This is one of my favorite tops I've rented from RTR. The pattern is awesome - even better in person. The fit was perfect -- the buttons didn't gap in the front, as with a lot of other button-up tops.

This shirt is really soft and great for work. The pattern is pretty and a nice way to mix up a plain button down. Wasn't really anything to write home about, but was perfectly great for just an everyday wear!

I've rented these a couple times, always cute and consistent. Buttons gape a bit (even if the shirt fits) but I've come to expect that.

Just great, like all Equipment shirts. This one seemed a bit large in the shoulders and upper arms, but it looked great with black pants.

The fabric drapes nicely but has some substance to it. The dot design has a definite horizontal pattern but remains flattering.

I do like Equipment tops/blouses and this one is no different. Color/print is perfect for Fall. Glad to rent this and return because I only wore it 1 time. Fits TTS.

This shirt is a little dressier than the usual Equipment shirts. The silk feels heavier.

Flattering, interesting blouse. Not the best material, but it doesn't seem to wrinkle with is great.
