Rented this for work as part of my unlimited and was super happy with it. Runs large - usually wear an XS or S in Equipment and with this an XS was perfect and slightly oversized. Long, but cute tucked in.

Very well made and although it is an oversized fit, it doesn't look or feel sloppy. The sleeves were the perfect length (wore the XS) and I'm 5'4". Wore this to work in Miami and was very comfortable and able to dress for the "fall" season without dying of heat. Good shirt for those Unlimited spots where you're not searching for a specific event.

Runs big but comfortable. Love it, would rent again. Fabric is soft and doesn't show sweat like most silks.

This had a great cut and was super cute. I will rent again through my unlimited. It is still in the 90's here in Georgia. It's a good thing they keep our office at a comfortable 68- burrrrr. This would be cute with a skirt, black pants and any jeans with boots.

I am somewhere between a S and an M with equipment so I never know how they will fit. As a 34C I will err on the side of caution so always order M for button ups. I definitely should have ordered an S for this shirt! The print is in good condition hopefully it will stay that way for other customers.

Love this - fun and whimsical without being silly. I actually wore this to work with black slacks and pumps, and then threw on high-waisted leather hot pants for some evening fun! Definitely took the "biker" vibe down a bit. :) Pattern is not overwhelming at all. Shirt is very roomy, and the fabric light and silky. Easy and breezy to wear.

This is a nice shirt, but I think the particular item I received was damaged a little, maybe in cleaning. It had much fewer gold stars than in the pics, and the ones that were there were smudged. (White stars were fine, ha.) Shirt also ran a little wider that the other Equipment shirts I've rented from RTR.

This shirt has a cute 70s vibe but the fit is very blousy. Benefitted greatly by being tucked into a high waisted pant. Buttons hit at exactly the right place which was nice as gals w less bust (or whatever works!) can wear it in a low V and it looks sexy vs boyish.

I LOVE THESE BUTTON DOWNS! The fabric is amazing and so soft. The buttons don't pull over my large bust and there is room for my arms! Will definitely rent again.

It is not really see-through. The cut is feminine though it runs a bit large. The gold and silver decorations are small but make a big difference.

It's blousy, loose.

I may have been able to wear a medium but this is a winner. Loads of compliments. Wore it several times during my unlimited. Pick this one up and give it a whirl.

I got a larger size so I could travel in it and not feel uncomfortable. 100% recommend.

Love this fun print on a classic blouse, got a ton of compliments at work. The print seems slightly larger in person than in the pictures. Suggest going down a size, Equipment tops seem to run a little big.

I love Equipment and this blouse is adorable. The stars are really cute in metallics. I wore it to a birthday party and was very comfortable. Would like to keep this one!

Rented this jazz yo my day to day & I love it

The stars on this are gold so they add a little flair that made it a nice transition from work to an evening event. A little on the bigger side, but not so much that my typical size (med) didn't work. It was very comfortable.

I worn this with my mustard green skirt to work today and the color echos the golden stars. I got a couple of "wow!" Understated elegance. Unique and comfortable. I love it and rent it again!

I normally wear S in tops but they only had XS available. It fit perfectly though and I have pretty long arms and somewhat broad shoulders. The material was really nice and lay well. I didn't have a problem with it flaring out awkwardly like I've had for different brands of this style of top. The pattern is really fun and I think it's fine to wear it to work or casually. I'd rent it again.

This is a great blouse. Made of Equipment's signature silly material. Fits a bit large. I ordered the xs and thought it fit more like a size small.

What else is there to say? Typically gorgeous silk shirt. The stars were whimsical, but not cutesy. It was long enough that tucked into dress pants there wasn't a line across the back of my pants. I wore it to work with dark skinny khakis and a black belt with black heels. I also wore it untucked with jeans on the weekend and a pair of black ballet slippers. I would buy a hundred Equipment shirts if 1) they weren't so pricey and 2) dry-cleaning. Thank you RTR for making it a breeze to wear these amazing shirts!

Formal and yet informal. Perfect to class up date night!!

I'm 5.4" and 112 pounds, with a 34D chest. While the fabric and construction were gorgeous, on my small frame, the fit of this blouse was oversized to the point of being a little matronly, even in an xs. However, peeking out from a slim-cut blazer and paired with skinny black pants, it looked really sharp.

I've worn other equipment shirts before in M, but this shirt was a little too large for me. It was comfortable, but I didn't enjoy the print. The stars pattern were haphazardly placed and they made the shirt feel too busy.

I love the Equipment silk shirts and enjoy the playful prints.

Thought this was a really fun and cute shirt. I had no problems accommodating my large bust (which is often a problem in bottom down tops). The material has a velvety texture I didn't expect but really enjoyed. The sleeves have two buttons so it will also accommodate those skinny wrists of mine. I would rent again.

I probably should have gotten the medium so that it was just a touch more fitted because it felt a bit boxy and boy-ish. But the material is nice and flows well. And the star pattern is lovely. I only wore it to work once and then sent it back. I couldn't think of where else I wanted to wear it.

It was a little longer than I expected. The stars are metallic. A cool piece just not what I was looking for at the time.

I love Equipment blouses and this one doesn't disappointment. The glittery stars add just the right amount of sparkle. I usually wear a S in blouses, but the XS fit just fine.
