I wore this dress to church and, of course, it started snowing. Even though this is a long-sleeved dress- it is definitely more appropriate for Spring. It is very light and static-y. Beautiful design and colors. Its a stand-out dress.

Perfect work dress!

I loved this dress! I got lots of compliments. It was very comfortable and felt light.

This is an easy dress to wear during the hot California summers. It fits pretty loosely, so you definitely need a belt -- the dress doesn't come with one despite it having belt loops, so I had to use one of my own. I got several compliments on the print. Wore this dress to a casual day at work and also a movie date with friends. I want more dresses like this on RTR!

Fun floral option! This dress is super comfortable with a lot of room throughout. I would size down! This lightweight material allows for a significant amount of room in the bust, hips and waist. I chose to wear this without the belt as more of a loose fitting, shirt dress. The length comes to about the knee and would be appropriate to wear in the office or for a casual event. There is no stretch to this fabric but it works for Apple, Hourglass, Athletic, Pear, Petite, Straight & Narrow, and Full Bust figures.

This dress was very comfortable and would have been a great work option. I wore it to a friend's 30th birthday dinner. I sized up to have plenty of room in the midsection when I stuffed myself :)

I like the it's a little longer in the back. Go figure that our photos occurred on the coldest day that we've had so far this year. The dress is fitted enough to be flattering but also loose enough to wear clothing underneath. I wore a heat shirt because the dress material is pretty thin (silky). I liked that the dress buttoned all the way down the front and had a matching belt. The belt made it even more flattering. The collar is also adorable. The dress had pockets, which laid flat against my body and also served as a great hand-warmer when I was cold. This pattern is beautiful - I think it would work well for a casual daytime affair AND it could also be dressed up with the right accessories and shoes for a fancier evening affair. I love this dress because it fit well, flattered me in the right places, and the pattern is beautiful.

Wore this for our family's holiday photoshoot in the cold, so I wore a long-sleeved shirt and thick tights, plus wore a wool coat to stay warm. I would say this is more a Fall/Spring dress. I was also 3 months pregnant and wore the size L. I usually where size M and was able to fit in it, but was more comfortable wearing the larger size.

Wore this to work with heeled booties and bright pink lipstick. I'm not sure it was the most flattering thing I've ever worn, but it struck exactly the notes I wanted of fun, trendy, and professional.

This was out of my comfort zone but I wanted to try something new. I loved the long length (I'm 5'6) so I could wear to work plus it has a cute high/low look. Keep in mind it does have a high slit on the side and it is very thin so you may need something under it. It has pockets! Who doesn't love pockets?! I wore it on its own but played with other ideas like a nice sweater cardigan over it or opening it up as a cardigan itself over another simple dress. Lots of options! Cute dress for fall!

I absolutely loved the fabric and print on this dress and it goes well with so many different colors. The length was great for work, but I was fighting with the pockets the whole time I wore it... they just wouldn't lay flat for me and they poofed out at the hips... where I don't need more volume. I solved the problem by pairing it with a long anorak. Other than that... loved it!

Comfortable dress for work or fun. Light enough for mid-80s weather. Buttons closed over chest and didn't pop open.

Absolutely loved this dress. The silk was a beautiful light material that was great to wear at the office in the summer. The length was work appropriate and the pattern was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Wore it to work - cute dress!

I wore this to work and it was great! It's slightly oversized but I'm not sure I could have sized down. The belt pulled in the waist and made it look great. I'm 5'3" and it hit me right on the kneecaps.

Love this dress! The fabric is gorgeous and it's a nice change. I wore it with booties and flats and it would go well with pumps as well. Dress it up or down! Got a ton of compliments!

The fit is a nice drape and the cut is perfect. I wore it out shopping and drinks with a friend. The belt is attached at one side which is nice, it doesn't move around. Although it did come untied at one point. I'd recommend it for nice dinner or everyday in the office.

I LOVE Equipment dresses, and this was no exception! The material is light weight, comfortable and the cut of the dress was very flattering. I don't have much of a waist and usually don't like ties around it (since it doesn't do much for me), but this tie helped to give the dress some shape and wasn't unflattering. I paired with black leggings and black knee high riding boots. Will definitely rent again!

I wish I had kept this dress. Elegant, polished, classic. Great material, great print, fits well. Charmingly oblivious husband asked, "is that new?" which is always a sign an outfit is working. ;) Just Yes.

Fit is true. Belt is sewn in to belt loop, so when tying the belt it is a little bit asymmetric but not a huge deal. The print and very pretty. Flattering dress.

This fit loose and felt great on! The fabric is thin as it is all silk. I wore mine with burgundy pants and heels.

I can't remember the last time I had so many compliments. The silk felt amazing. I liked the side slits. Added some sexiness and breeze to otherwise conservative dress. Just laid perfect. And buttons didn't pop open on 30f chest! Sleeves would be long and need to cuffed on anyone shorter.

Loved this dress! Wore it with warm leggings and booties. Super comfortable, classy, and comfy for work. I'm mostly a small and sometimes a xs. The xs fit really well and still roomy. 34B busy. If I was any bigger it would have that awkward button split on top. However definitely love it.

Wish I had taken a picture because I received so many compliments, perfect summer to fall transition piece. Loved the hi-lo hemline and was the perfect length for work.

Bold pattern, but very comfortable and fun. I loved this dress and almost purchased it except that it will be hard to wear over and over without it being noticeable.

i'm busty and the large was still probably a little looser than i would typically want (medium might have been too small, though). if you're between sizes, definitely size down. really fun, though.

This shirt-dress from Equipment was a great piece. The pattern wasn't too overwhelming for my body type. It was comfortable and stylish. Once I tied the belt around the shirt dress, I was able to give it some shape. The only issues I found were that the dress tended to wrinkle in the front if I had been seated for a while and sometimes the buttons gaped around the hip or breast areas. It's to be expected with any outfit that has buttons. I'd rent this shirt-dress again, and I'd love to own it in my closet.

I ordered this in a medium and I wore it but the small would have fit better I believe.

I wore it to work, black tights under, got a ton of compliments. It is lower in the back, very lightweight, nice pattern.

I am not a big floral person, but this pattern was great for fall. The dress was comfortable, and the shirtdress style is flattering on a lot of different body types. Unfortunately, I felt like it wrinkled easily.

Love the print and length of this dress. I received several compliments the minute I walked into my office. I feel like it runs a little big. I wore the Small and the sleeves were a little long and the fit a little more over-sized than I would have liked. That said, I love that it's tailored without being tight and long enough for work. The side slits make it more fun for happy hour. The colors are perfect for fall. Would definitely rent again to wear with booties and maybe even tights.

Silky material, great floral pattern, runs a bit large

There are belt hoops on this dress but it doesn't come with a belt. I have a number of Equipment pieces at home, but I didn't love the fit of this; it was so big. Nice pattern though.

I normally wear a 10. I got the large in this dress. It was pretty big. Because there was a lot of extra material due to size, and because the dress had pockets, I felt it made me look bigger than I am. I also didn't notice until I got to work that the slits on each side of the dress were very high exposing most of my thigh on each side. It felt inappropriate and I wished I had noticed earlier and worn tights.

Long in the back. Wasn't flattering for my height so didn't end up wearing. Otherwise fun print and always nice quality from Equipment.

As other reviewers noted, this dress is very thin and runs very large. I got the XS and still felt that I was swimming in it. I wanted to wear a slip under it due to the thin fabric, however the slits on the legs are so high that the slip showed. The pattern is pretty but faded. Didn't feel like this dress was anything special and thought the quality wasn't great.
