Great "Springy" print and excellent quality. It's not a big standout piece, but I enjoyed wearing it.

I'm slowly working my way through every silk blouse on RTR, and I can say that this is definitely one of my favorites. The drape and fit is just perfect! And the print and color has strong vintage vibes, so I'll just wear this and pretend I'm a Katharine Hepburn stand-in.

I like the top. Its hip and gives off a lux vibe. Runs big. (i usually am a large but i went Medium so that its not too loose) if you want baggy go true to size, if you want it fitted go down a size.

Loved the material on this shirt! It was light and easy to wear. The pattern was very fun and unique which I loved. It runs true to size but it’s baggy so I would recommend going one size down for backup if you don’t want it to be that baggy. The fabric has no stretch but there is comfortable room throughout the midsection. Great for any cup size and can be worn with any standard bra. Overall, a comfortable and cute top. Great for work, everyday wear, or meeting up with friends. Would definitely rent again!

Love equipment and this was no exception. The shirt if meant to be a little baggy, so if you like that, it's true to size. But a size down would be better than a size up. Loved this with some dark, high-waisted flares for work

Very generous fit in arm length and across chest (and I have longer arms and 36D). It's a very soft washed silk fabric that feels great.

Beautiful spring blouse that fit true to size. I found the front a little more open than it showed on model. The color of the leaf is a green / olive vs black. Overall a great work shirt.

Felt like the pattern made me look older, not living it. But I did love the pants.

I loved this top so much I bought it! Great quality which I've come to expect from this brand, I have a few of their shirts already and this fun pattern made it a great addition. It's roomy enough for my larger bust without being huge in the waist which is nice. Definitely a fun pattern under a blazer or more casually with jeans and booties.

I rented this bouse with unlimited for a work conference in Florida. It is a lovely light but warm silk fabric with little to no stretch. Pro: Colors were great, pattern was nice. Shirt was warm in ice cold air conditioning and didnt wrinkle too much No cons noted. I styled dueing the day with white skinny jeans and a white jacket, nude valentino rock stud flats, long chain necklace. For the evening poolside reception i swapped out the white jeans and flats for black shorts and black/gold adidas superstars.

True to size work too. Most equipment signature shirts run way large but pretty much every other one by this brand run true to size. Great print, lots of compliments, fit great for a work conference.

I wore this with green slacks. I absolutely loved it. I plan to rent it again.

Great print! With room in the arms, waist, and bust and no stretch to the fabric I'd recommend ordering your true size. Definitely on the longer side, this top looks great with pants or leggings for a more casual look. Comfy and breezy, would love to own!

This is a perfect work blouse. It has a generous fit which I liked. I am a 36 c on top so sometimes this style blouse will fit me everywhere but pull across the chest. This one did not. The colors are great for this time of year. I wore it with a dark pencil skirt and nude pumps. I would recommend it for a nice addition to a work wardrobe.

Oversize but oh so comfy fabric. So many complements on the print esp for spring! It was a little low cut for my little boobs but nothing a tank couldn't remedy.

This is the first time ordering a button down blouse and I ordered a Large as I have large breasts (can I just say big boobs:)? Otherwise, I would be a medium everywhere else. I found the material to be perfect, not to light and not too heavy and super comfortable. Because I went up a size the sleeves were a little long but I buttoned and folded the cuff up in half and it looked fine. As a bonus, it looked like a little French Cuff peaking out of my black suit jacket. I wore it with a black suit with cropped pants and it gave it a pop. Professional. I'm looking forward to wearing it with white jeans as pictured.

Pattern is pretty with a pop of color, though the background is a bit more beige than white, as it looks in the photos online. I found the fit to be a bit roomy.

Received compliments immediately! I was quite surprised as I felt the print was "old" looking. But was pleasantly surprised by the compliments. Not something I would add to my wardrobe but a fun change. Does wrinkle very easily!

I wore this to work and got a bunch of compliments. Love the fabric and fit but the colors weren't the best on me. If you've got a darker or more olive complexion (I'm super pale and pink toned skin) this would probably look amazing on you!

I loved the pop of color in this silk blouse. It really helped liven up a plain black suit. My only issue is that the sleeves were a bit tight for me and the chest was a tad snug in the bust area.

Great fit - brought it to Italy for a vacation and wore it several times - dressed up with a pencil skirt, dressed down with jeans. interesting and unique pattern and traveled well!

Very generously cut. The small was roomy on me. This top is so lovely that the pattern lines up on the front seams. I love the pop of bright colors. Really takes a plain black suit and makes it special.
