Slightly see-through but great feeling silky material. Comfy, roomy fit.

I love Equipment and I'm so glad I got to try this print! It's so bright and happy. I wore it plain one day and under a blazer the next time. It would also look great under a sweater. The fit is slimming and true to size, even with my large bust.

Very comfortable and perfect for everyday wear

I love Equipment tops and this one was no exception. The XS fit me well and I have somewhat broad shoulders. Bunching in the chest area wasn't a problem for me, but I don't have a large bust. The background is more of an ivory than a white and the print was super cute. It's a comfortable and pretty top for work or wearing casually with jeans. I wore a camisole underneath as I normally do with button downs. I think it would've be been a little see through otherwise as well.

Very cute silk top. The curse of the big busted goes on...button down blouses are impossible to wear ! Wore it open with a tank. Gorgeous hue.

I love Equipment, and I love a nice silk top- add in a super fun print- and this top is just too cute! It has the perfect flattering cut and rich feel you would want, and the print makes it something exciting and different to try when renting or mixing up your wardrobe with Unlimited! The white is pretty sheer, so for a more conservative look you may need a tank underneath so your bra doesn't show through. I am 5'5, 120, and 32C- the XS fit perfectly- the way silk button downs should fit.. I would say this runs true to size but slightly big.

I enjoyed wearing this shirt to work on jeans Friday. I ended up tying the bottom in a knot because it wasn't particularly flattering otherwise, but that may have just been my body-type/outfit.

Medium felt big on me and I am busty. I want to try all the equipment silk blouses (this was my first) so I will see if a small works better next time. The big look is great but felt like I had to adjust it more. Thankfully did not have gapping issues in the bust. Fun print wore w black skinny ankle pants.

Boxy and long-waisted. (And I'm long waisted) broken button too. It's so so, don't dislike but not swooning over it.

Loved the print and fabric. Button up shirts are difficult for busty gals and this was true with this shirt as well. My typical hack is to either safety pin in between buttons or fashion tape. Other than that it was a fun shirt for everyday or could be worn dressed up.

Great for work or casual wear. More of a tunic than a top. The only think I didn't like was the button was awkwardly placed and showed a little too much skin at times.

this is a nice basic with a cute summery berry print. it is fairly loose and a tad see through (i wore a tank top underneath). i paired it denim skinny jeans, cute white flats, cute sunglasses, and a red kate spade scalloped tote (also from rent the runway) for an easy summer look. i got lots of compliments and loved how easy to wear it was thanks to it being so comfortable.

This shirt's print is perfectly quirky and automatically makes you look spring-y no matter what you wear it with. I did have some button gaping going on in the front, but I'm busty so if you are too, I'd size up if you aren't wearing this under something; otherwise the sleeves and shoulders fit great. Equipment always kills it with their 100% silk shirts, feels divine.

Love it! Cute print on a nice material. A little baggy, so I wore it with the front tied up and the sleeves rolled up.

This shirt is super cute and I loved the berries on the print, however I should have listened to all the reviews and sized down. I ordered a med and a small prob would have been perfect. It's extremely light weight and can be dressed up or down. I paired with gray slacks, pearls and heels for work. Would be great with jeans and a blazer too! I wouldn't buy this one, but a nice rental.

I rented for work and wore underneath a bright red blazer with black dress pants. I received many compliments. The second time I wore the shirt I wore under a baby pink sweater. The quality of this fabric is really surprising - I loved this top and will rent again.

Wore this shirt to a casual, outdoor brunch time party. I was concerned about the shirt looking shapeless due to notes from others that it runs long -- a style that often doesn't work on me. The shirt is long, but it's also a lovely material, comfortable, fits well, cute design, and definitely not shapeless in the way I feared. Very cute and a great wardrobe addition!

Like all Equipment silks, this is just perfect for everyday. The fun print makes it precious.

Love this shirt. I thought it was a little long, so if you are short it may not work. I wore it with jeans and sandals for a bbq and it was perfect.

I'm a petite gal, so dress shirts are always tricky. This one was a little big in the shoulders (think: relaxed fit), but I wore it with dark wash skinny jeans and heals to dress it up a bit. Looked great- and the print is adorable.

Fits great

I had accidentally ordered an XS when I am normally a S or M. When the shirt arrived I was pleasantly surprised it fit! I would of been swimming in any other size. Wore this for a day of shopping and dinner out.

I wore this with a emerald and white tweed skirt and the patterns looked really cute together. is

Sleeves were a bit long, but I rolled them up and they stayed put. It's great that Rent the Runway has this Equipment shirt in several colors/patterns, so you can order it again and again and always look different. I'd order the large again to wear as a tunic, bu get the medium if I was looking for something more fitted, or to pair with a pencil skirt.

I usually have a problem with my arms not fitting in chiffon tops, but this wasn't an issue here.

Pros: Design Cons: Big in the torso and tighter on the bust area. Wore an XS maybe an S would have been better.

I work in a school, and the kids LOVED my shirt! It is very long and cannot be worn without tucking it in, and it's a lot of material to tuck in. The material is beautiful though and although it's sheer, I did not have to wear anything underneath. It's light and airy... a fun shirt!
