Wore this on my first day of work for a new job. Overall, it's like an HQ version of a button down. A little flimsy but the free fit made it feel more trendy than your typical stiff, boxy work shirt.

This shirt takes an everyday basic and elevates it. I felt so good in this shirt I found excuses to wear it. The silk is amazing and the fit was flattering.

I loved it so much I bought it! This button down is beautiful and adds just a little extra with the sheen to a traditional light blue office button down.

I paired this shirt with a black pencil skirt and a white cami underneath. It runs a tad big but I tucked it in and made it work.

This blouse is just perfect - fits beautifully, and works for meetings or a casual night out. Equipment makes the best silk basics and patterns.

I’m such a fan of Equipment, and this shirt is no exception. A lighter, Spring-like material that hangs beautifully. Will definitely rent again.

Very long--I wore it with leggings. Pale blue color is okay, but nothing special on me. Nice fabric, well-made. Love the ability to make wrist size smaller.

Not same fabric as usual Equipment items - a "factory" brand, but was fine for layering

I loved the idea of this shirt, but it just didn't live up to the expectation. The color was great but the material was a bit rough, I was expecting something softer. The arms were also a bit snug, but sometimes I run into that so I kick myself a bit for not going a size up. I'd give this shirt another try for sure, but it didn't blow me away.

Came with lots of wrinkles. Also ran very large. And is see-through. Did not wear to work.
