RTR Team Review
This is such a great alternative to your usual cotton work shirt! I love the lace-up front, however you have to be careful with the way you tie it. Tighten it so it looks as it does in the model or leave it loose to show some skin. If it continues to show some skin and you are not comfortable with it throw on a cute bralet or a white cami. You will look amazing! There is no stretch to the fabric, thus, I would recommend sizing up for back up. This is a super polished and structured shirt and will make you feel very confident. Wear it to work, a conference, or casually with some jeans. Be prepared to receive a ton of compliments!

Cool shirt for summer/every day.
Great shirt with a summery feel. I had to wear a tank underneath because it puckered in between the laces.

Liked it but didn't love it
I usually wear a medium but needed a small. The only downfall is that no matter how tightly you try to tie the strings, it still separates and my bra would constantly show. I usually don't mind that look but it's definitely not appropriate for work. And it's too thin to not wear a bra.

Rented for casual wear with unlimited.
The shirt is quite a bit boxier than I had expected - the material is similar to most cotton blend blouses so that coupled with the way it's structured made it fit funny.
