A great dress to wear to break up basic black. Easy to wear, breezy comfort and fabric of substance.

The V does go a bit low, but it was a narrow V so I didn't feel overexposed. The buttons are a bit difficult to do and undo

I probably should have waited until the size up was available, I think I would have liked the fit more. That being said- the dress is totally nice- you do need a cami or bodysuit to wear to work as it does have a good amount of cleavage. Was slightly snug through hips so didn’t lay how I wanted. Also- buttons come undone easily, be wary of them slipping throughout the day

I grabbed this in store due to the unseasonably warm weather over the weekend and was able to wear out for a friends birthday and to work! Looked cute with dressy sneakers and heels, and the length worked well with both. The buttons are a little annoying, but ultimately worth the hassle.

Loved this dress. Fit like a dream--maybe could have taken an inch off the waist but definitely didn't want it smaller anywhere else. Great fabric that was fine for fall/winter and would be great in the spring. I had no button issues at all.

I loved this dress.. it's so pretty and I was thrilled to bring it on a work trip and find that it hadn't wrinkled at all. I'm usually a 6 and I wore the 8, which fit very comfortably. It's low cut so I had to wear a camisole underneath in order to make it work-appropriate.

I loved this dress so much, I wish I could've bought it. It's a perfectly made dress. It's slimming and can easily be dressed up or down. I wore it for engagement photos in Paris and am so happy I did.

Awesome on trend dress. Didn't want to give it back. It was great paired with white sneakers for work (at a tech company). I'm normally between a 0 and 2. The 2 well, probably could have also worn the 0. Great quality!

This dress is amazing. High quality fabric, classy design, & good fit. I have a curvier figure & I still sized down. I think my normal size 6 would have been too big. It's a little low cut for a conservative work environment but I plan to wear this on my more casual days. If I can find it somewhere for a little bit less, I'll buy it : )

Beautiful dress with great button detailing down the front. I am a B cup and this dress was snug on chest and ribcage area.

Love this dress! It's so slimming and so cute. Perfect for work. I wore it to an alumni event and got so many compliments. Will definitely be renting again. My only complaint it that one button kept popping undone but that could just be because I ate a big lunch lol

Good work dress. It was a little loose in the waist so I added a belt to cinch it. For reference, I am 5’6”, 125 lbs, with a 26 inch waist. I added a safety pin because the neck was a little low for my workplace and comfort (even though I am not chesty, it was just a pretty deep v and gaped a bit, so I felt more comfortable pinning it). The frantic does not wrinkle and would pack super well. If it weren’t for the neckline and knowing I’d need to add a button, I probably would have purchased it.

Cute and comfortable, definitely runs a little small. My favorite details were the pleats and gathering at the shoulders, which gives it a bit of a '40s vibe.

Cool pattern, looked very on trend. The V is pretty deep, so it wouldn't be appropriate for a more formal work environment. The dress closes with a line of tiny black buttons that have a piece of fabric behind them so there isn't any skin visible through the buttons. I'm a 6/8, and I definitely needed the 8.

Super adorable dress with a little more sass than I expected! Was a little snug than most 6's. The buttons kept coming undone -- and one popped off sometime during the day -- from my skinniest area. I pretty much stayed locked up in my office all day to avoid a wardrobe malfunction.

Very low cut and a long length for a petite but I loved it, looked great and will rent again. Soft but tailored. Lined and elegant. May be a little heavy for hot weather so stay in the A/C!

Brought it on a 2 week vacation in Europe and wore it probably 8 times, easy to style and doesn't wrinkle at all. It's a tiny bit low cut (maybe needs a camisole for work) and there are a million buttons so it's not a quick change, but it's a great, versatile, flattering dress.

Super easy summer dress. I wore it to work and also to drinks after. It is applicable to so many style occasions. Multiple people complimented me on it, I like the fit of the waist and sleeves. I'm 115lbs / 5 foot 4 , the 2 was fine but a 0 probably would have also been fine - waist was slightly big, but still looked nice

I wore this dress at work several days and absolutely loved it. It had a bit of stretch balanced with a bit of structure in the tailoring and shoulders. I will be renting this again.

I've rented this dress a couple times, and have been able to wear to work and out and about. It's polished, feminine, and professional. Black and white can work in any season.

It's form fitting so I would size up if you're in between sizes.

I can't seem to get my sizing right with Equipment dresses. It was too tight in the waist, but a size up would have been way too big in the bust.

I absolutely loved this dress, except that the buttons kept popping open when I sat down. It actually fit perfectly as long as I was standing. The front slit was a bit higher that I imagined, but it wasn't too big a problem.

This dress is true to size, a little lowcut, but tasteful. I started the night in basic black heels and later switched to black sandals, but it still gave me the smart casual look that I was going for. The fit is comfortable and the length came to a little above my ankles. I'd rent it again.

The quality of this dress is great! It was a little bigger around the waist than I prefer, but everywhere else I'd say was true to size. I would rent again, but try the 2.

This was my first order so still learning how sizes work. Beautiful and classic, but would recommend going up from your regular size. I am a "pear" and it is pretty slim through the waist.

This dress is understated but can really be styled for any vibe you're going for. Pair with combat boots or heels and some bright red lips and you look good. Also very comfortable.
