First of all, I am a HUGE leopard print fan. If it's not black, it's leopard - so I was ecstatic to get this shirt. Popped it with some bright red jeans (a pairing apparently not common in San Fran and got lots of attention, in a good way!). Shirt is loose but not overwhelming. Lightweight, silky, almost feels like a pajama top but more polished. Print is well saturated and not washed out like so many animal prints. Found it to be darker and more golden than RTR pictured looks, which I liked.

This shirt feels good on your skin and the colors are rich. It will definitely make a statement! I will be renting this shirt again.

Easy and fun top for work

Definitely a nice blouse, great quality. A little on your face for my personal tastes but I paired with all black to keep it lower key. If you can confidently rock cheetah print this is a great top for you!

great fit

Great fit, classic, yet sexy.

It was tight on the hip and bust area for me.

I am an official Equipment convert now. This shirt is so comfortable, so well made, and so flattering! I usually have problems with button downs since I'm large busted-- I usually suffer from the gaping button hole. The size medium buttoned all the way up, no gaping!! I got several compliments on it, too. Will definitely rent again.

Love renting rather then owning pieces like this. Very cute and can be worn in both formal and casual styling. I usually avoid buying silk shirts because of dry cleaning... so nice to be able to send it back.

Great fabric and fit.

This is a classic print, and looked great. I wore with black pants and a black skirt. The sleeves are a tad long (for a S) but if you push them up slightly they will stay. I have a DD chest, so I didn't wear it buttoned, it would have buckled, but wore with a black camisole underneath.

Timeless leopard print I can see in my closet for 20 years, never goes out of style. Yes I'm going to buy this perfect silk leopard button down and keep it forever.

Equipment is a go to brand for me and this top did not disappoint. I wore it for work with black pants and out on a date with high waisted shorts.

I loved this short so much that I kept it for almost a month. The material is nice, the fit runs a little large (I like that about it), and I got compliments everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

I loved this shirt so much and will likely rent it again! I wore it to work on a Friday when I was going out for drinks with friends afterwards, with black jeans and flats. The silk material is so nice. The collar makes it a bit dressier while the print is super fun.

This button-up shirt is an instant classic. I wore it with black leggings as well as with jeans. The material was wonderfully silky and I didnt encounter any of the hole-gaping issues that generally occur with these types of shirts.

Liked wearing this to work with black pants and pumps.

Was great for a casual Friday - spiced up the office scene a bit.

This fit a little big on me, but I have other Equipment tops and was expecting it! I wore it for all different occasions - paired with tailored pants and a blazer for work, with destroyed denim and some cool jewelry for dinner with friends. I am petite and wore it tucked in so that it wouldn't overwhelm my frame. This piece travels very well, which is something I always appreciate! It didn't wrinkle, even after a 12-hour workday!

I have all of these Equipment shirts in my queue because they fit me great! I'm tall, 6'1", and the length is great. I'm large-chested (34DD) and the buttons don't pull. Great, effortless shirt. Silky and comfortable.

One of the buttons was cracked and kept coming undone.

Great relaxed fit

I liked this shirt, didn't love it. Was very comfortable and a good fit.

After trying on two other Equipment shirts (that did not fit), I was pleased to find that this one did! Sizing, per shirt, seems to be subjective.

I love love love Equipment, but this shirt fits very close to the body and not as shown on the model. It is short in the torso and in this print I just think a more oversized look is better. Equipment ranges depending on the cut and this is definitely one that runs smaller than say the camp shirt.

I typically wear an XS so this shirt was a little big. I still wore it to work. It was a great transitional piece between seasons. It is long sleeve for the cool mornings, but a light enough material for the afternoons when it warms up.
