Loving the dark floral print! This silk Equipment dress is a staple piece you won't want to take off. Running true to size, it hit just above my knee in the size small. There is plenty of room in the bust, waist, and hips and you can wear any bra! I'd recommend pairing this style with heeled boots and simple jewelry.

I loved how easy this dress was to wear and incorporate into my every day wardrobe. I wore it to a graduation party one day and to work the next! It is perfect for summer with a breathable material and sleeveless style. I belted it to give myself a defined waist. If you want to leave it unbelted, I would recommend sizing down as it runs a tad large!

I'm 5 feet so I guess for me was a little to long. For that reason I wear it with a little belt around my waist and it looked great.

This was such an easy and light weight dress to wear. I wore it to happy hour with my husband. The floral pattern was feminine and on trend. The material makes it perfect for summer. The length was great and I was able to wear a regular bra. I did have to use Hollywood Tape to keep the buttons from pulling at the bust. I will be renting other Equipment dresses because of this rental.

I rented this for work. I took it out and put it on....it was like I was wearing my old English teachers top. But, I liked the material. So I unbuttoned a couple of buttons and threw a belt on and it was a whole new dress. Sexy and fun! Sadly, NOT for work. Date night it is! #score

the perfect summer dress! Had rented this in the winter to wear with tights and boots but love it in the summer even more! Its a little on the short side for a taller girl to wear to the office, but I think would be ok for anyone under 5'9". I would suggest sizing up if you have a larger bust, but otherwise it fits comfortable through the torso and hips. Dress down with sneakers or up with wedges!

I loved this dress. I rented it for a friend's baby shower, and it was the perfect dress for an event like that. It would also be great for everyday wear, brunches, etc. I'd consider buying it, honestly. It fit incredibly true to size, although on taller girls it might run a bit short. I have very long legs for my height, and I really wouldn't have wanted it to be any shorter.

Rented this on a whim to wear day-time while on a trip. Extremely comfortable, and like I said, easy and breezy. Perfect with wedges or booties. Can work for summer or fall. Wish I had a better photo but forgot to take some. Fits a bit "trapeezy" but just enough- I didn't look or feel like I was wearing a tent. Very flirty, silky, lots of compliments. EASY. I'm usually a 4/S and the small fit just fine- would not size up.

Love this silky, breezy dress. Wore it on a trip to Napa Valley with friends. You could wear it with sandals or booties and it would pair well with tights and a long sweater for Fall. It's very flowy, so if you're looking for something fitted, plan on wearing a belt.

It runs a little big as all Equipment does so size down. I wore this to work, dinner with friends, and a rehearsal dinner. So versatile!

I loved this casual floral shirt dress! The pattern is so pretty in person because the flowers have a unique blue tint. I wore this to work in a heat wave with Birkenstocks and then out to a party with summer wedges and a bright lip- it transitioned perfectly! It felt so airy, which was perfect for the weather and the occasion. I tend to wear a lot of black so this was a nice way to mix it up a little. I wore the large and usually wear an 8-10. The medium would have probably fit too, but I wanted it to be a looser fit. Would also look gorgeous with a thin belt at the waist to define your curves. Highly recommend!

Another great dress from RTR. Very light weight fabric so it is perfect for Summer, but also can lead you to a Marylin Monroe moment if caught in the wind.

I really liked this dress! It was a great "put on and go" dress. The xs was perfect. Definitely need to wear a slip under this one though! A little see-through but nothing a slip can't fix. Other than that it's a perfect dress. Great rental!

A simple but pretty dress that runs try to size. I am shorter and the dress hit right above my knees. A really great dress for breastfeeding. The flowers are a nice grey white color.

I considered buying this dress, I loved it so much. It's very comfortable, and has a lovely flow to it. I wore it at work. The shoulders are a little revealing, I had to wear a sweater over it at the office. Was great in winter with tights, but would also be fun in the spring or summer.

I love Equipment and I love this dress. The picture doesn't do justice to how pretty the blue/tan flowers are against the black backdrop. This dress is easy to wear sight-unseen because it's basically a tent so the fit doesn't have to be perfect. I usually wear XS in Equipment. The XS in this dress fit perfectly up top but came to mid-thigh and felt quite short. Note I'm only 5'3" so taller gals should definitely plan to wear something underneath!

Wore this for an incredibly hot day up in Napa. The fabric is great; so light and breathable! I just had to be careful with the wind blowing that I didn't expose myself! I am extremely pear shaped and some dresses that are supposed to be flowy are too tight around the hips - this was not a problem in this dress!

I loved this dress for throwing on. 100% silk, and it's so girly and easy. The only gripe is the button placement in front. When I wore it with the top unbuttoned, like a button-down shirt, I could tell I was showing bra in front from certain side angles. But buttoning it all the way up is best left for less busty girls. All in all though a great summer grab and go piece.
