The cut and material are just beautiful. The photo does not do the cut justice. I wore to a very important work event, then tied it up at the waist, put on jeans and had the best happy hour in style!

I ended up getting this blouse as a sort of last-minute item based on the advice of a stylist from RTR. Wow am I glad I did! This is part of my first unlimited order but my third rent the runway experience. I was honestly a little hesitant to "waste" a selection on a blouse but this is no ordinary blouse... this blouse is so versatile, beautiful, flattering and just a delicious fabric and print to walk around in that I may end up purchasing it! The fit was great for me I am generally a size 8 with a larger chest and the buttons never pulled at the front and the sleeves fit perfectly. The fabric breathe nicely also never feeling stuffy. In the picture I have it with jeans but it looks just as gorgeous with a chic party skirt and heels for an event. I plan on wearing it to some work meetings with a pencil skirt that will eventually lead into a dinner function. Basically if you want to pack light and have a dressy to casual option this is the one! The fabric even travels well! I have a few floral pieces that I own in my closet, but none that I like as much as this print. In addition the fabric is so luxurious without looking too formal. I cannot recommend this enough! It makes every outfit all that much better!

The perfect silk button up. Material is amazing, like butter. The floral is beautiful and made a more masculine top more feminine. Do note that the buttons don't go up o the collar and it was a little lower of a neckline, so if you have a more conservative office I would save this for the weekend or date night.

I wore this a few times to work at varying levels of formality. It's a pretty print for transition weather and like all Equipment blouses, the fit is excellent, flattering, and easy to wear. The only downside was the collar - it wasn't pressed properly so the neck was a deeper V than I would have liked.

I loved wearing this shirt, and wore it multiple times for different events! That being said, it's quite low cut, so I did use a safety pin to make it a bit less revealing when I wore it to work. The print was beautiful without being too loud.

Love the fit, although it was a tad big in the chest area for me only considering I am small up top. Otherwise, great blouse for work!

Slim fit and not too low to not be able to wear to work.

LOVE Equipment tops, and this one did not disappoint. It was a bit lower cut than most of the other tops I've rented from Equipment, but in a sexy way, not a bad way. I tucked it into high waist jeans and it looked awesome.

Great fit - slightly low for work but used fabric tape and it was just fine. Terrific weight for spring. I have now re-rented again - lovely for fall, as well!

The fit was great! Worn tucked in with pants or skirt for work, but also fun untucked with jeans and accessories for date night.

Gorgeous pattern - fantastic to dress up a simple solid color skirt or pants. It runs shorter than some of the other Equipment silk blouses and is also low cut so you may need a camisole to wear in a work setting

I've heard good things about Equipment shirts and they were all spot on. This shirt is beautiful- the floral print, the silkiness, the cut. I ordered a medium to make sure the chest wasn't too tight and it was pretty low cut. I wore a lacy cami with it and that worked well. I would definitely rent this again.

It runs large. I wore it, but I think I'll order the one size down next time I order this brand. The neck is low - I had to wear a tank top under it for work.

Love this top! For day you will need a tank under the shirt but for a sexy night look no tank. I wore it during the day with jeans and black flats.

I love everything Equipment and this top has to be one of my favorite of theirs to date. Fits very similar to their classic button up (true to size). This deep v neck is my new fave. I wore this out to dinner & the bar for a friends birthday with jeans & heels and it was perfect! Easy to dress up or down.

I bought this to wear to work, but ended up having to use sticky tape so that the v-cut wasn't so low. The photos don't really do this top justice - it is VERY low cut. Would be better for a night out than for work. Did love the pattern and material!

This was really pretty and easy to wear. Is a very soft almost crushed silk feeling. It looks black in the picture, but it's really more of a charcoal gray. The top button is low, but easily fixed with a safety pin. I enjoyed wearing it to work with some darker gray pants. It was a great "regular day" rental!

I normally like equipment tops more, this was very low cut, the highest button was in the middle of my cleavage. I'm fairly busty (30DD) so I had to wear a tank under which wasn't as cute.

The print and the double-notch type collar made me feel like a grandma. Meh.

Blouse is waaaaay too low cut for smaller chests, had to tape it in order to wear it to work. While the RTR picture of the flower print seems vibrant, in person it feels a bit dated and 90s-ish.
