Love this well-tailored Equipment shirt. The fit is slim, but I have fairly broad shoulders and the M fit perfectly. The lightning bolt print gives it some edge. Pairs well with jeans or pants. I tried it on with a black bra, as you can see in my photo, and it's a tiny bit sheer. I'd wear it to work with a nude bra underneath, no problem.

This was a great work piece! The fabric is super light weight so it is great paired with a vest or added layer without feeling too heavy or uncomfortable. The style was also not sheer and I wore a nude bra under it, no problem. The cuffs are a bit tight at the wrist but these can easily be unbutton-ed for comfort. Great style and I love the fun prints Equipment has.

It's so rare to find a button down that fits my DD bust. This shirt was so light and comfortable. You can wear it to work or dress it up for a night out at your favorite dive bar

I loved wearing this shirt! It fit really well and my only complaint was slight gaping at the chest button — I'm currently nursing, so my chest size fluctuates and I expected this to happen. It is a little sheerer than I'm comfortable with for work, so I wore a black tank underneath for extra coverage. It paired perfectly with black skinny jeans and wedge heels.

Fit as expected. Silk is thinner weight but lovely. Really enjoyed this blouse.

I really like this shirt -- an unexpected twist on the classic button-down. I wore a camisole underneath because the material was slightly see-through.

I rented a large and I have big shoulders and it fit perfect. The material is not too sheer - no undershirt required.

Fit true to size, came very creased but the wrinkling steamed out easily.

Such a fun style. I wore this in summer with temps around 90 and it was breathable enough for all day without sweating a bunch. The arms were tight around my biceps, but that is a standard issue for me. Seriously thinking of buying this one!

WOW!!! I am in LOVE with this blouse! The color is a beautiful blush with black lightning bolts! WHAT?!? That is the best thing ever!! When I ordered a different equipment blouse and it was damaged, this one was sent in its place. Beautiful silk, beautiful feel, so wearable! I wore it to lunch at Rockefeller Center with a diamond dealer (awesome for so many reasons), my niece's graduation party, and work. I even had it cleaned....I will be renting this again, or maybe I should just buy it! SO GOOD!!! I wore it with jeans and boots, a black pencil skirt and pumps, so versatile.

I've worn this top before and loved it. It fits really nicely and I always get complements. I love the edition of the lighting bolts; its a cool twist on a basic.

Equipment blouses are the best. The lightning bolt design was a super cute touch. I could've worn this every day.

I'm currently a 36H (breastfeeding) so finding tops is a PAIN! This one was great. I'm trying to remember but I THINK I went with a large this time (normally a medium, but...boobs). Fantastic for work and for casual wear.

As a woman with a larger bust it's always nice to find button ups that actually button up! This was perfect with no gaping between the buttons. The pattern adds a bit of fun to a classic work shirt. Would definitely rent again.

I ordered my normal size (medium) and their was a gap between the buttons. The pattern and style of this was adorable. I love Equipment shirts. I'm going to order again in a large.

Much too tight in the chest for my 32DD

The shirt is super soft and adorable. If you have bigger arms, size up. It looked loose enough in pictures but was very tight.

I had loved the fit of another Equipment blouse because it was super roomy on my larger chest but this one was way too tight. Love the pattern. I would just size up (if an XL was an option)

I really love the look of this top. It's fun yet professional, and I love silk. But on the model, this blouse hits well past her hips, and on me it barely grazed the waist of my pants. I don't know if the previous renter maybe washed it? But it was a shrunken fit, and I prefer my blouses....blousey. It was the right size and I usually fit Equipment well, alas. Definitely a high quality fabric, but not a great fit on me.

Wonderful fabric and a beautiful nude pink color. I found this equipment shirt to be shorter and a slimmer fit through the chest and shoulders than previous shirt. I'd order up if you're a dd or bigger.

Order your normal size or larger. The color is much different in person.
