I rented this for a branding photoshoot and it did not disappoint! Im shirt and curvy and it hugged me in all the right places

This dress is amazing. It’s very dark navy, almost black, and made of a thick knitted material. The buttons are a nice detail and there’s a fitted layer under the skirt so you don’t need Spanx. I’m 5’4”, 120 lbs, petite hourglass and the size 40 / US 4 fit perfectly. If it was a little less expensive I’d definitely buy!

This is my ‘is this navy or is this black’ dress. I vote navy. No one cares- it’s a gorgeous fit. It’s thick and double lined on the bottom. Shows off curves in the best way. Buttons don’t open.

Loved everything about this dress! So dark navy that it’s almost black; the yarn is a lovely soft texture with a bit of silkiness to it and it is very hefty so it has a nice body-hugging stretch without showing bulges. The skirt has placket front but the garment has an underskirt so if it pulls between the buttons any gap is covered-very nice touch. It is very well made and very comfortable. Will definitely rent again!

It’s lined well that shapewear wasn’t needed. Wore to work, material is soft and heavier than I expected, in a good luxe way. It’s fantastic!

This dress fit perfectly and was great for a conference I had.

So many things going for it. Perfect for work, could be dressed down as well. Compression slip inside the skirt means no shapewear required for this close-fitting knit. Love it.

I love that this was navy instead of your typical black work dress. It's a thicker material and the buttons down the front of the skirt were a nice touch and added a little something. I wore this for my a work presentation and it met all the “dress to impress” requirements! Afterwards we trolley toured around Philly and it was comfortable & stretchy enough to run up the famous Rocky steps (barefoot of course). Would hands down buy this dress - 5 stars!

If you're looking for a cute black dress to keep you warm in the cooler weather, this is it! It's thick and warm. The skirt does kind of feel heavy after standing up in it for a while. Other than that this dress is very comfortable to wear all day and got a lot of compliments on it.

Felt confident and professional in this outfit. I have larger hips and butt, so the inner support skirt was a little too short for me. It kept riding up and leaving unflattering fabric bulges around my waist, so I had to keep pulling it down.

This is a beautifully made dress. Absolute quality in the weave and dense (but not thick) material. Skirt is lined so even with some pulling and puckering in the buttons (mostly when sitting) nothing shows. It was a bit tight but wearable for me in this size and I got several compliments.

Loved this. Feels expensive, goes with everything. I wore with heels to work, sneakers around town, and sandals to lunch.

Loved this black dress for work to dinner look. It had two layers under the skirt that would move a little bit still looked good.

This dress was perfect for winter! I loved the mock neck on the top. The pencil skirt would have looked good on its own, but there was an awkward gap in the middle of the top and bottom that looked weird without a belt.

Very plain but high quality sweater dress. Runs a bit large in the waist, but still wearable. Can undue snaps at front, which adds some uniqueness.

It was okay. Still, a pleasant dress that was good in a work setting.

If you're between sizes, go up. The dress felt great but the buttons gapped (even worse when I was walking). Didn't wear it.
