I really love this blouse. Just right on the shoulders and neckline, long sleeves and body. Great to tuck in or cute untucked with leggings. Will be wearing more equipment blouses in the future!

Runs a little large but it's supposed to be loose fitting. Great for work under a jumper and at night with skinny jeans and heels. I wore this shirt for 8hrs and it was super comfortable and didn't get wrinkles at all. It was also packed in my luggage and didn't require ironing, great for travel.

Can't get enough of this Equipment blouse. I love the subtle detail of the pattern and the buttery soft silk. Wore it unbuttoned a bit for a date, but would also wear to work. Great longer length (especially for tall girls!) could have paired it with leggings as well. Fit was incredibly comfortable, cut in all the right places on the shoulder and arms. Will be renting other Equipment blouses in the future!

Super cute spin on the traditional button up. This can be dressed up with slacks or dressed down with skinnys. The fit is a bit large, so be sure to size down for your backup.

Little polka dots are pink, blue, yellow, white. Fits big and billowy. Had to tuck it in but looks great overall.

I guess I didn't look closely enough at it when I picked it out, but this shirt actually has mutli-colored polka dots on it. Which might be fine, but wasn't really my style. Besides for that, it was a cute cut.. Definitely had to go down one size, but the xs fit really well.

I liked the subtle colorful dots. The fit was nice, definitely a baggy fit with very long sleeves. I liked the look with narrow pants.

Perfect shirt for work

Super cute and comfy shirt. I wore it for a date night with faux leather black pants and at work with a pair of worn jeans.

Perfect blouse for various uses on a trip to Europe. Loose fit but that's the style. I wore in the daytime for walking around and in the evening a bit more dressed up

Great fit! Had to wear chemise underneath, because it's a little bit see-through, and the buttons occasionally gape… But with black chemise underneath it looked absolutely stunning. Wore it with the lace skirt and heels; looked like a million bucks.

This shirt fits nice and is just like every other Equipment top.

The fit was nice and loose but tailored. My DD had no issues and I actually felt glamorous in a polka dot collared shirt.

This blouse fits longer (and I am long torso'd so I appreciated this). It also runs big - The small fit perfectly and I am a 34DDD. It is a smoky black with multicolor polka dots which you cannot really tell from the photo. Hihly recommend!

Love this top because it goes with everything in my wardrobe. The polka dots are a mix of red purple blue and tan. So any skirt or pants in those hues works beautifully. Fun for work while still being covered up and classic.

I wore this top at least 4 times before it was returned. I love all the Equipment blouses so comfy and can work for the office or a night out (just unbutton a few top buttons for a sexy look)

From other reviews I thought this was going to be rather oversized so I went to a M which fitted well but clung to my stomach a touch. The shoulders (I have small shoulders) fitted well. Good for work. Wore tucked in with black jeans and boots.

Ran large, so I didn't wear it for work, but it was a great weekend shirt that covered my rear. I didn't notice before I ordered, but the dots were multicolored.

Bigger fit

Like any other equipment silk shirts, the quality is exception. It drapes well and feels luxurious. The fit is very loose. You will need to tuck it in or use a belt if you are going for a more polished look.

Love the print and texture of this shirt - it ran a little big, so I rolled up the sleeves and tied up the bottom. Got several compliments at brunch!

I wanted a small, but opted for a medium. It fit a bit oversized and looked great! The buttons fell in just the right places. Have loved every piece from Equipment!

Super cute shirt, very comfortable. One thing I will point out is that it is pretty long - it covered by butt and more. I wore it with leggings though, so it worked great. The quality felt amazing.

I like this brand. I was surprised how large this was compared to others of the same type from this maker. Even with a belt I couldn't make it work. Think about sizing down for this one.

Great subtle print. Black was not a deep black but still looked great with darker black skinny ankle pants. Also wore another day with blue pants it was a good look. I anticipated tucking it into a skirt one day but the long length of the shirt meant that was not an option, so I went untucked with pants both times I wore it. Thought about buying this at 50% off but would prefer to wait for a print I am even more in love with, though this one was fun to wear! As usual these run a bit big, though with a 34 d I am super thankful to not have to deal with gapping issues with the buttons on these shirts if I get a size small.

The shirt looks really nice but runs a bit large. Due to the length of the shirt, I wore it with leggings instead of regular pants. I wore a size small but there was still a lot of room in the shoulders and sleeves. Will go for a size smaller next time. I am 5' 3.5" tall and weigh 135-137 pounds. Overall it's a very nice dress shirt.

I really enjoyed wearing this shirt, the fit is really flattering. The fabric is really breathable and I think it would be comfortable even on a hot day. It is pretty long, the back is a few inches longer than my fingertips and the front goes to the bottom of my thumb when i have my arms straight. This shirt is way too long to be tucked in and the buttons on my right sleeve were broken in half but it held together with light wear. Would wear again.
