I rented this to wear to work on St. Patrick's Day. The fabric is very pretty and reminds me of a Liberty of London print. I love the fact that the shirt is silk and therefore is lightweight, fluid, and lays well rather than being stiff. I wear either a small or medium and in this case I should have rented the medium. The small was tight through the shoulders, back, and bust and although it didn't gap, my movement was restricted and a medium would have been more comfortable. There was adequate room in the hips. I wore with white but it would also look nice with blue jeans. I will definitely be renting Equipment button downs in the future.

This was very comfortable and a nice light material for the spring. It was a little large, I thought, but would probably be fine on someone with slightly broader shoulders than me. I'd still recommend it, but sizing down may work best.

I wanted a casual silky top for going out at night and wearing with white jeans. This is perfect! I am 5'7" and 130 lb and the small was the right size. Would rent again!

Equipment shirts are so comfortable and can be dressed casual with white jeans or dressed up for work with a pair of slacks or skirt. I paired this shirt with a pencil skirt for work. It was a cute small white flower pattern that is fun for summer.

Very soft shirt, beautiful color and fit true to size. Looked great with light grey pencil skirt for work.

I rented this to lighten up my wardrobe for spring. My impression from the pic left me expecting a simple button down shirt. I was pleasantly surprised that it was silk, super comfortable, warm but breathable. I loved it. Would totally recommend it!

Equipment makes the best silk blouses. Great for work tucked in or out of navy blue slacks.

Super cute for the Spring/Summer. I love the quality of Equipment's silk, however they do run a bit large and is not a trim fit.

Pretty color

I love this shirt for spring, but it seems to run smaller than the other Equipment shirts I've gotten from RtR. I wore the XS (as I have for the black with polka dots, white/navy plaid S/S, raspberry print, and the blue plaid shirts, too), but it seemed to fit narrower and shorter than the others, with perhaps the exception of the blue plaid shirt. Perhaps this is just a variation caused by someone washing it.

This runs smaller than the Equipment Signature Shirt that I rented a few weeks ago in my usual size large. I sized down for this shirt and it just barely fit. Overall I loved the pattern and I would rent it again.
