This shirt is amazing, it's super comfortable, looks good on all skin tones, and is great for the fall. I will definitely rent it again.

This shirt is perfect for those breezy days and comfort around the office! While the material is thicker, I would still suggest wearing a nude bra underneath (just in case). The fabric has no stretch but it's perfect for every body type and has comfortable room around the sleeves. You can easily dress this up with a great skirt and a statement necklace and head from work to a night out!

Love the fabric, love the color. Unfortunately, my hips just don't work with longer button downs! As you can see in the photo, I had to leave the last button undone. It still pulled a little bit, but it was good enough to wear. If you're pear shaped, I'd recommend ordering a size bigger than you normally wear. Otherwise, you should definitely check out this high quality blouse!

I had ordered an Equipment top in small before and it was too small so I rented this in medium and it still was too tight through the bust. I always take a small or a medium so that tells me that this runs quite small. The silk fabric that the Equipment silk tops are made of is really nice and lays very well. This is a great wardrobe staple that can be worn in a variety of ways.

I LOVED THIS TOP SO MUCH I MAY WANT TO PURCHASE IT. THE FIT IS SO PERFECT, AT LEAST ON ME. WHICH IS HARD BECAUSE BUTTON DOWNS ON ME ALWAYS HAVE THAT GAP IN THE FRONT AND THIS FIT TO A TEE AND LAID VERY WELL. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

This shirt was great! It was lightweight and fit really well. It's casual enough for every day, but professional enough to wear to the office. I didn't have to wear anything underneath. I wore this to an event that required a lot of walking, and it was 98 degrees. Everyone was sweating, and I was afraid I would be drenched, but the shirt was lightweight and help up well.

Great, comfy, flattering blouse. It looks great with a tan camisole under it.

Perfect fit in the shoulders and waist which is super rare for me. I have very narrow shoulders and a small waist. The material is stretchy and thicker than it looks.

I wore a came underneath this on a "casual Friday" for work. It doesn't have a ton of shape to it but kinda gets it done.

This top is very versatile and was great for work. I wore untucked with black skinny pants. I took others' advice and ordered up (I normally wear a small but ordered Medium) for the bust and hips. It fit perfectly. You definitely need to wear a nude cami underneath.

Love it - so comfy, falls beautifully and still looks totally put together. The shirt is actually darker than the photo but not unreasonably so.

I thought it fit really well but did not wear due to the color. It's a bit darker nude color than I expected and it really didn't do well with my skin tone. I'm going to see if they have another color though because it fit well and the buttons didn't pull apart at the chest like most button down shirts do for me.

Equipment shirts fit great and look cute even with their boxier, utilitarian feel. This one went with lots of my skirts, so it was perfect for Unlimited.

Hung well and didn't look too boxy...even over my 34DD chest.

I love the fit and feel of this shirt, fit me perfectly and looks great tucked into things. I wish I owned it, it's such a great staple for any wardrobe.

I rented this as part of my unlimited subscription and wore it to work. I usually wear a small in tops but prefer a button down in a larger size because of the shoulder length, hip allowance, and bust. The medium was perfect. Also the length of the shirt is longer so you can wear it untucked with skinny jeans and there is a bit of coverage below the waist. Great shirt, would rent again.

I liked this shirt. It has more interested details than many button downs and it draped nicely. It was comfortable and casual. I wore it twice: once with slightly cropped black Theory pants - shirt left untucked as I was feeling comfortable -- and once tucked into a full midi skirt. I liked it as an easy go-to option for quick dressing. I tend to order smalls in most labels, just in case, but I happen to know I wear an XS in Equipment. I find they tend to run a tad bit large usually, so would recommend sizing down if you're on the fence. Then again, I'm clearly a pear shape with more narrow shoulders than hips.

Lovely light weight material. Wore it to a party on a hot night and it was light and breezy. Size up if your bust line is on the larger size.

Great shirt. I typically wear a large in Equipment Slim fit blouses. My hips currently measure 39 inches and the shirt just fit. Color is a nice neutral.

I wore this to work under a white blazer, the fit is true to size - but be careful as the color can really wash you out. I am heavier than my usual weight because I had a baby a couple months ago - the medium was not too tight and covered up my stomach area nicely.

This top fits pretty close to size. The only downside (if there is one), is that the color is darker than on screen. It's closer to a pinkish-beige than a nude.

This top was polished looking. Only downside was it wrinkles easily.

A nice neutral piece to dress up or down.

I liked wearing it under jackets

This was tight through the hips. So if your hips are bigger than your bust, definitely size up.

Pretty shirt but ran much smaller than the long sleeved Equipment button down top.

This shirt fit, but I didn't end up wearing it. It was quite long on me (I have a shorter torso). I would have had to tuck it in to dress pants. The color was a bit darker than shown in the picture and it was very close to my skin tone. I thought this was going to be more ivory or white. I also didn't love the texture of the fabric.
