I wear a size 10 and the large fit great. It was a tad big, but sizing down may have been too tight to be work appropriate. I work with black tights for a very cute work outfit. I would rent again - I did not want to return this!

This dress is perfection! I ordered an XL for length as I was wearing to the office and wanted it to be closer to knee length. I could've gotten an L though. This would be an excellent travel dress to as it does not wrinkle! I paired with tights, black pumps and small pearl earrings. Will wear a few more times before I return. May even rent again!!

I am between a small and a medium (depending on designer) and the small was just right for this dress. It's a light knit that skims the curves without being tight (good for casual Friday at my job). Nice clean look!

I LOVED how this dress fit my body. It's not very thick and stretches a bit throughout the day but it's a great dress. Wore it with tights for work and would gladly go without for weekend use.

I wore this dress for work and for a work meeting. It was comfortable and also attractive. The fabric was thinner than I expected, so I'm glad the fit was relaxed. I wore it with tights and boots in Iowa and bare legged with heels in California, and both worked well.

Nice basic black sweater dress for a winter day at work

I wore this dress twice: first on a date and then to work on a casual day to work. I think I could have dressed it up with high heel, to the knee boots for a more typical work day. Material is a little thin, but really soft, and not at all itchy.

This dress is so soft I could sleep in it. The fit looked great, it hugged my curves but not too tight. I really enjoyed the white contrast on the sleeves and hem, it made an otherwise regular black sweater dress pop!

Fit was perfect. Rode up a tad with tights, so a short slip isn't a bad idea. Was warm and cute.

This dress is very cute! It feels really feminine, and was super comfortable. Very warm but also not too heavy of material. I would rent this again. There is a lot of stretch in the fabric, I might size down to the XS next time.

great comfortable dress a little shorter than anticipated but worked great with leggings and hose.Make sure you have static guard it was very clingy by the end of the day.

Very comfy especially for extra curvy girls. I have a large bust and hips and it was the most comfortable dress. Could wear all day.

Fantastic style -- the white border makes it a little more interesting than a plain black dress. The drawback is the knit is fairly thin -- it looked almost see through when lit from behind, and that thinness even lightens the color -- I spent some time trying to decide if it was really navy blue...

I rented this dress in S after reading the other reviews. It was way too big, should have gone with my usual size. Maybe the one I received was just worn out? It looked lovely but I couldn't wear it due to oversize and odor it came with.

Liked everything about this dress. It’s nothing dramatic and therefore so good for low key chic.

Being 7 months pregnant, not much comfort can be found but! This dress fit the bill. It was warm enough for 40 degree weather but not unflattering or too warm. Length is great at about 3" above the knee a the sleeves are ok - they ran a little long. Overall a great staple piece and would rent again.

This is a lightweight sweater dress, so perfect with leggings for winter. I liked the high neck and the soft material. The dress hit me mid-thigh so I don't know that I'd be comfortable wearing it in the office without leggings or tights, but that's just my preference. The dress also seemed a bit stretched out in the torso, but it wasn't enough to particularly bother me. Would consider renting again.

It doesn't have the quality or look you'd hope. I get it's not a $1k+ dress, but I had higher hopes for this one. I tried the small. It just isn't flattering like some higher quality (or even theory in this same price point) dresses are and doesn't have the look in person of anything great. Quality and overall classiness was more like something from Forever 21.
