Loved this for work. Colors are subtle, pattern is fun. Perfect length for tucking in.

Great with jeans and put together enough for work. Sleeves were a little long.

The blouse is beautiful and really lightweight. I would definitely rent it again. However there were a few things that made it a little harder to style than expected: -The loose fit coupled with the pattern/material made it look like a pajama shirt when it was untucked -My hair sort of clashed with the print, so I felt like I had to wear it up. -The sleeves were SO long. I had to cuff them to get through the day.

The fit of this was really weird. Right around the hips and huge around the torso. Not a shirt for hour glass figure but loved the pattern and material.

The material is so soft. It feels expensive. It looks beautiful with a pencil skirt or pant suit. I wore it for court and felt fabulous!

Great work top!

Beautiful fabric, print, cut... All around great work blouse- felt very luxe. Paired it with Saint Laurent pumps, cinq a Sept pants, and vintage Chanel jewelry- felt like a million bucks. Will rent again.

Very easy to wear and style.

This was a great blouse for a work event. It is sheer and I needed to wear a tank top under. Also, the arms are very long. Nice black and white color and pattern.

Loved how long the sleeves were. This is a great piece for taller women. It is supposed to be a little bigger, but I probably could have used the large instead of the XL.

Fits true to size.

The regular size equipment shirts runs a little bigger which I like because I have broader shoulders. This print is really nice and the material is silky. The detail at the cuff is a nice touch. Can dress up or down.

This is another great Equipment work blouse. It looks polished and professional while still being super comfortable. I wore an XL, but could have probably done a M or L. I like the extra flow on this though, although that meant the sleeves were a bit long.

Great fit. Great material. Very cool pattern. Wore multiple times with several types of pants. Loved!

This hung perfectly while tucked into my high waisted pants. It felt expensive and fun to wear. However, i have a small top and large hips. I wouldn't have been able to wear this untucked. The bottom bottom gapped. I think sizing up would be too big for my top.

The fit was true to size, very comfortable and soft. This is one that I may purchase.

I love the longer silhouette in the back and the loose fit without being frumpy. The fabric is so soft and the long line on the sleeves make this simple top chic.

Quality, soft, comfortable fabric. Perfect with black suit. Nice sleeves falling over hands a little when not wearing a blazer. I wore many times.

A little more sheer than I expected but not so sheer it was inappropriate for work--just tossed a cardigan over it. Cute!

Such interesting fabric! Beautiful print. The sleeves were very long though. Paired well with fitting pants but looked too large with standard flare pants. Would rent again!

A little long, but since it's very thin material, I was still able to tuck it in without it bunching up. Equipment blouses are some of my fave and this is a fun print to play with.

I got many compliments on this top. The print is beautiful, it has nice details (especially liked the deep, 3 button cuff) and the fabric is silky and very comfortable.

I loved this shirt more than I thought I would. I rented it for work, but ended up pairing it with my leather spanks and heels. It ended up being a cute date outfit. Very classy.

Great work blouse or for day to night! LOVE the longer sleeves. The hem is also really nice, so can be tucked in or worn longer with slacks or jeans. Really comfortable too.

Fits loose and length covers backside and belly - great fit with fitted slacks or jeans/leggings. Perfect shirt to dress up for work or down for everyday wear. Fabric is good quality and print is lovely.

Loved the look and style of this blouse. The Large was a bit too big and the Medium was a little tight but still wearable. The sleeves and the contrasting collar were my favorite details. The sleeves are long (my arms are long), they hit my palms. The buttons on the sleeves were a great touch and make the blouse look high-end and tailored.

I wore this top twice in the month that I had it. I wish I could have kept it. It was beautiful and lightweight. I wore the top to a holiday party and a baby shower. I paired it with black dress pants and Sam Edelman suede pumps. I added rose gold jewelry for a little pop of color. I will be renting this again!

This Equipment silk blouse looks ordinary in the photos, but it is really gorgeous on. Equipment always makes tops that play with the pattern of the fabric so that there are subtle details where the pattern is reversed or angled a different way. This shirt is no exception. The placket and collar of this blouse have a white background with black flowers, which is the reverse of the rest of the top. As a result, it really stands out. And the bell sleeves make this feminine and just lovely. This top is silk so of course it feels wonderful on. I wore it with black trousers and pumps to work and it was amazing. The only issue is that a have a full chest and the size medium almost didn't fit in the bust area. Other than than, I love this blouse.

I loved this top so much I wore it 3 times in a week. It was too big and too long- I should have ordered a medium or even a small- but it still looked nice, and I was able to wear it as a tunic with leggings. Super pretty and amazing fabric and quality- will rent everything else I can from this brand!
