I was pleasantly surprised by this dress. I wish i had a better picture of it. It fit loke a glove. I was initially worried whethet the slits woild be work appropriate but they were fun and completely office appropriate. Loved the fit and feel of this dress. Will definitely rent again.

So I rented this for work- it's good for fall as material is averagely thick. The slits are an interesting detail - it has clips to keep your bra in place but I just went strapless instead . Decent length and I'm fairly tall

I rented this for a work award ceremony in Los Angeles. I loved it. I thought it was a beautiful classic fit, it's a thick wool material so wears very nicely and did not wrinkle in my suitcase. The little slits in the shoulders make it different. It was just a little bit snug on me so I would consider renting up a size the next time.

It was very comfortable and perfect for a New England fall day. My only complaint was that my bra strap shows through the shoulder cutout which is a little less than sexy or professional.

Fit nice and complimentary. Only problem was that you could see my bra strap through the small slits by the shoulder.

Velvet neckline trim is really soft and pretty. Material is thick and would be good for fall or winter. Unfortunately, wrinkles very easy. Color a little more dusty than the model.

This is a nice work dress. Pretty basic so the cut outs add interest and looks better with a necklace. Will probably rent again.

this is a body conscious dress. the velvet touch is subtle and nice (so typical elie). there are snaps for bra strap that ensures it doesn't peak through the cutouts. this is a professional, stylish dress.

Very pretty dark pink, nice thick fabric and looked great! The arms were a bit tight but I wouldn’t have cared if it hadn’t been so hot outside. I thought the inner satin lining would stick to me, so I didn’t wear it but I’ll rent it again in the fall.

I wore this dress to an interview and was so comfortable in it! I loved it because it was professional but still had some personality with the color and shoulder cut outs. Good news... I got the job!

I wore this dress to work and loved it. The dress itself is a heavier material than I had expected, which I loved. It also kept me warmer than I would have expected based on the photos. It fit perfectly and the details of the dress made it unique. It even has a bra strap holder so your straps won't show through the shoulder slits! Very well made and you can tell by looking at it.

Fits like a glove, the pink color is gorgeous without being too "hot pink." and the slits at the shoulders add a really cool hint of "edginess" without making it even remotely inappropriate for work.

This dress is warm and the color just pops! Perfect for work. I would recommend sizing up if you are fuller at the hips. Other than that there is some stretch to the dress which makes it super comfortable.

A little short.

I have broad shoulders so the slits in the shoulders pulled a bit but it looked great with a jacket over. This particular dress had been cleaned a few too many times though and was pilling slightly.

There are little snaps up in the shoulders. I couldn't figure out why the top portion of the dress appears different in the photo then on. I was shipped the dress with the tiny snaps undone on the shoulders which provides a bit of a peek-a-boo look at the shoulders. Kind of a modified "cold should" look. This actually worked perfect for me, as I have broad shoulders. If the snaps had been done up, it wouldn't have fit my shoulders. Cute classic dress!

I did not wear this as it is July. I did not notice in the photo that it has velvet trim around the neck... Would be great around the holidays...

Great pop of color w/this dress. Though, I rented to wear it to work and I didn't realize there were slits / opening at the shoulder, so made it a challenge w/bra straps. I hate wearing strapless bras - especially w/a dress of this shame, so I did not end up wearing it. though, would be great if you don't care about that. Comfortable dress, nice length for work.

I git so many compliments on this dressi almlst dont wwbt to guve it back! Perfect fit with a little stretch to hug the curves.. long enough to still be conservative with a pop of color! Would absolutely recommend!

Loved the color and shoulder cut outs.gots tons of compliments at work on the color and the unique shoulder cut outs. Only issue that I had was with the sleeves, since I have an athletic body type, so the fit was a little tight on the arm, but nice and true to size in the bust and hips.

The pink color popped & was refreshing to wear after a mostly neutral personal closet. Loved the overall fit, somewhat snug but in a good way, not overly so! The top part around the shoulders has small slits so make sure you wear the right bra with it (strapless probably a good choice). Wore it for a cocktail reception but also good for business casual work wear. Fun 1st RTR unlimited item!

Dress is definitely more form fitting than expected from other reviews. I'm 5'7 132lbs.... didn't end up wearing to work as it would've been too revealing.

This is a cute dress but the piping is velvet and the fabric looks more like wool. Definitely not a summer dress at all.
