Loved the shift cut, the scoop back, the lightning bolt pattern. Was really fun to wear out to girls night with dark tights and boots. Would absolutely rent this again!

I recieved some compliments and everyone who approached me said "are those lightning bolts on your dress?". The dress is comfortable but hard to take off over the head due to the fact that the fabric does not stretch. Also, there a huge keyhole in the back.

I wore this for a work event, but note there is a keyhole in the back (you can wear a bra). Fabric had a slight sheen making it a bit dressy. Fit was easy and true to size. Fun print, was great overall!

Had a great time in this dress but beware it will wrinkle if you sit in it for a few minutes! Loved the subtle lightning bolt print and sleeve length though!

Too small in chest and hips. Just slightly too small. But too much for me to want to actually wear it out

Loved the print on this dress, very fun! Fit was great on this dress. The keyhole back is big but still ok for work. I wore a black scarf with this dress. The sleeves were wide but not flared. The fabric on the dress is very soft and silky. It wrinkles very easily, but it didn't bother me.

As someone else said, the sleeves are a bit long so definitely not something to wear to a meal. I'm a 6 in dresses (sometimes 4) and the M fit like a slightly loose shift dress. Definitely size up!

ran small through shoulders and bust. Granted i am a 32G but not broad. Great fabric and print but felt a large would have been too big. close but no cigar.

I loved this dress! Super comfortable and easy to just throw on for a chic outfit. I paired with my SW black suede OTK boots which was perfect given that it's winter in Chicago and COLD. Fit true to size, I am a true hourglass with hips and a chest so sheath dresses sometimes aren't great for me but this was perfect, skimming my curves to show my figure but not too tight anywhere. Would definitely rent again!

I got plenty of complements on the subtle, fun lightning bolt pattern. I wore it with a black blazer all day for work and lasted to a late night dinner. The fabric is a bit silky, but not too thin. It wrinkles easily, but the dark color doesn't make it distracting.

I rented this for work and had to wear tights because it's definitely a little too short. I love the cute pattern and overall the dress fits pretty well. It is a bit tight in the hips but not overly so. Would re rent again in the colder months.

a little tight across the shoulders

This was fitted across my chest since it has zero stretch, but overall it was good for an overcast, cool day. The blue is a nice touch to a black dress. It easily wrinkles, so not great for long wear or travel, and the fabric was pilling across the chest and under the arms when it arrived to me.

I love the blue lightning bolts. Great work dress. Key hole is large, goes right down to your bra line. Sleeves are super long, I tried rolling them but due to the material they didn't stay rolled. Material wrinkles easily. Sounds like a lot of complaints but I really liked this dress.

Rented this with my unlimited. I am petite with short arms and I suspected these would be too long but figured i would give it a shot anyway. The structure of the dress is very flattering for a shift dress and I liked the lightning bolts. Was expecting a nice silk fabric and this is something else that feels kind of like cheap polyester. The sleeves were definitely too long - down to my knuckles. I ended up not wearing this because I ordered something else that fit better but would consider ordering another time.

The fit is pretty boxy and short. The shoulders on the sleeves run tight. Otherwise, it's awesome!

Tight through the bust for a 34D. I love the fabric so much, though it was quite wrinkly by the end of the day. Keyhole back is larger than expected, so I wore a cardigan over it and that looked cute. It was good, but I liked it a little less that some of the other Equipment dresses I've worn before.

Cute dress, perfect shift shape. The lightning detail made it different from other dresses out there so I liked that. Two negatives were the sleeves are a tad wide and long, but manageable for a non meal meeting. And the back has a pretty wide keyhole opening. I pinned it together towards the bottom and it was fixed easily, and more appropriate, for business.

Sleeves are a little long. Overall nice, but the fit is a bit off. Tight at the bottom, and loose in the chest/sleeves.

Unflattering on an athletic frame, didn't work with broad shoulders

I wanted to like this dress more than I did. The print is great - fun pattern with the lightning bolts but understated enough for a work setting. The only issues were that my bra showed in the back so I needed to wear an undershirt for work and it wrinkled easily (par for an Equipment dress). But really, the print is 100%

I thought the fabric was nice and the pattern was cute overall, but it just wasn't that flattering on me.

This is a cute dress, I expected it to be a bit more flowy. I usually wear a large but that was much too tight in the hips so I didn't end up wearing. I'll reorder in an XL for next time. Hopefully that will be better!
