Fits well, super comfortable, material feels great. Too short for work but great for vacation.

Loved this dress ! Sleeves were a little long but the dress fit perfect! Also my butt is a little bigger so the bottom is a little shorter but it's still a great fit

I love the pattern on this dress! Super cute and flattering. This runs true to size and is great for any cup size. There is elastic at the waist, so there's comfortable room for hips. At 5'6, this hit me at the knee. I love this for a day at work!

I just posted this dress with a blazer and booties. I love this dress (Unlimited). I'll rent again. I plan to try some Equipment blouses, too, now that I know the button-down style doesn't pull across my bust, which is often a problem for me. Not sure if this comes across in the photo, but it's silk and looks expensive. Lots of compliments.

Wore this with tights and it was perfect for work. Fit nicely, soft and flowy fabric. Plenty of room in the bust, no pull at the buttons.

The only drawback was that since the fabric was lightweight, I risked showing my butt when the dress rode up from reaching. Really flattering though, would probably still rent again

Fit is like an Equipment shirt (small at bust so size up if busty). I loved the print, beautiful fabric. But there is a thick, flat elastic waistband that drove me crazy, it kept flipping around and bunching up- i wish it was a drawstring or a thinner band sewn all the way around. But it was so pretty i still wore 3 times- a as shirt tucked into a high waisted pencil skirt to hide the waist, as a dress (with some readjustments), and over skinny jeans with the skirt shortened by rolling it under the elastic.

Elastic waist. Roomy up top, more fitted bottom. Excellent quality as always from Equipment. Lots of compliments!

The fabric is way more luxurious than it looks. It's a really cool sporty but dressy fit. Very fun to wear.

Perfect fit. High quality. Has a great structure for silk. I love the added waist line to create blousing. Most shirt dresses don't have this. It feels elegant but simple, lightweight, and flowy. Just stunning for an "everyday" dress.

I usually get a large because the buttons open on my chest area, but was very happy with the medium. It did not pull and even had a little extra more room than usual. I wouldn't say it runs large, but it is a little roomy.

A little tight in the arms

My first one I've worn three times. The print and fabric are great. Only downside is the waistband. I'm a 6 but got the large hoping the band would fit on my hips. It did, but still wish it wasn't there.

I would rent this again for an everyday work dress. Runs a tiny bit large but not too bad - I usually wear a small and it was almost perfect. Flattering and perfect for warm weather. Even with a slip under the skirt was very clingy. I'm 5'5 and it fit well. Not too short for work.

I'm 5'0" tall so I'm always surprised when things are short on me. Not possible to wear as a dress, but got away with it as a tunic over jeans on a Friday. The waist band was also surprisingly snug even when wearing basically at middle of my stomach. It stretches, but it feels tight. I am a pretty standard size Medium in dresses because of bigger hips but often a Small in tops, so I wouldn't have expected such a tight feeling waist. Cute pattern though and nice fabric.

This dress (shirt for tall people) was comfortable and cute. Light breathable fabric. The sewn in elastic waistband is placed oddly. It's too high to be a drop waist look but too low to be a natural waist look. I just rolled the elastic over the fabric to put it at my natural waist, and wore with leggings because that made it super short.

Standard nice equipmenr silk, great pattern. VERY weird fit - top above waistband tie is extremely loose and blousey while bottom below waistband is very fitted. It looked ridiculous on me.

The fabric was nice. The waistline is awkwardly low, I had to wear a belt and fold it up to look normal. Wouldn't rent again.

Agree with other reviewers, there is an elastic waistband that is a little awkward. it wasn't tight enough to go around my waist so it just turned into an awkward dropwaist dress. It probably would look better as a dress with the band actually at waist/high waist level. Similar to another Equipment dress I got, I think the sleeves are a little tight at the armpits and makes it difficult to move (which may also explain why there was a rip on the garment on one of the arms there).

I rented an XS and it was still huge. The waistband made it awkward to even try and pull it off.

If you have a chest area, this is a hard one to wear. Arms are also tight. I was unable to wear this at all.

I should have listened to all the warnings in regards to the mid section band. It was ackward and kept flipping. Did not wear and sent it right back.

The fabric of this dress is beautiful. The fit of the dress is not. The waist fell below my hips and looked terrible. I ended up not wearing this piece at all.

It runs very large. I'm usually a size 6 or 8, but I am smaller on the top. I ordered a small, and I was swimming in it. It has a stretchy waistband, and you could pull it down for a drop-waist or wear it at the natural waist. I think the style is supposed to be fairly loose and drapey, but it was really not flattering on me. I'm also only 5'2". When I had the dress's waistband at my natural waist, the dress hem still went down past my knees. The shoulders and sleeves were also too long on me. I think this work better on very tall women that like loose, relaxed fit. The print was nice and bold.
