stylestalker shirt collar Rae romper. My only complaint is that due to the slick fabric of the blazer the sleeves don't stay as tightly rolled as I'd like. I had to keep adjusting it. Also, this blazer looks better unbuttoned.

I cuffed the sleeves b/c I like 3/4 length sleeves and wore this in summer when it was hot, but the sleeves looked great down too. Fabric on this blazer was very nice and the polka dots were so sweet!

No cons...just pros....I received so many compliments...love this jacket and it was fun to wear!

Blazer fits a touch big, but it's comfortable and I love the material. And the tote is perfect. Holds my slim laptop and all my other things. Not sure I want to send the tote back!

This blazer fit very true to size. There is a small clasp in the front to close but I feel it looked better open. There was a little bit of room in this size for me so I may even be able to size down one since I liked blazers that are more fitted. Would look cute paired with jeans and some neutral colors.

Definitely a less fitted jacket, and the sleeves were hard to roll up because they were loose. But a cute pattern and good for casual wear!

I am 5'3" and the body of this jacket hits me perfectly- but the sleeves are so long they cover my fingers. Luckily it came with the sleeves carefully pinned up by the last renter. I hadn't expected it to be a shiny material- it's a little less casual than I was originally expecting but it paired up nicely with a pale cream button down!

Love the fabric and print, it's comfortable but I'm not in love with the sleeves - i need something i can roll or push up. I probably wouldn't rent again bc it's not stunning - it's just okay.

This blazer is adorable, but I feel it does run a little large for an XS. I still made it work for work, but wouldn't purchase it because of this.

This jacket really nails the business casual look. I wish I had ordered a smaller size though. I found the medium size to have too broad of a shoulder cut than I would have preferred. I would consider renting this again in a smaller size.

I rented this for a work conference and really liked it. It was a standout piece and I thought it paired well with my gold pants. Unfortunately, the clasp was broken, but I probably would not have clasped it anyways. The material is lightweight and has a bit of a shine to it. Overall, I would recommend this blazer and felt it was true to size.

The texture more like pijama, so it was fun to try ,but not my style ( may be different top under -would work better), nice design, well made, have stretch .

Wore it a couple of times. Cut is very roomy. Sleeves are long so I wore them cuffed, but because the fabric is more "slick" than expected, I had to keep a rubber band tucked in. It's very much on the casual side, great with jeans.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and she loved it! She's a 12/14 and it fit her perfectly. The polka dots are super cute whilst the cut of the jacket keeps the look formal for work.

I thought the polka dot pattern would look cute over some work basics, but this is not suitable for a professional environment. I was not at all expecting this fabric. It is not a structured blazer, more of a silky pajama top. The arms are also very baggy. If you do rent, size down

I did not love this jacket. It was too big and floppy and not at all flattering. The model must have crazy long arms because my arms are fairly long and the sleeves came to my knuckles!

The fabric made this feel more comfortable and traveled super easy without wrinkles! Loved it so much I almost bought it...maybe next time.

This blazer was so comfortable and light weight! I bought it the same day I wore it because I just couldn't give it up! The sleeves are a tad bit long on me but it didn't bother me enough to want to have it altered! I can't wait to wear it again!

Wasn't exactly crazy about the cuts in the sleeves but it wasn't an issue.

Great blue color. Could mix and match with a lot of things in my closet. Wore it 3 times and was tempted to buy. A lot of stretch in the fabric is a plus.

This fit adorably. I was worried it might be boxy because of the pictures but it isn't at all. It was super cute on and the polka dots make it fun. I have worn it with dark skinny jeans a white tank and booties for drinks with friends and wore it with dress pants or over a black dress for work meetings. I planned to wear once and return and I fell in love. Great piece.
