Very very cute blouse. But the one I received.. I noticed that the (both) buttons on the wrist cuffs are all chipped.. bad dry cleaning..?

Pardon the mirror selfie but I love this brand for work. I have the luxury of being able to wear jeans (as long as I'm put together) and blouses make for easy outfit planning!

Another beautiful blouse by Equipment,, but i could wear even smaller then XS, but because its silk its just drapes around body so nicely. The 3 different patterns make it so more unique.

Looks ok on very broad in the shoulders. Really had hoped for some compliments.

I like this shirt a lot better in person. It's lightweight so good for spring/summer in the office but a little see through so be careful.

I love Equipment shirts for work. But this one was underwhelming. It's more of a crepe fabric. I should have ordered up but thought someone said it ran large. It was right on my arms. Just okay. Sorry for the pic from the loo :)

This is the perfect silk shirt-- I rented a few things to liven up a normal work week and this shirt was such a win. Playful nautical print, beautiful drape with a nice weight silk. I hated to send it back!

This fabric is beautiful and this shirt is so well cut and tailored. I have a long torso and finding nice blouses can be tough, but this is a home run.

One of my favorite tips I've tried from this designer. The mixed print is fun but still professional. Wore with light pink earrings to pick up on the blush tones in the print. Would definitely rent again. Top is pretty sheer, need to wear a camisole under.

This is a beautiful silk shirt that works tucked in or out. I wore it first tucked into a blue COS skirt/pant and next with skinny black Rachel Zoe pants from RRR . The feel of the shirt was great, it didn't wrinkle much from wear, packed well and the combination of patterns added a lot of interest

It was a really cute shirt for the office.

Loved this in person. The print and details are really unique. Got several compliments in it. The fit was great too. I was even able to wear the sleeves buttoned (usually have to roll them up as I'm 5'2").

I wore this probably four times prior to sending back- the mixed pattern is very cool, and the longer tail in the back looks good with leggings for more coverage. However, it's not so oversized that it looks bulky!

Great with a dark shade of jeans and heels. Dressed up of a lunch date with the gals and they asked where I had been shopping. Thanks RTR

Beautiful blouse! It seems like it will be see through, but it really isn't. I love Equipment blouses and normally the Large is good on me, I like a lot of room in my tops. This one however feels more like an XL, like I can almost wear it as a dress. Super long to tuck into my jeans, but I made it work. Worn with Dark jeans cuffed, a thin nude belt, and nude peep toe Tory Burch wedges = great outfit!

Liked the lightweight material for spring to summer transition weather. Also liked the asymmetrical hem. Runs a bit large but I kind of liked that. Mix and match patterns were really cute (sleeve pattern vs. flags on the front).

Fit true to size. Very comfortable and light. Beautiful piece!

The fit was ok and seemed to run just a tad small with the shoulders. It was hard to steam or iron so I wore it slightly wrinkeled. I wanted to tuck the shirt in and it wasn't as seamless as I would have liked. I did get someone compliments on the shirt overall.

I liked the shirt, unfortunately it is a bit too chilly in CT to wear such a thin shirt. It's also quite sheer.

Nice shirt, just the style masculine with a feminine touch type shirt I like. I should have known a medium would have been a better fit, though. It was just a touch too tight in the shoulders and arms - I usually go back and forth between a medium and a small depending on the make of a shirt. This was loose enough (with a touch of fashion tape to prevent gaps) in the chest area, but the shoulders and arms run a true small.

The material, color and pattern of this shirt was really nice. I️ wanted to love I️t but I️t was gaping at the chest so I couldn't wear I️t. I️m between an xs and s and got the xs based on reviews. I️ would size up for this to avoid the gaping issue. Other equipment shirts in a small have been great for me so I'll try this one again in a size up.

I could have honestly worn this as a dress. But once I tucked it into a skirt it just lost some of its cuteness. Looked a little busy.

A little tighter around the hips than most blouses with a longer length in back.

Liked, but wish I'd ordered the small. The fabric is nice, maybe the print is a little dowdier than I hoped.

I wore this to the office on a Friday which tends to be a more casual day. It is a nice lightweight fabric that's perfect for a hot summer day when you are going in and out of air conditioning. I liked the nautical pattern too. It is meant to be a loose, blousy fit, so keep that in mind. It probably looks best with a skinny leg pant.

It was easy to just get up and put on this blouse with a pair of jeans. Its the kind of top that works well with many different bottoms. I paired it with dark denim skinny jeans. A great blouse for work and can be dressed up or down. Love the silky material and intricate print. Just note that this blouse does run a bit large so my recommendation would be to size down.

Great work blouse! Paired it with light pink capris and a blue under cami (the blouse is completely see thru). Very light and effortless.... it's elegant and easy to transition to happy hour after a long day at work!
