Beautiful colors and design, wore it with gray leggings and a belt to add some shape. Wore to a baby shower, and I matched the guest of honor!

This dress was FABULOUS. I got so many compliments today i couldn't even count them. I paired it with opaque tights, suede heeled booties and a long black blazer. Rhe bell sleeve detail is amazing. Only negative feedback is the soave between the two bottom buttons tends to gape a little. Without tights this would be problematic. Also STATIC! I had to spray static guard throughout the day to keep it from sticking. That said, would wear again in a heartbeat!

The fabric is wonderfully soft, and it has a beautiful flow and swing to it. Perfect for someone like me who's a little thick through the middle.

Rented this for work and weekend wear. It is amazing! Fabric is a silk and has a little shine (like silk does) . It has zero streatch. I rented the XL because I have broad shoulders and I am chesty, but I could have sized down. The only tiny downfall is the fabric gets alot of static and tends to cling. But that doesnt stop my high review of this dress.

Love love love the cut and details of this dress. It was perfect for work but could easily have transitioned to a nighttime look with different accessories. I wore this at 16 weeks pregnant and sizing up one size made the fit perfect. Love the pattern and it looked great belted as well! Will be renting this one again no doubt.

Perfect Equipment shirt dress. I always find Equipment dresses to be small so I sized up to the XL and it fit great. The ruffled end of the sleeves are a little long but otherwise this dress is impeccable!

I loved this dress!! It was so comfortable and it's made of the signature Equipment fabric, which is super soft and high quality. I liked that the dress is an appropriate length for work and it's a mixture of all kinds of colors, so it basically works for any time of year. The buttons did pull a little when I moved my arms a lot, but the Medium was definitely the right size for me. I would probably just wear a cami underneath to avoid any embarrassing moments.

Wore to work and then out to dinner afterwards. Got compliments. I don't normally wear busy prints, but the small size of this print worked for my petite frame. Liked the colors and the little ruffle at the hem. Wore with booties for an slightly edgy look.

I rented the XL bc it was the only one available, a L would have fit me (10). That being said, it wasn't too big and roomy enough and comfortable to work a trade show. The fabric is pretty, lots of compliments.

Long enough to wear to the office. Wore on a 95 degree day in nyc and the dress was light and breathable despite being long sleeve. Loved the loose fit but still didn't look boxy. Wore Spanx shorts underneath just because the bottom button would separate when I was sitting and I wanted everything covered.

I don't normally wear tshirt dresses because of the way they fit my body (usually very boxy). But this is absolutely flattering! You can dress up or down and it's super comfortable. The sleeves are a great length. I love this piece!

Fit is loose all around. Has a slight hug under the bum in the back. Which give the dress a very nice line. I considered buying it because you could wear it on so many different occasions.

Fits true to size, smaller on chest like other Equipment items I've rented so size up if busty. Great for work, almost to the knee length on my 5'7" frame. Love the flutter cuffs, can be tucked under if you'd like them out of the way. Agree the buttons are gapped on the bottom, I added another safety pin near one that was already on from the previous renter :)

This dress fit great and was very flattering.

Absolutely loved this shirt-dress! Was able to dress it both up and down and it looked great for both occasions. The only thing worth noting is that there is a seam that runs right below the booty, making it slightly more slim fitted on the legs. A great workaround if that's not your look is by adding a waist belt, just worth keeping in mind.

The dress ran a little big but I assume it's not supposed to be snug. I had to belt it to show my shape more but it was so adorable! I love it and will be renting again!!

I was going to write that this was almost perfect except for an issue with the fit. There was a narrow band of weirdly tight fabric around the hips that made the whole dress twist up funny when I sat down or stood up. Then I took the dress off at the end of the day and realized some jerk had put a safety pin in between two buttons to pull it extra tight there and never took it out. So the fit actually was perfect, and I'm annoyed that I didn't get to enjoy the dress the way it was meant to be worn. Don't put safety pins on things, people! Use dress tape, if you must, and remove it before you return. And RTR, please do better with inspections. So the dress - the buttons are far apart, and the fit is not overly generous, so there is a good chance you will have gaps where you have curves. On a less-curvy person, this falls beautifully. It is short, but conservative enough otherwise that I found it work-appropriate. The fabric is a fairly heavy silk that drapes nicely. The floral reminds me a bit of this chair my grandma had in the "Florida room" at her place in Boca, but in a good way! It's funky and pretty. Great dress overall. I may rent it again to wear without the safety pins.

its really soft silk. pretty comfy. i could have worn a medium but it looks cute loose and flowy!

the length is modest. the flower print is gorgeous. it's a slippery silk, but did not look shiny. the dress's cuffs are purposely cut long; you cannot really roll them back. i liked that effect; they always poked out from my sweater and kind of swing around. i did not find them cumbersome when i was writing or typing or eating. it is an elegant detail. i wore it to work, and it was perfect: dark tights and black boots with a black sweater. think great desk to dinner outfit!

I liked this dress a lot. I wish there had been a M - but I wanted it so went with the L. It was a bit big but still worked. I loved the silky fabric and with the dark colors wearing floral in the winter worked. Since it is silk it did get bunched up on my leggings and I had to keep pulling it down - but small price to pay. Great dress and I will definitely be trying out over Equipment clothing on RTR.

Loved, loved, loved this Equipment dress! Wore it to work and a brunch and recieved so many compliments. The print is unique and the texture of the fabric is heavenly. I wore it as shown one day and paired it with a wide leather kimono belt the next - looked great. Only thing I would caution on is that the gaps between the buttons could be awkward (especially towards the crotch area) - I ended up wearing a camisole and opaque black tights because of the weather, but if I didn't, it could have been revealing more than I wanted!

Quality construction. Real silk. Can be worn as a dress or with leggings as a shirt. Roomy and lightweight. Great pick by the RTR staff. Keep Equipment in the lineup.

This dress is so beautiful! Big plus that it is soft and cozy too. The fit is loose so size accordingly. I dressed down with opaque tights and suede booties!

Super easy to wear, didn't need a lot of accessories. Loved the fabric - it was light but not sheer, and the lining was sooo silky and soft. This would have been 5 stars but there is a big gap in the buttons right over the crotch that would gape and fully expose my underwear when seated... Seemed likw it was missing a button but there was no button hole either. I wound up using double sided tape to keep it closed. I am usually a 12 or 14 but opted for the xl as I usually need the bigger size to accommodate my broader shoulders. The xl fit my shoulders -smaller size would not have- but the rest of the dress was a bit loose.

This dress, unlike other Equipment shirtdresses, did not fit well. The cut of the dress is quite odd, with one large seam placed falling beneath my rear, and making it look rather large and oddly proportioned
