I adored this top. It is feminine and professional. The tie details are a bit unruly but fine if you roll them up a bit. The fit was great and bow detail in the back is well done. This one is a winner!

The only con to this top is the sleeve ties - I didn't want to tie them in bows since I figured they'd come out easily that way. I've had issues getting my eggs for breakfast (I work in a hospital which serves buffet-style) & brushing my teeth. Other than that, I love this print & the silk feels amazing.

I love this shirt! The fit is just perfect. I feel cooler just wearing it. I might have to buy it! The sleeve detail is fun.

The shirt is comfy, looks good tucked in or hanging loose over skinny pant choices/leggings. I dressed it up with black jeggings, and dressed down with jeans and flat boots. Reviewers talk about the bows on the wrist cuffs being in the way when eating and washing hands, which I will agree with. I did find I could wrap the ties around an extra time with my hubby's help. This made the bows stay put and still looked pretty cute.

Top is comfortable and easy to wear. Got several compliments on the fit and the print. I did have to fiddle with the wrist ties a few times -- and had to make sure I didnt dip them in my food. I had some minor static cling issues, but totally manageable. I rented this for a presentation at a work conference, and was comfortable in it on stage and throughout the whole day. Had decent CYA length.

I'm a big fan of Equipment, but I particularly loved the details on this blouse: the neckline, the bows, the shape of the blouse and the print. At least 10 people stopped me to compliment me on the blouse. Really chic - highly recommend.

Love this top and found it to be very flattering, even with my large chest. Its long enough and not too drapey. The high neck and the tie sleeves feel original and different. Wore to work with a skirt and to a holiday party woth black jeans. Would 100% wear again and may have to buy.

I ordered a large because I have wide shoulders. Usually I am medium but I am glad I ordered a size up because it fit very comfortably.

Awesome fit, was thick enough not to have to wear a cami under it. Paired with black pants and black heeled mules for work. Will pair with jeans and tan booties for a weekend look. First rental wear with my unlimited account and I couldn't be happier!

The pattern is fun, little flowers and shamrocks, etc - definitely not expected. The bows on the cuffs adds to the whimsy. A little snugger around belly, but gives a bit of a tunic look.

I wore this shirt multiple times, and thought it was very flattering. I usually wear a size 8, though could wear size 6 in shirts. I sized down to a small in this, and am very glad I did. It fit very well, and the length was great. I wore it to work paired with gray pants, and also to Church paired with black pants. Would definitely rent again.

I wore this several times during my rental period: with high waisted jeans and boots, with a red high waisted skirt and (as pictured) with a black pencil skirt. It is lightweight which makes it perfect for early fall days and is easy to tuck in. I never could find a way to make it look cute untucked but you could wear it as a tunic. I wrapped the sleeve ties around my wrists once and then tied them on top of my wrists. That was the only way I could get them to stay. Upside is that it's super cute that way, downside is I could only accomplish that if my husband tied the shirt, so it's not a great option if you live alone or get dressed alone.

I loved the flowers but the rest of the shirt's details were weird. The mockneck wasn't flattering and looked worn out. The sleeves are long and the bows weren't helping. I liked the idea of this shirt more than I liked it on me.

The sleeves are very long. Not a great option for a dinner, you'll be fighting to keep the ties out of your plate! Super soft and adorable print.

Great print, long enough that I felt covered in the front & back and wasn't pulling it down all the time (with leggings). A number of people commented on the top and asked where I got it.

This was a great silk top with cute bow tie detail at wrists and behind the neck. It was a bit longer than expected but looked great with skinny black pants and pumps for work - or skinny jeans and booties as shown in pic. Would rent again.

I wore this to work and everyone loved it. One of the guys I work with told me it was such a great top he would wear it. The sleeve dangles are very long - I ended up wrapping these around my wrist and tying them with a box knot. This shirt looked great with black pants. I might end up buying it, I really love it. You could dress this up or down. It was not tight in the chest and was very flattering.

I am usually an XS in the Equipment button downs, but probably could have used S in this. So ladies, if you're bigger on top (I am 32DD), but smaller elsewhere, it might be snug in the chest. But, super cute and versatile to go with skinnies or a pencil skirt.

Love the print on this soft top! It's a little longer than expected- I wore it with super skinny jeans but could look great with leggings also. It was a bit staticky so keep some static guard spray on hand : )

I rented this blouse with unlimited for work, and loved it. The silk fabric doesn't have much stretch, but cut is on point. Other pros: perfect floral pattern, dark colors make this piece work for winter as well as transitional weather; loved the ties at neck and wrists! Great length and again excellent cut. Cons: washing hands in this gets dicey I styled with light, cuffed, boyfriend jeans, a teal bag and dark red brown rockstud booties.

This is a great top and I received lots of compliments. The sleeves are so cute, but can get in the way when washing your hands or eating.
