Chambray! What a great dress you can dress up for the office or down for a casual summer event. Runs true to size, with room in the bust, waist, and hips. I'd recommend sizing up as backup especially if you're a C cup or higher. The length was a little longer than mid-thigh on me and showed just enough leg. This is a piece you'll want to wear again and again! Pair it with delicate, simple jewelery to complete this clean look.

It is a little loose but with leggings it looks great. I also wore it to a nicer event with a braided belt and it was perfect! Pros: bright color, breathable, cute, easy Con: it wrinkles VERY easily. If you need to drive a long distance or sit for a long time it probably won't work for you.

I loved this little dress! It definitely runs a little small, so I would suggest ordering up- especially if you're busty. I liked that it was a loose fit though.; so comfortable for everyday wear.

I ordered this in one of my Unlimited shipments in hopes to wear it for casual work days. It turned out to be a little shorter than appropriate for the office, but just wore it for some casual functions instead! Per usual, Equipment picks are always great classic staples.

Fit great and was flattering but I cuffed the sleeves once more b/c I thought it was an awkward length before doing so. The dress is short, especially on the sides... Good for showing off the legs!

I love this Equipment dress! It's lightweight enough for Oklahoma's version of Fall weather (it's still 90 degrees here) but is not see-through in the least. It's long enough that I was able to wear it to Mass without worrying about modesty. I paired it with my favorite Joie booties and Kendra Scott Elle earrings. This will be a frequent item in my Unlimited order!

Wore this dress for a casual photo shoot and then a few times to work before I could bring myself to return it. Very comfortable and light. Could have gone a size down for the waist but I have a larger bust so I needed the large. Perfect dress for everyday wear or a casual summer party.

As you can see, while I wanted to wear this just as a shirt dress, white leggings were a must under this dress. It was just a tad short and actually the buttons wouldn't have stayed shut with trust if I had worn as a shirt dress. So while the medium fit me (and I'm usually a small), I wonder if the large may have been what I needed in order to wear it as a shirt dress.

I added the belt which made a short dress shorter. The shirttail hem makes it fine from the back but the sides slits ride-up VERY high when you sit. Also ended up pinning the bust to keep it from gaping but that's a typical problem for me.

Disclaimer- I'm tall... But this dress was officially shirt size on me. As in free show on the sides where the slits are. Happily it fit right over a pair of denim shorts and I was able to wear it anyway. The denim is super soft and just perfect. Definitely recommend this for shorter ladies!

I wore this dress to a concert! It was so comfortable. I worr a belt to give it more shape. The medium was too small to button over my chest so I went a size up.

I originally rented the Kate Spade shirt dress, but it wasn't available in time, so this was sent as a replacement. It fit true to size, but I think it would fit better on someone who was shorter and didn't have a bigger butt; it ended up looking like I was wearing a fitted men's shirt as opposed to a shirt dress. If you wore shorts under it, it would be fine, but kind of defeats the purpose.

The dress "fit" but the pull of the fabric just didn't look right, so I sent this one back. Definitely not for a gal who has hips.

Perfect little shirt dress! Light chambray for a casual, everyday, but super cut instant outfit. Fabric was substantial enough to make it feel like a dress. It is on the short side so if you are having an active day you might feel more comfortable pairing it with leggings - walking up hills and stairs can give quite a leg show! Great warm weather dress that needs practically no accessories. Fit like a dream - just skimming your shape with no cling or weird bagginess. Would definitely rent again.

I am usually a small or x-small depending on the designer. I opted for the XS in this dress. I am 5'3 and this dress hit about 2 inches above my knee. I paired it with a pair of booties for a lunch date with girlfriends.

I wore this for a day of brunching/patio drinking in Austin, and it was perfect - casual, but very cute and flattering. It's more fitted than regular shirt dresses, so keep that mind. It's also short -- my day-drinking turned into nighttime dancing, and I couldn't raise my hands over my head without my butt showing, so that was a bit of a problem. Clearly, that's not what this dress is meant for, so I didn't take off any stars for that, since otherwise this dress is amazing. I've considered buying it, despite the length concern.

if your breasts are large then the buttons will gather and you will be able to peak in your chest.

very causal and comfortable, i wore it with a belt but it can easily be worn without one. the fabric is fantastic and the color is great. it is very simple, but that would also make it fun to dress up. i'm typically btwn a 2 and a 4 and found the small to be perfect. it is meant to be loose and hung well. a regular bra cld be worn and it ended a few inches above my knee. tall gals beware, this may be very short on you. overall great great casual dress

I rented an XS, as majority of the reviews consisted of women stated they were swimming in this dress. To my dismay, it actually runs true to size and I am realizing these women just don't like a true shift dress (doesn't hug hips). The XS was skin tight on my smaller bootie and any time I moved you could see the buttons trying hard to stay closed, but the stretch needed kept the fabric peaking open from the top to the bottom. I loved the style and the fabric so I will be ordering the SMALL, like I should have done to begin with. I'm 5'6 and 125lbs.

I can't say enough about this breezy dress. It's great on its own and I'm sure it would look killer with a pair of leather skinny jeans for a night out, or even with a pair of yoga pants for a day of running errands. The only a negative I could may point out is how slick the buttons are. There were a couple times I looked down and found some of the buttons undone. A very minor thing for such a versatile piece.
