I love that fact I have never seen a style like this. It was perfect for a day at work. The fabric is stretchy and it's great for any cup size.

This is a very cute, interesting, and stylish piece. However, in my opinion it needs styling and cannot be easily worn alone. I said that it runs a bit small because it is smallish in the shoulder and bust (which is the only part that is fitted) and it is quite short. The back is actually only the same length as the short part of the front (I had assumed it would match the longer part), and if you have a booty it will look even shorter. The skirt portion is loose and swingy, so it flies up easily. It also gives no definition at the waist (not surprising given the style). I think it's better to think of it as a shirt than a dress. I paired it with jeans and a belt and loved the result. The fabric feels like a button-down work shirt - it has that same sort of crispness. Overall, I really enjoy it!

Lightweight but significant amount material. I rented later in summer and was great for going to birthday party, strolling around town. I really like the detail at the bottom with pleats/ asymmetric hem. Second photo shows paired with the Kate Spade crab bag. It is a bit on the short side for me (5'8") but I was very cognizant of that. I think would also look great with leggings as some other people suggested. Would rent again.

Love this! I definitely couldn't wear as a dress though, I wore it as a long shirt/short dress over structured leggings. Super comfy and cozy but looks professional and stylish.

Love everything about this dress!

The front is intentionally un-even, which is something you'd need to embrace! This isn't your typical shirt dress. It's also a bit susceptible to Marilyn Monroe moments thanks to the lose fit and pleat details. Other than that, i loved this fresh take on a workwear staple. I wore it with sneakers for a summer Friday look that's trendy yet crisp. I'd say this is better for the shorter gals on RTR because it's rather short on me and I'm 5'2".

First, this was definitely short! Needed to have black leggings underneath, but it still looked great. I have a large chest, so there was gaping at that button hole, but it was just as cute with a black cami underneath. Made my hubby stop in his tracks, so definitely a win -- I purchased this!

Little oversized but I like things a little slouchier

I wore this first to a concert with my lace up, OTK boots... a lot of people asked where I got it, told me it was cute, I got hit on a few times, etc. It was definitely a conversation piece! I did have to wear a $5 bandeau skirt I picked up at H&M underneath; it was windy and this def picks up with the wind. Second time I dressed it down with ponte leggings and ankle boots, still the compliments kept rolling in! I loooove this!

This dress was a perfect in-between of professional and fun. The dress was certainly oversized, but with the pleated detail at the bottom, I thought it was a cool look. It feels short because it is so loose fitting, but in reality it is an appropriate length on a petite figure. Watch out for wind, though!

Had a blast wearing this asymmetrical shirt dress for work, weekend and vacation. Lightweight cotton made it breathable and cool to wear in 90 degree weather. Yes, it wrinkles and a slight gust will blow up the dress so I wore Nike shorts underneath. I'm 5'4 and the longest part of the hem was about 2-3 inches above my knee. The higher hem might be too much for others but I threw caution to the wind and wore this to work! No need to a lot of accessories with this, just a chunky watch, dangling earrings and a bracelet. A few folks thought I buttoned the dress up wrong to which I said to them "It's fashion baby!"

I rented this as a fashionable outfit for work, however it is just too short to be appropriate. Looks lovely with a belt! Will rent again for going out on a normal day. Very comfortable and stylish

This was short and wide (I usually wear a size 2 but because of the button up and my larger bustline I sized up to prevent gaping), so I paired it with an Opening Ceremony sweater vest and cashmere leggings. Loved it like that, but I wouldn't have worn it on its own.

Girl friend: "I WANT THAT!" Guy friend: "Hot!" Glad I ordered an XL! I am 5'9" and pretty busty (34DDD/FF), so this would have been a no-go had I gone any smaller. Beware, this thing is SHORT! Wore to work on a Friday - with black leggings and lace-up black Jimmy Choo ballet flats - and got rave reviews from my colleagues! The girls were gawking through the window before I even made it into the office! Super comfortable for what turned out to be a grueling 13-hour day. I was a little too brave and wore it a second time on a Saturday, this time without leggings! Perfect weekend wear, but it is seriously SO SHORT! It turned out to be a breezy day, so all of Worth Avenue got a nice shot of my tush a couple of times. Eek! Paired with nude Tory Burch ballet flats today, because I'm basic like that.

Pros: High quality material and design. The fit was excellent and comfortable. It was the perfect weight for transitioning into fall. Cons: It's definitely on the short side. There were a couple gusts of winds that required me to hold the dress down, but I'm sure it would also look great with leggings.

Because I am 6 feet tall, the dress more like an oversized shirt. I paired it under a long sweater on a call today, and under a long blazer. I received a few compliments, but it was a little bit underwhelming. I would not have liked it alone with pants.

It fit only slightly too big, but it still looked great. I received many compliments. I wore biker shorts to chase my toddler around. I wore it for a baptism. I also wore white, hi-top converse.. Really comfortable.

I love this dress! I felt so confident in it, it had enough professionalism for me to wear to work but still felt flirty and fun. The large was too big though, I would've ordered a size down, but it wasn't too big that I couldn't wear it.

I loved this dress! It's casual for everyday wear, yet the cut is unique. I believe it pretty much runs true to size, however if you ever have problems with button downs being tight in the arms or shoulders, I'd recommend sizing up.

This is a great dress! Received a lot of compliments on it from co-workers and from strangers. I've tried several shirt dresses before, but this is the first one to actually fit me properly without the buttons popping or just generally not looking good. The fabric is thick enough not to be sheer, so you don't need to wear a slip. Would definitely rent their piece again. I'm typically a 12, so thought the XL would be perfect, but next time will try a L instead.

I was working in Chicago and dropped off my unlimited and wanted to get another item. I grabbed this and didn't even try it on. It for so great and it was shockingly cut very well for an hourglass shape. I belted it to accentuate as well and wore it with tights and booties. Such a surprising look got lots of compliments.

The fabric has no stretch but hung nicely on my body, albeit a bit stiff looking. I ordered a medium because I wanted it to not be form fitting but should have gone with the small. The shape itself is a bit boxy so a smaller size would have been better. Very cute and perfect for work with a pair of white oxfords.

This is a great twist on an everyday poplin top. These can be worn over pants or as is depending on your height. I wore with jeans because I am 5'7 and this felt short but would be super comfortable for the warmer months. This fit true to size

I didn't get to wear this but totally would have if i had time to reorder the next size up. I'm usually a 0-2 or xs in loose fitting dresses, but the chest and arms were a little too snug so I recommend ordering up. Overall the quality was great and very lightweight and breathable. so sad I didn't get to try it out!

If you have broad shoulders, I would go up a size...I'm in a M, knowing that Equipment I usually go up a size...and the shoulders are so tight that I can't stretch my arms out.

Way too short to be a dress. I wore it with pants. Shoulders were a bit snug but it worked.
