Not quite as vivid as in the photo, but still bright and sparkly. I wore to an August wedding in Napa, and it was just right. It fit true to size, but was loose enough that you could wear a normal bra and not need to deal with spanx or similar. Thin fabric, I think the dress would work for spring-fall, but not during the winter.

The 10 wasn't available, so I tried the 12 instead. It was a little large around the shoulders/upper chest, but other than that, it turned out to be a really comfortable dress. The color was a beautiful jewel-tone, and the emerald-color earrings I wore complemented it very well. The twist detail at the waist was very flattering, and the length made it look professional. Only other thing to mention: this dress does wrinkle easily. Definitely would recommend renting this dress!

This was my first time renting from RentTheRunway and it was a spontaneous decision!! I was nervous this dress wouldn't fit and was unable to order a larger size as it was unavailable. But was pleasantly surprised how well this dress fit! Plus I received lots of compliments at the wedding as everyone loved it.

I got the 8 and the 10. The 8 fit really well. The color was beautiful. The fabric nice and light. This isn't a great picture, but I got lots of compliments. The lining poked out a bit when I sat down, but it does on most dresses, so I just tucked it away. Also, the dress made me look very curvy without putting ALL my cleavage on display.

Wore this dress for a law school formal and was surprised how well it fit my hourglass frame. The 5% elastane really makes the dress fit without being inappropriately tight anywhere. I'm 5'6 and the length was just right. Very comfortable, very classy. Only thing to look out for is the dress wrinkles really easily, really quickly.

I was about 3 months pregnant when I wore this dress so I went up to the next size (8). It fit great and was tight enough to show off my small bump, while not being too tight anywhere else.

Great fit, no cons, beautiful dress

Cut: Slim fit, not a lot of forgiveness in fabric so if you have a bottom that sticks out (or a top half that sticks out), then the dress may hug these parts more than glide over them. Color: True color is really dark pink, maybe some would say magenta. It's quite lovely. Comfort: Soft, silky lining makes this a very comfortable dress.

The fabric of this dress is luxurious. It was a teeny bit tight across my chest which made the pleating pucker just a bit...not the dress, just the way I'm built. I loved the color and the fit and was dressed perfectly for a New Years wedding. Love having a quality dress just for the date!

The material of this dress makes it look really classy and expensive. The color of the dress was very beautiful and eye catching which also enhanced my light skin tone. I was really pleasantly surprised to see myself a focal point in the group picture, standing out and elegant.

I thought the dress was beautiful and very sophisticated. The only problem was that it was very poorly pressed at the dry cleaner so the chest area and the skirt were puckered which did not present very well.

I rented this as a back up option for a wedding and it didn't work. It was tight in the bust, tight in the hips, and VERY loose in the middle. In short, I don't feel this dress was cut for "real women" - with curves! It might work if you're long and lean and thin but if you have ANY kind of curve, it just won't work well ...

The dress fit well from the waist down. Through the bust however, it was snug. There are vertical pleats down the middle of each breast and while I technically fit into the dress, the pleats were pulled tight giving the dress an odd appearance. The dress wrinkles terribly. I wore this to the opera and by the end of the second act, it looked like I had slept in it.

Great color, fit well. My chest is larger than the rest of me, so I had to wear a minimizer (and the larger sized dress), but I think if you have a more balanced body shape you could wear your normal size. Overall a really comfortable dress - color on the site is true to life, dress is fairly lightweight (Summer wedding and I was fine). Recommended!
